I don't own Total Drama and The Walking Dead.

Sorry if you find any grammar mistakes. I'm still learning English because it's not my first language.

ThEndymam: I'm glad you liked the chapter. You're right. There are a few ways I could put the characters from the new cast into the story. I might end up coming up with something for some of them by the time we will reach the Commonwealth (I can already imagine Scary Girl and the Princess becoming friends, depending on the personality Scary Girl will have), but I can't promise anything.

Darth krayt1: I always liked this episode too. Definitely one of my favourite episodes in this season. What do you mean by I missed Harold? Harold wasn't in the last chapter as he was leading the walkers down the road with in the car with Abraham, Sasha and Sanders during the Wolves attack.

Brendan: Yeah. Poor Dakota and Rock. As I said before, my idea for a Ed Edd n Eddy and Resident Evil 4 remake was scrapped a long time ago and instead evolved into an original idea of Ed Edd n Eddy finding themselves in an abandoned town inhabited by the satanic cult during the events of BPS.

mcgman651: I'm glad you liked the chapter :)

1. Brick and Jo were meant to be in a relationship ever since I figured out where I want to introduce them in this story. You can say they were on a double date with Aaron and Eric before Brick and Aaron invited Daryl and Duncan.

2. Don't worry. Zoey wasn't going to be one of the victims of the Wolves attack. I have something planned for her later in the story :)

3. I'm glad you're liking what I'm doing with Heather. Her going from the queen bitch we know her as from Total Drama to someone who saved the group and goes rambo mode along with Carol whenever the group is in danger was planned a long time as I felt it would be a nice redemption story for her. In the end, Tyler's sacrifice to save her life back on Hershel's farm wasn't for nothing as Heather was alive to save many lives because of it.

4. You'll have to wait and see if your prediction about Emma and Noah will be correct :)

5. I'm not planning to do Here Is Not Here. As much as I like this episode and enjoyed Eastman's character, I'm going to skip it like it with with Slabtown and Live Bait.

6. I do have something planned for Duncan for this episode, but will he encounter Dwight with Daryl? You'll have to wait and see :)

Rick, Chris, Chef, Michonne, Glenn, Geoff, Alejandro, Brody, Nicholas, Heath, Annie, Scott, Beardo, Sky and many other residents of Alexandria sprinted through the woods towards Alexandria as fast as they could as the horn continued to ring in the distance. The walkers continued to split up from the rest of the herd and started to make their way towards Alexandria which caused panic in the people who lived behind the walls of Alexandria for all this time.

Chris stopped in his tracks for a second and titled his head to the side to look at Rick, "Try again."

Rick stopped next to him and brought his walkie-talkie closer to his mouth, trying to get into contact with either Tobin or Chet, "Tobin. Chet. It's not stopping. Light it up. You hear me?" He heard nothing from Tobin and Chet in response, the static being the only thing coming out of his walkie-talkie. He quickly tried to call out for them again, "Tobin! Chet."

A walker came out in their view from behind a tree and Chris looked over his shoulder at Michonne, "Michonne."

"Got it." Michonne nodded and quickly sliced it's head off with her katana as Rick and Chris ran past the now deceased walker, realizing it was impossible to contact Chet and Tobin right now.

"Shit! Shit!" A resident of Alexandria with hat on his head yelled panic, running forward himself as Beardo made a few alarm sounds with his mouth, "It was half. Jesus, it was more than half."

"We just gotta stay ahead of them." Annie said, trying to make him less nervous as she ran next to him, "They walk, we run."

"Rick! General! Chris! Anyone!" Daryl's voice sounded in Rick's walkie-talkie.

Rick lifted his walkie-talkie up to his mouth again, replying to Daryl's calling, "I'm here."

"What's going on back there?" Daryl asked.

"Yeah." Duncan added, "I was about to ask you the same question."

"We're curious as well." Harold added, referring to himself, Sanders, Abraham and Sasha.

"Half of them broke off." Rick replied, "They're going toward Alexandria."

"Half?" Duncan asked, "Shit. This isn't good."

"Towards you?" Sanders asked.

"We ran ahead. There's a horn or something. Loud, coming from the east. It's not stopping." Rick explained the situation to the people leading the rest of the herd away.

"I'm gonna gas it up, turn back." Daryl offered to help them, "I'm sure Duncan will handle the rest on his own."

"We have it." Rick assured him, "You keep going."

"They're gonna need our help." Daryl pointed out, referring to the resident of Alexandria helping them in this operation.

"Gotta keep the herd moving." Rick told him.

"Not if it's going down, we don't." Daryl argued.

"We can't let the rest of the herd turn around, redneck." Duncan said, "If the walkers from the herd will follow you towards where Rick and the rest heading right now, the bad back there gets worse. Leave everything back there to Rick and the rest. I'm sure they will handle it."

"He's right, Daryl." Rick voiced his agreement with Duncan's words as Daryl stayed silent for a few seconds, "Daryl?"

"Yeah, I heard you." Daryl reluctantly replied.

