Chapter 6: Queen of the Underworld Down Under

(At the front gate of Boss Cass' tower)

Duke landed his helicopter near the tower. But once Ty, Pit, Sly, and Dark Pit jumped off, Duke flew his helicopter right back into the air.

Duke- Sorry for taking off like that, but I don't want to be anywhere near when the fighting stars. But I'll stay close in case you need a quick getaway.

Dark Pit- That cowardous.

Ty- Duke isn't much of a fighter. More of a pilot. And he is also helpful when we need his flying skills. And at least he got us here through this nasty blizzard, mate.

Sly- Now let's knock down Cass' door and destroy that Meteor Beacon before he makes another meteor fall from the sky.

Sly was about to take a step towards the tower, but Pit stopped him by extending his right arm and holding it in front of Sly.

Pit- Stop!

Before Sly could say anything, a ball of dark energy was shot at where Sly would've been if he had taken that step forward.

Pit- That was close!

Sly- Where did that come from?

Medusa's voice- Hello there, Pit.

Then Ty, Pit, Sly, and Dark Pit looked towards the tower and saw Medusa standing in front of the entrance to Boss Cass' tower.

Palutena and Viridi (telepathically to Medusa at the same time)- Medusa?!

Pit- You're a little far from the Underworld, Medusa. What's a witch like you doing here anyway?

Medusa- Boss Cass invited to deal with you both. And when he said you would be here, Pit, I couldn't say no since we still have several scores to settle. But I do wish that Boss Cass could've also mentioned about this weather!

Ty- I got one question for you. Do you know what Boss Cass is planning? Do you know what he's doing while having you distract us, shela?

Medusa- Don't know, don't care, really. But I say we're done talking now.

Then Medusa raises her staff, creates several stone statues, and launched them at Ty, Pit, Sly, and Dark Pit. They managed to dodge before the stone statues hit them. Then Pit pulls out a syringe that was disguised as a feather on his wing and hands it to Ty.

Pit- You might want this. This will protect you from being turned to stone from Medusa's gaze.

Then Ty injects the antibody into himself. Dark Pit does the same and hands a syringe disguised as a feather on his wing to Sly.

Sly- You had the antibodies too?

Dark Pit- Pit and I have a lot in common.

Then some of the snakes on Medusa's head began to lit up as they fired some energy beams from their mouths and aimed at them. Ty quickly activated the Sacred spiritual Bunyip power and used it to create am energy shield to block the attack.

Ty- You might want to act fast, mates! I'm barely holding her off even with the Bunyip's power!

Palutena (telepathically to Pit and Dark Pit)- Sending help right now. Pit, Dark Pit, time to equip!

Suddenly, the Three Neo Sacred Treasures were equipped to Pit and the Great Neo Sacred Treasure was equipped to Dark Pit.

Viridi (telepathically to Pit and Dark Pit)- That should help give you the boost you need to take her down quickly.

Then Pit fired several arrows of light and Dark Pit fired a beam of energy at Medusa, but she barely managed to dodge.

Medusa- You think just because you're using those Sacred Treasures, you'll be getting an easy win from me?

Then Medusa's head spun around and a form of her with one eye and a hideous face appeared.

Monster Medusa- Well I beg to differ!

Then Monster Medusa fired a large laser from her big red eye that almost blew Pit, Dark Pit, and Ty to the ground. Before Monster Medusa could fire again, she noticed something.

Monster Medusa- Hang on…where did that other Tasmanian tiger go?

Sly- Right behind you, devil!

Then Sly tossed two Freezerangs at Monster Medusa from behind and froze her in ice. Ty, Pit, and Dark Pit quickly took this opportunity to attack with a beam from Ty's Sacred Bunyip power, several light arrows from Pit's Neo Arrows of Light Bow, and a laser from Dark Pit's Great Neo Sacred Treasure. The attacks shattered the ice Monster Medusa was trapped in and knocked her against the side of Boss Cass' tower. Monster Medusa changed back to regular Medusa and passed out from the damage she took.

Pit- That takes care of Medusa.

Ty- But let's hope we're not too late to stop Boss Cass.
