It's the end.

Kyle and Stan walked through the entrances with their wrists newly branded with paper bracelets, Ike and Firkle already running off with Ike promising to text in a few hours before disappearing into the crowds.

The fair was in town for the start of summer and people from not just South Park, but other counties too arrived to have fun for the few days that it would be there. About everyone from South Park High was going to be there, including the goths. Kyle glanced at Stan, who shuffled slightly, picking at the hem of his gloves as he glanced around the crowd. Kyle gently reached over and grabbed Stan's wrist, making the other look up at him, "Hey, it's gonna be okay."

Stan took a slow deep breath and let it out, "Yeah."

The redhead smiled as he began to pull the goth with him, "Come on, I know a few rides you may like."

He received an eye roll, but there was an obvious smile there as they made their way into the crowds.

Five fast-paced, and dizzying rides later, Stan was hunched over a trash can puking his small breakfast up as Kyle patted his back and attempted to keep any of Stan's longer locks away from the mess. He pulled up after a brief moment of trying to catch his breath, Kyle headed him a napkin and asked, "You okay to keep going? We can leave."

Stan shook his head as he wiped his mouth after spitting into the trashcan one more time ridding the bile taste from his mouth. "This is nothing, I use to throw up all the time in elementary school because of crushes."

"You'd throw up because of crushes?"

"Yeah, never was sent home early for that, but I'll be good, just been a while." He shook his head at the memory, but took some steps away from the trashcan, his eyes landing on a spinner ride, "How about that one now?"

Kyle turned to look, "Can you handle it?"

The goth shrugged, "I'll be fine."

Kyle growled as he slammed a five-dollar bill on the table, for the past 10 minutes Stan was attempting to win one of these rigged carnival games. It was hoops, just throw the basketball in the hoop a few times to win a prize, and Kyle can now see that Stan is a terrible shot. He moved Stan over, "I got it," and took the offered balls from the sleazy-lookin' carnie.

The balls were just barely small enough to fit into the hoops so shenanigans can't be called, but if shot just right...

He aimed and shot the ball right into the hoop, there was a jeer from the sleaze bag, but couldn't get far with whatever he was about to say as Kyle took shot after shot easily making it into the tight hoop until he ran out of balls. He turned to the man with a cocky grin and asked, "So about our prizes?"

The man scowled, "Take your picks..."

Kyle nodded towards the hanging cheap prizes and said, "What ya want Kitten?"

They got two medium-sized plushies, one that was called an 'I Don't Care Bear' that was light grey with a black crow on its belly and a tired look that Kyle picked for Stan. While Stan picked out a bright blue cat with bulging zonked eyes, it was cute in a derpy way.

The two walked away with their prizes, swearing no more games for the day.

Until they saw Craig and Tweek struggling at a game, with a shared glance, they agreed to help out, but no more after. "Hey, Craig need some help?"

He received a middle finger in response, but Kyle knew by now that there was nothing behind it, just a habit. He laughed as they waltzed over and helped them with a balloon dart game.

The two teens tossed their used paper food trays away, the sun was starting to go down and they had just finished with their overpriced food, with Stan getting something small so as to not throw up again, and Kyle sharing a few bites of funnel cake

"Hey, the rides are gonna shut down soon, wanna get one more?"

Stan slurped on his pop but shrugged, "Okay so how about that?" He pointed at the tallest ride there was on the land, the Ferris wheel. Really? The most cliche way to end a night at the fair? As a couple?

"Yeah that's fine," was the reply he gave. Kyle smirked, as if he knew something, and pulled him towards the line.

They didn't have to wait long and the two climbed into the seats that swung a bit when they moved. It moved slowly as ascended into the air, Stan yawned as he leaned against Kyle's shoulder watching the sunset view, "Beautiful, isn't it?"

"Not as beautiful as you, kitten."

The goth snorted, still holding onto both of their plushies as he rested his eyes for a moment. The air was calm despite the sounds of rides, screaming, and games, but right now, at this moment in time. It was perfect.

The sun had set behind the horizon when the couples made it back to their vehicles, their friends and other pairs they met along the day going back to their own in the maze of cars that covered the field.

Kyle and Stan saw many of their friends throughout the day, mainly on dates, and everyone else had their own thing that they were doing so they didn't join any big groups.