Glenn looked over his shoulder and saw Nicholas stop in his tracks for a second, staring into distance as if he was in a some sort of trance, "Nicholas."

"Ah!" Annie whined in pain as she collapsed in her tracks, landing on the ground as Nicholas broke himself out hir trance and followed Glenn.

Sky quickly ran over to her and helped her up, "You okay?"

"It's my ankle." Annie replied as Sky wrapped her arm around her.

"All right." Sky nodded, helping Annie move further into the woods, "Let's go."

"It's coming from back home." Heath stated, his eyes set in the direction the horn was coming from.

"It has to be, bro." Brody agreed with him, "Where else would this horn come from. There aren't any other communities in this area as far as we know."

"He did this." A resident of Alexandria said, blaming Rick for everything, "He brought us all out here to die. He killed Carter."

Chef looked over his shoulder at the man he did not know the name of, "Carter was dead already, soldier. What Rick did to him was mercy."

Ignoring Chef's words, the unknown man continued to blame Rick for everything, "Now they're in trouble back there and we're done. We're good as dead. We are done. And it's 'cause of him."

"Be quiet and move." Chef told him sternly like a drill sergeant, knowing he had no time to deal with this as the unknown man reluctantly complied. He, Heath, Brody and the unknown man made their way up the hill where Rick and the rest of the group was gathered.

"All right, listen up." Rick declared once he made sure everyone from the group was gathered around him right now, "Here's the new plan. I go back, get the RV, circle around the woods on Redding. I'll get in front of them before they get there. I can lead them away again."

"RV's a mile back." A man with a shotgun said, "I can go with you."

Rick shook his head at his offer, sheathing his knife, "I'll handle it. Just get home. They might need you there."

"He's right, Rick." Chef agreed with the man with a shotgun, "It's too dangerous to go alone. Let me come with you. We'll got this done faster if we'll go together."

"Fine." Rick replied to Chef's words, accepting his help and looked between Chris, Glenn, Michonne, Alejandro and Geoff, "Glenn, Chris, Geoff, Alejandro, Michonne." He started to walk ahead of himself and the rest as the said five followed him, knowing it was what he wanted them to do right now. Chef followed him as well, wanting to be close to Rick for when they will head out towards the RV, "If something's in front of you, you kill it. No hiding, no waiting. You keep going. When I and Chef will be gone, all of you make sure you get as much of these people back as possible."

"As much as possible?" Glenn wasn't exactly sure what Rick meant by that.

"Yes. Thing is, they aren't all gonna make it." Rick explained what he meant to Glenn,

Geoff looked at him in disbelief, "Rick."

"You try to save them, you try, but they can't keep up, you keep going." Rick continued to talk, "You have to. You make sure you get back."

Chris, Michonne, Glenn, Michonne, Geoff, Alejandro and Chef stared at him silently, unaware Heath was eavesdropping on their conversation from behind a tree nearby for all this time. It was when a scream sounded somewhere close to them. Everyone quickly made their way to the scream and saw a walker bitting into the neck of one member of their group. Chef quickly pulled the walker away from the man's neck, recognizing him as the same man he had a coversation with a few moments later as Geoff stabbed the walker in the head with his machete, killing it.

"Oh, god!" The man screamed in pain, blood spilling out his neck as the entire group slowly gathered around him, the residents of Alexandria watching his death in horror. Michonne stabbed him right in the middle of his forehead a second later, ending his misery. The moment Michonne ended his suffering, the horn in the distance stopped ringing.

"The horn stopped." Chris said as Rick crouched down in front of the corpse and searched it, taking the weapons away as the former owner of them won't be needing them anymore, "Morgan must have made it back to Alexandria."

"Good." Rick nodded as he looked at Chef and nodded his head at him.

Chef nodded back at him, "Let's go. We don't have much time."

"Get back safe, you two." Alejandro said as Rick and Chef nodded at him and split up from the rest of the group, beginning to make their way towards the RV.

After Rick and Chef split up from them and went their own way, the rest of the group continued to make their way towards Alexandria. The group walked through the woods as Michonne, Glenn Alejandro, Geoff and Chris walked in front of the group, keeping their eyes open for the walkers.

"We're ahead of it." Michonne stated.

"Yeah." Alejandro nodded in agreement, "We all keep up the pace, we all get back home."

"So if we don't, that's it, huh?" Heath asked.

"We don't even know what's waiting for us." A man with a hat on his head said nervously.

"It's gonna be okay." A man with a shotgun said, "We have walls for a reason."

"That sound." A man with a hat continued to voice how nervous he was righ tnow, "Maybe someone plowed right through. Maybe we're walking back to nothing.

"Shh." The man with a shotgun shushed him, "My wife's back there."

Glenn looked over his shoulder at him, nodding in agreement, "Mine, too."

Geoff nodded, "My pregnant girlfriend is back there too."

"My mi amor is waiting there as well." Alejandro added.

"Look, don't worry about what's gone wrong." Chris replied, "Figure out how to make this go right."

"We're moving in the same direction everything else is." Scott said, "We're gonna catch up with something."

