Chapter Four
AN: im just going to use regular quotations when kurama talks in Narutos mind. Just now that its in his mind unless i specifically say otherwise.
It had been only a few days since Kurama had fully explained the extent of Naruto's new power. Naruto decided that he would not change any power of his until he has completely mastered it. No matter how much of a dire situation he was in. "Hey kid," Kurama suddenly started talking as Naruto was on his way to the academy. 'Whats up Kurama.' Naruto responded. "You're most likely going to get paired up with the Uchiha and the Haruno." Kurama said. 'Yeah, I had already figured.' Naruto responded in his mind. "That Uchiha is going to keep pursuing a friendship or rivalry with you. That is going to be troublesome when it's time for you to leave the village. He will most likely fight you if that's what's necessary to have you stay." The Kyuubi warned.'I would easily be able to subdue him.' Responded Naruto. "Depending on the Jonin Sensei you get, he may favorite the Uchiha prodigy and only train him." Kurama said. 'And what if the other teammate?You don't think they would want to train?' Naruto asked forgetting what type of teammate he would have if Kurama was right about the selections. "The Haruno is not the type to train Naruto." Kurama said. At that moment, Naruto sensed he was being followed. Not by a fellow academy student, but by some villagers with evil intent. 'What should you have me do Kurama.' Naruto asked waiting for Kurama's wise decision. "They must be dealt with. We cannot allow anymore abuse without punishment. Lead them into that alley ahead." Kurama instructed. Naruto changed course into a alley but made sure to make it look natural. After around fifteen seconds of walking down the alley, he used his fox senses and sensed about six villagers behind him. He stopped his walk and stood. "I know you're there. Come out of the shadows." Naruto said getting ready for a fight. "So the demon knows we're here huh.." Said one villager, spitting venom as he said "demon". Naruto slowly readied his chakra slow enough for a villager not to notice a chakra-spike. "So, what are you waiting for?" Naruto said as he turned to face the villagers seeing that two of them had kitchen knives and the rest had pipes or bats or some form of a blunt weapon. The villagers with the knives were in the back and the villagers with blunt weapons were in the front.
"You think just because you joined the academy you're special, huh!?" One angry villager said from the back. "No, but, i do think it's time for all of you to die. It's simply to early for this type of nonsense." Naruto said as he picked up a rusted pole, about two and a half feet long. As he picked up the pole, he stomped on the opposite end of where he was holding to make a sharp end he could stab or slice with. "Come on then!" Naruto yelled at the villagers after adjusting his make shift weapon to his hands. The villagers remembered what they were here to do and all rushed towards the so-called demon. Naruto used what chakra control he had and jumped with a chakra jump. The villagers were caught off guard by how quick he jumped and weren't prepared. Naruto landed on one villager with a kick to his face. Knocking the bat he had in his hand to the ground. Once he landed, he thrusted his sharp rusty pole into the man's heart. Killing him immediately. He pulled his pole out of the man's chest, and waited for one of the villagers to make the first move. They were scared. They had just seen a grown man die to the twelve year old demon child of the village. "You damn demon!" Shouted one of the villagers as he rushed towards Naruto with his kitchen knife, ready to stab him. "Zon Ni Hairu." Naruto said, almost at a whisper. Instantly, his eyes changed to his burnt dark orange with the fox pupil in the middle. He easily dodged the stab attempt by weaving to the left. Naruto then stabbed the man fully penetrating his chest. He dashed behind the man, and pulled the pole out the back of the man completely ripping a thorough hole in his body. The villager fell to the floor, dead before he hit the ground. Naruto stood there holding the completely blood covered pole in his right hand. With a slight smirk. "You enjoy this huh kid." Kurama said. Not really asking a question as he already knew the answer. "I do. They're getting what they deserve." Naruto answered out loud. "Huh? What? Who are you talking to?!" Asked a few villagers backing u from fear. "Oh..silly me..I said that out loud did I?" Naruto asked giggling a bit. He decided he'd play with his food today. "I guess i could tell you since you're going to die anyway hahaha" Naruto continued. "I was talking," Naruto let the words hang in the air. He was letting the villagers burst with anticipation, fear, and anger all at the same time. "To my good friend and master, the Nine Tails." He said with a evil grin. "You demon!" One said, forgetting that he was once afraid of this child. "We knew we should've killed you! The Yondaime Hokage should've finished you!" Another said. Naruto's grin dropped instantly. He bent over and grabbed shattered glass from the floor. Once he was standing upright again, still with his Bloodline active, he threw all the glass at once. He hit each and every villager in the throat and various other places. "Y...Yondaime?" Naruto said with tears starting to build. "Kid.." Kurama tried to start but was cut off. "Was the Yondaime my f-" Naruto was cut off when he felt unbearable pain everywhere. "AGH" He screamed in pain. "I was trying to warn you. You overused your ability." Kurama said already knowing Naruto was going to be out of commission for a few days. Naruto then fell to the floor and blacked out.