Craig and Tweek were mostly doing relaxed rides that didn't make them dizzy after they helped them at that one game. They spotted Nichole and Tolkien once sharing a cotton candy. Bebe and Wendyl were playing a game, attempting to hit the ball on the target to dunk the jeering asshole in the dunk tank. Even Michael and Pete were there, but they were mostly in the shade, but Stan did see them exiting a haunted house ride once, both looking unenthused.

However at least when walking to leave, they met Firkle and Ike waiting by the exit with Karen who was waiting on Kenny and Clyde. They stayed for a minute longer for the other couple to arrive, and once they did they decided to walk to their cars together, turns out they didn't park that far apart from each other. Kenny carried his little sister while he had a free hand to hold Clyde's.

Ike and Firkle both slumped into their seats as soon as they sat down, obviously wiped out, with their freshly won prize plushies in their grips. Kenny gently laid his sister in the back seat of his car as she seemed to be dead asleep with Clyde not far behind as he yawned beside Kenny and looked at Stan and Kyle. Kyle yawned tiredly, and yet while everyone was tired, Stan seemed to be the most awake. Clyde stifled another yawn as Kenny shut the car door and said, "Why aren't you tired? I'm beat!"

Stan shrugged, but Kyle figured it was the amount of caffeine that he drank throughout the day, despite him telling him not to, especially after he lost his breakfast earlier. He chuckled as he opened the driver's side door only for Stan to push him out of the way, "What? Hey!"

"You're tired. I'll drive."

Kyle blinked, "I don't think I've ever seen you drive."

"Well," he smirked as he tossed him the bear that he won earlier, "First time for everything."

"We'll see you guys later, get outta here before everyone else tries to get out," Kenny advised as he got into the driver's side of his car while Clyde got into the passenger side, already leaning on the window fast asleep.

The two teens nodded as Kenny quickly sped off through the maze of cars, they slipped themselves in, Stan on the driver's side, and Kyle on the passenger side. The goth easily turned the car on and slowly drove out of the spot, avoiding the other cars and people that were now leaving. It was quiet other than the sounds of the motor running and the quiet snores of the younger teens in the back seat. "So what's the plan?"

Kyle's eyes looked at his boyfriend with clear confusion, "Plan?"

"You mentioned it earlier before I went to throw up, for the summer and our senior year, what is it?"

The redhead blinked before it came to him, "Oh that, I'm planin' on gettin' a job for the summer and maybe during our last year, save money for school and shit."

Stan turned slightly to look at the other while keeping his eyes on the path, nearing the exit, "Aren't you already being offered scholarships? And your parents, aren't they pretty well off?"

"Yeah, but who says it'll cover everything, I ain't gonna deal with a dorm, especially if I get a roommate, also still haven't really talked to my parents all that much. The therapist says I should though" Kyle shrugged, muttering the last bit.

Knowing Kyle doesn't feel like talking about his parents he picked another part of the conversation, "Apartment?"

"Mm-hm, especially if you want to come."

Brown eyes glanced back over at the other, "I don't really think I'm cut out for college."

"Not everyone is, and that's your choice, but that doesn't mean you can't live with me, ya know? Away from our families and this town."

Stan smiled small, "Mean it?"

"Of course dude, I love you."

Bright red goes well with black, according to Kyle when he saw his boyfriend's face go bright, he looked down, they were right at the exit to get back onto the main road, "I love you too..."

Kyle smiled softly as he tiredly leaned over and kissed him on the cheek, the light red going darker, making the redhead giggle. "Asshole..."

"But you love me~"

Stan giggled as he looked at Kyle, placing one hand on Kyle's, their fingers interlocking, "Yeah, I do."

THE END!

HAHA, THIS TOOK YEARS, BUT IT IS DONE! Had to leave off on a cute fluffy chapter, and I do apologize if it feels rushed, or any chapters before. It's obvious I have lost steam over the years on this fic, but it is now completed, and I hope you guys enjoyed it.

I'd like to thank those who kept up with me even when I vanished with no updates for long periods of time. I am wanting to be more active online so I do have a tumblr and if you have any questions on this fic or its world or any of my AUs (even though I'm not writing South Park fics now doesn't mean I have a bunch of unused AUs that I wanna talk about!) It is here if you are interested.

If you have any questions, about this au, the characters that weren't seen all that much or weren't able to get as fleshed out. There are other South Park AU concepts that I've been posting there too.

I want to thank everyone again who stayed with this fic till the end, and I hope you enjoyed it.