"We're gonna catch up with a lot of things and we're gonna end them." Michonne stated, "We have no choice. We gotta keep going forward."

Alejandro stopped in his tracks and held his free hand up, signalling the rest of the group to stop, "Amigos." He called out for him as the group stopped behind him, "Can you hear it too?"

"Yeah." Chris nodded in confirmation as he noticed a group of walkers in front of them. He pointed towards where he had spotted the undead, "Walkers over there."

Glenn looked around the residents of Alexandria, "Stay here. Don't shoot unless you have to."

Everyone from their group showed him the understanding of his words in their own ways as Glenn, Michonne, Chris, Alejandro, Geoff and Heath pushed themselves into a run towards the group of walkers. It didn't took them long to reach their targers. The six of them quickly took out the nearby walkers as soon they got clos to them, making the walkers in the front of the group shift their attention to them.

"Come on." Scott said to Beardo, Brody and the man with a shotgun, pulling out his shotgun, "That's us."

The man with a shotgun, Brody and Beardo nodded in understanding. Scott, Beardo and the man with a shotgun started to make their way to Glenn, Michonne, Chris, Alejandro, Geoff and Heath, intending to help them kill all of the walkers in the area. Sky followed them, helping Annie move around as Nicholas was right behind them, making sure to keep Sky and Annie safe as best as he could.

One person remained in the back, though. A man with a hat on his head nervously pulled out his pistol with a fearful look on his face as Scott, Brody and Beardo killed two nearby walkers. A man walker approached the man with a hat on his head from behind, bringing him to the ground and making him fire his pistol. The round hit Scott in the leg, making him fall to the ground with a painful yell. Scott clutched his wounded leg in pain as a walker he was about to kill before getting shot used the opportunity it had just received and crouched down, intending to sink it's teeth in Scott's flesh.

Beardo quickly arrived in Scott's aid and stabbed the walker in the head with his knife, getting rid of it as Nicholas, Sky and Annie fired their pistols at the walker around them, seeing no reason not to fire them about the man with a hat just fired his own pisto as the man with a hat on his head got himself back on his feet. Not thinking about anything else right now, he quickly turned away from the fight and began to flee into the woods.

"Sturgess!" Glenn cried out after the man with a hat on his head to no avail as Sturgess continued to flee from the scene in fear. The group watched him leave for a few seconds before gathering around Scott to check his wounds, thinking all of the walkers in the area was dead. They were wrong. A walker approached the man with a shotgun from behind and bit into his shoulder.

The man with a shotgun screamed in pain and quickly turned around to face the walker behind him. He pushed the undead away from him and pulled out his knife, stabbing it in the head with it.

Geoff quickly ran over to him and checked his shoulder, spotting a fresh bite wound a second later. He shook his head, knowing the man was dead because there was no way they could cut the bitten part off without killing him, "Oh, no."

"I know what it means." The man with a shotgun said, placing his free hand on his wound as he felt how everyone in the group had their eyes on him, "We gotta keep moving, right?"

A bit later, the group walked out of the woods and entered the road. Geoff, Brody, Glenn and Alejandro walked in the front of the group, keeping their eyes open as Chris and Michonne walked closely behind them. The man with a shotgun walked next to Chris and Michonne, the two of them learning his name which was David in the result. Nicholas, Beardo, Sky, Scott, Heath and Annie walked in the back of the group. Sky continued to help Annie move around with her wounded ankle as Beardo and Heath helped Scott move around with his wounded leg while Nicholas walked between them, keeping his eyes open for any possible threats.

"Can I take a look?" Michonne asked as she looked at David with a questioning look on her face.

"Please?" David replied, giving her his permission as he titled his head to look at Chris, "Could you take a look too?"

Chris nodded at him, "Sure."

David moved the part of his shirt which was covering his bite away, leaving his bite on display. Chris and Michonne looked at his bite and cringed at the view of it, exchanging glances with each other.

"Is it bad?" David asked, making them look at him again as he covered his bite again.

"It's about what you'd expect." Michonne gave him an honest answer.

Chris looked at David's hand and noticed a ring on it, "How long you been married?"

"Three months." David replied, "She wasn't my wife from before."

"How'd you meet?" Chris asked him another question, wanting to keep David's mind off the bite as Michonne looked at David, looking curious about the conversation.

"It was early on." David started his answer, "Aaron found me. I was alone, lost everything. Everyone. Myself, I- I wasn't crazy. I just gave up on being someone, an actual person. Know what I mean?"

"I do." Michonne nodded in understanding, making herself known in this conversation as she saw herself from the time before she came across Rick's group in David.

"We found Betsy on the way back to the community." David continued his story, "She still saw me. After I thought I was dead and gone, she was my first friend. Then she was more. She made me more. Even better than how I used to be. But if I could make it back, I'd want to say good-bye. Tell her... finding her in all this, that was everything."

Annie titled her head to look at Scott, more specifically his wounded leg, "We need to stop and bandage him up."

Scott shook his head at her words, "No, we keep moving. I'm okay."

"You won't be if we don't stop your bleeding." Sky pointed out, agreeing with Annie.