~Seven Hours Later~
Naruto woke up in a hospital bed with the third Hokage sitting in a chair nearby, reading a book. "ouch.." Naruto mumbled while holding his head. Hiruzen looked up from his book and rushed over to Naruto's bed. "Thank Kami you're okay!" Hiruzen said joyfully. Naruto just stared at him. Tears starting to form in his eyes again. "What's wrong?" Hiruzen asked, grabbing Naruto's hand. "Hiruzen.." Naruto said with his eyes closed. Hiruzen was taken aback at the informal and non-loving tone Naruto called his name with. "Yes naruto?" He said. "Was the fourth my father?" Naruto asked. Putting a hard look of worry on the old mans face. "N..No Naruto. Far from it. Why would u ask such a thing?" "He's lying." Warned the kyuubi. "Nevermind." Said Naruto. "I think im still just a little lightheaded and dizzy." Finished Naruto, trying to wave away the situation. "Yes, Naruto. You should get some more sleep." Urged Hiruzen. "Yeah.." Said Naruto as he shut his eyes pretending to go to sleep. A few minutes later, Naruto could sense Hiruzens chakra leaving the area. 'Kurama.' said Naruto in his mind. "Hm?" Kurama answered. 'Who were my parents Kurama.' Naruto asked. "It's a long story Naruto.." Kurama started. *All of canon story about Naruto's parents and nine tails attack*
~2 Hours Later~
"...And that's how your father sealed me inside of you." Finally finished Kurama after hours of explaining the night of his birth and everything that led to it. "So..They all have been lying to me." Naruto said with a newfound, even stronger hatred for this village and everyone in it. "Yes. Hiruzen has lied directly to your face your entire life." Kurama said hoping to strengthen Naruto's hatred and speed up his inevitable betrayal of the village. "I don't understand. If the high up ninja knew I was the Hokage's son, why didn't they protect me from the villagers?!" Naruto said growing with more and more hatred in his heart while starting to rip and grab at the bed sheets. "Fools fear what they do not understand. You must make them understand Naruto." Answered Kurama. For the past hours Kurama had been healing Naruto so that he could leave when he was ready. "You're right. I will make them understand." Naruto decided. Naruto left the hospital through the window after stealthily getting his clothes back from the front desk. He went to the only weapon shop he could go to and got himself an Anbu grade sword that looked like a shorter version of Sasuke's grass cutter. He then goes to a random tree on the outskirts of the village and practiced there until he fell asleep on that tree.
~Two Days Later~
Today was finally the day. Today Naruto graduated from the academy (He just passed the test despite Mizuki's best efforts so no shadow clone yet) and got onto a genin team. As Naruto walked in the classroom and walked up to his seat, he felt something different. He felt an unusually strong presence from the Uchiha. Naruto looked over to him and tried to analyze him. 'Hey Kurama. What's up with the Uchiha today?' Naruto asked the fox that was currently sleeping in his mind. "Well, I assume he unlocked his Sharingan." Said the Kyuubi. 'Hm. How?' Asked Naruto back. "Maybe he was almost kidnapped or something. Maybe the twerp experienced death for the first time. Regardless, now, he wont be as easy to best. Especially with your self-made rule." Explained Kurama. 'Noted.' Said Naruto. After the two's conversation, Iruka finally walked in and announced the teams. Naruto was disappointed to learn he was with the Uchiha and Haruno. But, he figured it would be a good chance to catch his first Konoha-Kill. After around forty-five minutes, a silver haired Jounin Sensei finally arrived after everyone else had left with their senseis. "Yo." Said the man as he entered the near-empty class. "You're late!" Screeched a pink haired banshee known as Sakura.`"I'm sorry, I had to help an old lady cross the street, and then I got lost on the path of life." Explained the tardy man. For the one time, and one time only, they believed him. Hell, even Kurama started to tear up at the man's poetic explanation. The silver haired man, then told the three newly graduated genin to meet on the roof. "Now. We're going to introduce ourselves." Started their sensei. "I'll start. My name is Hatake Kakashi, you don't need to know my likes or dislikes because they are none of your concern, and neither are my dreams." Finished Kakashi. "Now you, Banshee." Kakashi said as he leaned back on a pole behind him. "Oh, well um..I am Haruno Sakura. My likes are.." Sakura glances over to Sasuke and blushes as she says that. "And my dislikes.." She glances over to a half-asleep Naruto. "And my dreams.." She takes another glance at Sasuke and squeals. "Noted. Now you, blondie." Kakashi said rolling his eyes. Naruto yawned as he got ready to answer. "I'm Uzumaki Naruto. My likes are my personal teacher, training, and gaining power. My dislikes are ignorant people who are useless or fear what they do not understand. And my dream..well, my goal, is to make everyone understand." Naruto said with a slight smirk he couldn't hide. Kakashi noticed when Naruto said people who fear what they don't understand and wondered if the boy knew about his burden. "Well you're up." Kakashi sighed. "My name is Uchiha Sasuke. I have no likes and a lot of dislikes. I have no dream because I will accomplish it. I will kill a certain someone." Finished Sasuke. "Great" sighed Kakashi, "I have two mysterious brats and a fangirl.". "Listen, meet me a training ground ninety-eight tomorrow. Also, I wouldn't eat if I were you." Kakashi vanished as soon as he finished and everyone went their separate ways.
Chapter Four End