"We'll find a place." Glenn said from the front of the group, "Can't stop out in the open too long."

Alejandro looked over his shoulder at Annie and Sky, "Perharps this road will take us somewhere where we'll be able to take a break and patch up your friend."

Luckilly for the group, it turned out Alejandro was right as they found themselves in an abandoned town shorty after they walked out of the woods. All of them stopped in their tracks for a second in the entrance to the town and allowed themselves to take a good look at the town they had just arrived in, wanting to get to know their new surroundings better.

"Let's check if these cars work first." Michonne said, "See if they can get us back."

"I'll stay with them." David said, staying behind to keep Annie and Scott safe as Michonne, Chris, Glenn, Alejandro, Brody, Geoff, Sky, Beardo, Nicholas, Brody and Heath walked further into the town, hoping they will find a working vehicle. Michonne, Chris, Alejandro, Geoff and Glenn to the right side of the street as Sky, Beardo, Nicholas, Brody and Heath took the left side of the street.

"Listen, I need to get home." Glenn said to Michonne, Chris, Alejandro and Geoff as the five of them walked along the street together.

"Same here, Glenn." Geoff nodded in agreement as Beardo, Nicholas, Brody, Sky and Heath checked if one car worked together. It unfortunely wasn't working, "I want to go back to Alexandria and make sure Bridge and my baby is safe as soon as possible, but I won't leave these people behind. We patch Scott up, we get going."

"Rick knows what he knows." Chris said, "We're ahead of the herd. Maybe half an hour now. We can stop. We can make it."

"This is halfway home, right?" Alejandro asked as the five of them exchanged glances with each other.

"Yeah." Nicholas nodded in confirmation, having been in this town before as he overheard Alejandro's question.

"This is where it happened." Heath said to Nicholas, referring to what Nicholas told him earlier.

Nicholas looked over his shoulder at him, "I said it at the dealership. Me, Lorenzo and Aiden didn't know what we were doing. If Lorenzo was here, he would say the same thing."

"The people on your crew who died?" Sky asked.

"They weren't afraid." Nicholas replied, telling her this since she wasn't there when he said it to Heath, "We were."

Michonne, Chris, Glenn, Alejandro, Brody, Geoff, Sky, Beardo, Nicholas and Heath continued to check every car in the area in hopes of finding at least one working car they could use to transport their wounded for a few more moments. Unfortunely, every car in the area wasn't working and wasn't going to take them anywhere. After reaching the end of the street, the group of ten met in the middle of the street.

"We have to stay on foot." Heath said, "Nicholas was here last. He can show us the way."

Nicholas nodded nervously, "Uh, okay."

"All right." Glenn nodded.

"Let's go back to the rest." Sky said as the rest nodded at her. She, Heath, Beardo and Brody made their way back to David, Annie and Scott, "There's no cars."

Sky and Brody wrapped their arms around Annie as Beardo and Heath wrapped their arms around Scott. All of them quickly made their way to Chris, Michonne, Glenn, Nicholas, Geoff and Alejandro, knowing they had to hurry if they wanted to find a place where they will patch up Scott's wound. The group walked further into the town as Nicholas walked in front of everyone else, letting his group know where they should go next.

A hat appeared in Nicholas' view a second later. He stopped in his tracks and picked it up, recognizing it as Sturgess', "Oh, Jesus."

"Sturgess?" Brody asked as Nicholas nodded in confirmation.

"He left us behind." Annie said before anyone from the group could suggest if they should look for Sturgess as Nicholas shifted his gaze to her and nodded.

After deciding not to look for Sturgess, the group continued to move further into the town. A few seconds later, Nicholas led them into one alley which was a shortcut which would take them out of the town quicker than the main road would. Upon reaching the end of the alley, all of them froze in their tracks as they came across a group of walkers feasting on a lifeless body of Sturgess.

Nicholas continued to stare at the walkers for a more seconds, feeling how fear slowly started to overcome his entire body. He was pushed out of his fearful thoughts as Glenn put his hand on his shoulder and brought him closer to the group. Nicholas quickly took them from where they came from and looked around himself, seeing walkers coming towards them from each side of the street.

"Nicholas." Glenn called out for Nicholas a second later as Nicholas closed his eyes, trying to think of a place where and his group could away from the walkers.

Nicholas took the group to a nearby pet store after a few seconds of trying to come up with a place where he and his group could take shelter. He pushed the door open and entered the place, waving his pistol around just in case if there were any walkers in the store. Thankfully, the place was completely empty. The rest of the group followed him into the pet store, David making sure to lock the door behind him. The group split around the store, most of them trying to find a place where they could rest as Michonne, Chris and Heath explored the store together, checking if it was really empty and safe for their group.

"We stay quiet, patch Scott and Annie up, get out of here." Michonne said to Heath and Chris.

"Those walkers in the alley and down the street, they're blocking the way out of town." Heath pointed out.

"We can't take 'em on, not in the shape that we're in." Chris stated, "We'll have to lead them away if we have to."

"Because that's been working well lately." Heath commented dryly.

Michonne looked at him with a slightly annoyed look on her face, "We're trying here."

"Exactly." Chris nodded, "We're not giving up."

"Yeah, not yet." Heath replied as Chris and Michonne stared at him, both of them wondering what was his problem with them.

"Hey." They looked over to the source of the voice and saw Glenn, Nicholas, Geoff and Alejandro approach them, "I was thinking, if we can find a way to distract the herd coming in, then they won't make it back to the community."

"How?" Heath asked.

"Burn one of the buildings." Glenn replied, "Hopefully more. They'll get drawn to it and they'll stop here."

"It's gonna take some time." Heath pointed out.

"It's the only plan we have right now." Alejandro pointed out in return.

"I'll do it." Michonne volunteered to do it, "You stay with them."

Chris nodded, "I'll go too."

"It's my plan. It's on me." Glenn replied.

"You have a wife, Glenn." Chris pointed out.

"That's why I'm doing this." Glenn replied, "You've got to get everybody back. If I take too long, you just go."

"We're not leaving without you, bro." Geoff shook his head.

"Exactly." Alejandro nodded in agreement, "Let me and Geoff come with you."

"No. It will make it easier for the walkers to spot us if the three of us will go together." Glenn argued, "If I get stuck out here, I'll find some way to show you guys I'm okay. We all have a job to do."

"There's a feed store." Nicholas spoke up, "It's old. A lot of dry stuff inside. It should go up easy. I'll go with you. I can draw a map."

"No. You lead the way." Glenn told him, "Just gotta do one thing first.

He walked away from them and walked into the nearest aisle. He knelt down in the middle of the aisle and pulled out the watch he had received from Hershel back on Hershel's farm. He stared at it for a few seconds before reaching behind him with his free hand and pulling out his walkie-talkie, wanting to fill Rick and Chef in about the idea he and the rest in the pet store had just come up with.

Rick and Chef continued to sprint towards the place where they know they would the RV, unless it was moved somewhere else without their knowledge, ever since they split up from their group back in the forest. Chef and Rick ran out of the forest a while ago and were now running along the road towards their destination, knowing it will take them less time to reach their destination if they follow a straight road. They knew how risky it was to run on the road as they were aware the herd could walk into their view at any moment. but they were willing to take the risk of it happening right now.

"Rick. Chef." Glenn's voice sounded Rick's walkie-talkie as Rick and Chef noticed a group of three walkers feasting on a body in the distance, "It's Glenn. We're in a town five degrees east of the green marker. If you get around on Redding in the next 20 minutes, you should be good. I think that's how far we're ahead of the herd. I'm gonna try to set a fire and distract them. If you don't see smoke, they're still coming your way. I got to go. Good luck, you two."

Chef and Rick stopped in their tracks as they neared the walkers and pulled out their knives, readying themselves to take them out without making much noise. The undead quickly stopped their feast and moved towards Rick and Chef, leaving the body they were feasting on a second earlier behind. Not wasting any time, Rick and Chef moved towards the walkers.

Rick stabbed one walker in the head, killing it but unfortunely for him his knife broke when he tried to pull it out of the walkers' head, leaving him weaponless for now as Chef stabbed another walker with his own knife, managing to kill the undead without breaking his knife. The last walker from the group of three moved towards them as Rick noticed a knife in it's neck. Rick moved closer to the walker and pulled the knife out if it's neck, before using it to stab the undead in the head.

"You okay?" Chef asked.

"Yeah." Rick nodded as he crouched down in front of the body, beginning to loot it, "My knife broke for a second. Good thing one of the walkers had a knife in it's neck otherwise I would have to use my gun."

Chef nodded and looked down at the body, shaking his head, "It's Tommy."

"You knew him?" Rick asked.

"Not really." Chef replied, "We talked a few times."

Rick nodded, putting all the weapons Tommy had on himself into his bag. He got himself into a standing position and exchanged a glance with Chef. The two men nodded at each other and quickly went back to what they were doing a few moments earlier, managing to reach the RV a few moments later without any further problems.

The group continued to hide in a pet store. Michonne, Heath, Chris and Sky were patching up Annie and Scott's wounds, Geoff. Alejandro, Brody and Beardo were looking out of the windows at the streets, keeping watch and David was leaning against a shelf, feeling himself becoming weaker with each passing second. Nicholas and Glenn weren't with them at the moment as the two of them had already left the pet store to put their plan into action.

Michonne looked up at Scott, having finished wrapping up a bandage around his lef, "That'll keep you going until we get you back to the infirmary."

"Annie." Heath called out for Annie as he and Sky looked down at her, "Me and Sky are gonna figure out a crutch for you."

"Just leave me." Annie replied, suprising Scott and Sky.

Sky looked down at her in shock, "What?"

"I'm slowing you down." Annie replied, "We're gonna hit more roamers. It's that simple. Leave me."

"Leave us." Scott added.

Heath looked between them and shook his head at them, "No."

"It's stupid for you guys to wait on me." Scott stated, "We'll all go down. Don't you remember what happened with Dave and Keith?" Sky sighed upon hearing him mention them, "Come on, you two, wake up. You don't want to do it now, you do it out there. We get into trouble again, you run. And you don't look back."

"No, if we go, we go together." Heath replied.

Sky nodded in agreement, "Exactly. We won't leave you behind because of what happened during one of our supply runs. What happened with Dave and Keith was just an accident."

"We got each other's backs just like always. We don't leave people behind." Heath added as he looked at Chris and Michonne, "Not us."

Michonne narrowed her eyes at Heath, "No one is leaving anyone behind."

Chris nodded in agreement, narrowing his eyes at Heath as well, "We will get as much of you back home as possible."

"I'm gonna find something for you, Annie." Heath turned away from Michonne and Chris and stood up, walking away from them further into the store.

"I'll go with you." Sky stood up and followed him, "Maybe this way we'll find some crutches for Annie faster."

Chris and Michonne exchanged glances as they watched Heath walk away from them, having decided to go talk with him about the problem he was having with them without saying any words with each other. They stood up and walked towards where Heath and Sky were right now, wanting to have a quick talk with the former about his attitude.

"Heath." Chris called out for Heath as Heath and Sky looked at him and Michonne, "Do you have a problem with me and Michonne?"

"I'm just looking out for my people." Heath replied.

"And you think that we're not?" Michonne asked.

"Look, I heard what Rick said." Heath told them.

Sky looked at Heath with a questioning look on her face, "What did he said?"

"He said how they wouldn't all make it. They meaning us and not you. How you should leave us behind if we can't keep up." Heath explained as Sky's eyes widened in suprise.

"What?" She exclaimed quietly to not allert the walkers outside as she glared at Chris and Michonne.

"Glenn is out there risking his life for you and for everyone else and we're still here, so are Geoff and Alejandro." Michonne pointed out, "I don't know what the hell you're talking about."

"Things are gonna get worse and then we'll see." Heath replied.

"Yeah, we will." Michonne replied.

"Rick said what he said because sometimes you don't have a choice." Chris crossed his arms.

"That is not how we do it." Heath argued as Sky nodded in agreement.

"Because you've never had to do it any other way." Chris pointed out as Heath and Sky scoffed, "You haven't been through it, not really. Rick was out there. Michonne was out there. I was out there. We know, you don't. But if you don't learn, you will die, we will."

"The two of us been doing runs from the start, okay?" Heath argued, "I know what it's like."

"My boyfriend Keith died during one of the supply runs." Sky added.

"Have you ever had to kill people because they had already kill your friends and were coming for you next?" Michonne asked as Chris nodded his head at her words, remembering all the people he had killed ever since all of this started, "Have you ever done things that made you feel afraid of yourself afterward? Have you ever been covered in so much blood that you didn't know if it was yours or walkers' or your friends'? Huh?" When Heath and Sky remained silent, she said, "Then you don't know."

Chris and Michonne walked away from Heath and Sky right after their conversation ended, going back to Scott and Annie as Sky and Heath were left alone in the aisle, leaving themselves to think about everything they had just heard from Chris and Michonne.

Glenn and Nicholas walked together through the streets of the town, making sure to avoid the walkers as best as they could. Nicholas walked in front of Glenn, leading him towards their destination as Glenn made sure to remain as close to him as possible, making sure to keep his eyes open for the walkers. Nicholas and Glenn stopped in their tracks for a second as they noticed a single walker laying on the ground in front of them.

Glenn pulled out his knife and moved towards the walker, intending to finish it off once and for all as Nicholas called out for him, stopping him from ending it's misery, "Wait." Glenn looked over his shoulder at him, "It should be me." He pulled out his knife as Glenn looked at him with a questioning look on his face, "He was on my crew. His name was Will. He was 19. We left him behind."

"You're not that guy anymore." Glenn pointed out as Nicholas remained silent and kept his gaze on Will, "Hey, you are here now. You are not that guy anymore. If Harold was here right now, I'm sure he would tell you the same thing."

Nicholas walked over to Will and crouched down in front of him, using his free hand to keep his hands away from him. He let out a deep exhale as he placed his knife in Will's brain, killing him. He stared at Will for a second before gunshots echoed in the distance.

"Shit." He turned away from Will in the direction of the gunshots, "Is that home?"

"We need to go now." Glenn said.

Not wasting any time, Glenn and Nicholas quickly started running towards their destination, knowing they had to hurry.

The group back at the pet store was getting themselves to leave their shelter, waiting for the perfect opportunity to leave it. Unfortunely, it didn't seem like it would come anytime soon as the street was infested with the walkers right now, the gunshots in the distance only drawing more undead into the street the pet store was located at. The group remained hidden between the aisles, doing their best to not make any loud noise right now.

Chris turned away from the window as he felt someone poke him on his shoulder. He turned around to look at David as David held out a rolled piece of paper to him. Chris grabbed the paper to him and unrolled it, reading what was written there. It turned out to be farewell note to David's wife Betsy. Chris rolled the paper, placing it in his pocket and picked up a pen David used to write his message to his wife.

He wrote something on his wrist with the pen and showed the message to David, "You're getting home."

David gave him an uncertain nod of his head as some banging echoed from the other part of the store. Realizing, they must have missed a walker when they were searching the store, the group immediately got themselves ready to get rid of the undead. Michonne unsheathed her katana as Geoff unsheathed his machete, both of them heading towards where the walker was located.

Geoff and Michonne stopped in front of the giant poster of a dog and Michonne took the poster down, revealing there was a door there for this entire time. Geoff opened the door and a walker came out of the room, walking forward itself. Michonne grabbed walker by it's shoulder and sliced it in the head with her katana. She released the walker from her grasp as the walker stumbled forward, bringing down a few items from the shelf. The items landed on the floor, making some noise as a few walkers outside the pet store were allerted by it.

Alejandro shook his head as he looked out of the window, seeing the walkers move towards their shelter, "They heard that."

"They know we're in here now. We can't wait them out." Heath stated as he and Sky brought Scott on his feet and wrapped their arms around him, making sure he will not fall down as Beardo helped Annie. Annie nodded at him and used the crutched Sky found her to keep herself on her feet. The herd, it's gonna be here any minute."

Alejandro continued to look out of the window at the street and his eyes widened, seeing a herd of walkers walked into the street, "Dios mio."

"What?" Brody asked.

"The herd is here." Alejandro informed them, "We gotta go. Now."

It was all he needed to say. The group quickly gathered in front of the door, readying themselves to leave the store as a few walkers stopped in front of the front door and started banging on it, trying to get inside. The group quickly exchanged glances with each other, making sure everyone were ready to head into the street before they will leave the store.

Brody quickly opened the door as Chris, Alejandro, David, Beardo and Heath fired their guns at the walkers in front of the door, killing most of them. After seeing two of the walkers managed to survive, Michonne and Geoff rushed out of the store to take of them. Michonne took out the walker on the left, slicing it's head off with her katana as Geoff took out the walker on the right, slicing it's head off with his machete.

"Go!" Michonne shouted.

Geoff looked over his shoulder at them, "C'mon, dudes and dudettes!"

The group moved out of the pet store right after. They quickly running along the street as fast, making sure to be as fast as they could with the two wounded people, trying to get away from the walkers as the walkers quickly followed them.

"Where's the feed store?" Heath asked.

"The other end of town." Sky replied, "We can try..."

"We can't." Chris cut her off, "Glenn said we got to go. We go now."

Annie did her best to keep up with the group, but unfortunely the item she was using her crutches cracked into pieces. She collapsed on the ground, leaving herself vulnerable to the group of walkers chasing her and her group. Her group stopped in their tracks and looked at her when they were about pass an alley, unaware they were walking coming towards them from it.

"Just run!" Annie shouted as she pulled out her pistol and killed a few of the nearby walkers, "Go!"

It was when a walked came out of the alley the group stopped next to and sink it's teeth into the nearby's persons neck. This unfortunate person happened to be Beardo. Beardo clenched his teeth in pain and pushed the walker away from him. He saw how much walkers they were in the alley right now as his group shifted their attention from Annie to him while the walkers from the alley were about to move towards the rest of the group. Knowing he was a dead man, Beardo did something he thought would buy his group more time. He clutched his wound and rushed into the alley, making the walkers there focus their attention on him.

"Beardo!" Sky shouted in worry for Beardo after seeing how Beardo rushed into the walker filled alley as Annie screamed in pure agony as the walkers ganged up on her, ripping her apart.

Having no other option, but to leave Annie and Beardo behind, the group quickly started running forward themselves again. The walkers in the alley completely forgot about the group on the street as they focused their entire attention on Beardo. Beardo didn't let out a single scream as the walkers ganged up on him and tore him apart. The last thought that flew through his mind before his brain completely shut down was his group as he hoped all of them will reach Alexandria without any more deaths.

The group continued to move along the street for a few more moments as the herd only seemed to get bigger. Alejandro shook his and let out a sigh, knowing there was something he had to do right now. He exchanged a glance with Geoff, both of them coming up with a mutural agreement without exchanging any words with each other. He aimed his pistol towards the sky and fired it.

"Alejandro!" Michonne called out for him as Geoff sheathed his machete, "What are you doing?"

"We're drawing them away." Geoff replied as he pulled out his pistol and aimed it towards the sky, "All of you go back to Alexandria. We'll find some other way out!"

"Wait!..." Chris shouted to Alejandro and Geoff, but it was too late to change their mind.

Alejandro and Geoff rushed into the other part of the street, firing their pistol towards the sky to earn the attention of as many walkers as they could. Their plan seemed to work a some of the walkers from the herd shifted their attention from Michonne, Chris, Heath, Scott and Sky at them. They were unaware Brody joined until they heard someone else fire their pistol.

Geoff looked over his shoulder once hearing another person firing their pistol behind him and Alejandro and saw Brody, "Brody? What are you doing here, bro?"

"I'm helping you, man!" Brody replied with a slightly nervous look on his face as he fired his pistol at the sky once again, "This is why I signed up for this job, haven't I?"

Knowing there was no time to talk about it right now, Alejandro, Geoff and Brody rushed into an empty alley which was leading into the other part of the town and many walkers from the herd followed him right into it, just like the group of three wanted them to.

Nicholas and Glenn quickly passed the corner and ran along the street for a few moments, before arriving at their destination. Unfortunely, nothing was left of the store they've been trying to reach ever since they left the pet store as it had already burned down. Nicholas and Glenn exchanged worried glances with each other, knowing what it meant for their plan.

Glenn shook his head, "There's gotta be another building."

Nicholas nodded at him, quickly trying to come up with another building he and Glenn could burn down. He was forced out of his thoughts a moment later as he heard snarling behind him and Glenn. They looked over to the source of the snarling and saw walkers walking out of the corner behind them. The two of them quickly looked around themselves, seeing the walkers were approaching them from all sides, not just from this one corner.

"We gotta go." Glenn said.

Nicholas looked around himself nervously, trying to find a way out of this place, "Um..."

"Where?!" Glenn let him know he had to hurry as Nicholas remained silent, "Nicholas!"

Nicholas pointed at an empty alley with a dumpster at the end of it, "This way!"

Glenn and Nicholas quickly ran in the direction Nicholas had just pointed towards to. They ran into the alley and tried desperately to find a way out of this situation. Nicholas tried to climb over the fence, but unfortunely never made it to the other side of it, because the walkers slammed themselves against the other side of the fence, letting him and Glenn know the other side of it was infested by the walkers too.

Glenn tried to open the door to the building next to them, but it turned out to be locked. He turned to look ahead of him and saw the herd had just walked into the alley, "Dammit."

He and Nicholas pulled out their pistol and opened fire at the walkers, killing a few walkers at the front of the herd. It wasn't long before they were forced to cease fire, because they realized how pointless it was. Having no other option right now, Glenn quickly climbed onto the dumpster and Nicholas quickly followed his example. The walkers reached the dumpster right after, trapping the two and leaving them with no way out of this situation.

Nicholas and Glenn pressed their backs against each other, stopping in the middle of the dumpster as the walkers started reaching their hands upwards, trying to grab either of the two of them and drag them down from the dumpster into the herd. Glenn tried to kick some of the hands away from himself as Nicholas did nothing, completely freezing in his place.

Time seemed to slow down for Nicholas as he looked around himself and saw how many walkers were surrounding him from every possible side. Tears formed in the corners of his eyes, feeling utterly helpless aboutthe situation he found himself. A loud deep breath left his lungs, knowing there was no way he would make it out of here alive as Glenn looked over his shoulder and saw how nervous he just became.

"Nicholas!" He shouted in an attempt to break Nicholas out of his trance as he grabbed Nicholas by his shoulders and made him look right at him, trying to find a way to assure him everything was going to be fine, "Look at me!"

"...Thank you." Nicholas whispered to him and aimed his pistol at his own head. Glenn screamed something to him with an alarmed look on his face, trying to stop Nicholas from what he was about to do, but unfortunely for Glenn, fear completely overcame Nicholas' body at this point and nothing was going to stop him from backing away from the decision he had just made.

Nicholas pulled the trigger of his pistol, ending his own life right before Glenn's eyes. Blood splashed everywhere the moment the round penetrated Nicholas' skull which immediately ended his life, some of the blood splashing all over Glenn's face. Glenn had no time to react as Nicholas' body fell right into him, causing him to fall down right into the crowd of walkers.

Glenn landed on his back among the crowd of the walkers, close the the dumpster he was standing on a few seconds earlier, with Nicholas's lifeless body laying right on top of him. The undead began their feast the moment they got their hands on some food and started eating Nicholas' body, ripping it apart. The undead continued to rip Nicholas' body apart for several more seconds, leaving nothing out of it in the process.

Glenn quickly crawled under the dumpster before the walkers could find him under Nicholas and add him to their menu, taking his shelter there for as long as he will have to, praying the undead won't find him there.

Michonne, Chris, Heath, Sky, Scott and David had just arrived the end of the street and ran into a space between the houses, finding a fence at the end of it. Knowing they had just come across a dead end, they tried to turn around and find some other way out, but unfortunely the walkers were already too close for them to turn around. They went back to the fence, knowing climbing over it was the only thing they could do right now.

Michonne looked at Heath and Sky as Chris and David put something in front of the fence to make climbing over it easier, "You two go over first, and then we'll help Scott."

"No." Scott shook his head, his eyes set on the approaching walkers as Sky nodded at her words and climbed over the fence, "They're coming. Just go."

"We're doing this." Michonne replied as Scott sighed, walking over to the fence.

Heath climbed over the fence, joining Sky on the other side of it as Scott followed him. Michonne, Chris, Heath and Sky made sure Scott will safety climb over the fence and the walkers continued get closer to Chris, Michonne and David. Chris climbed over the fence after Scott and Michonne was right behind him, leaving only David on the side of the fence whiich was getting swarmed by the undead.

David tried to climb up the fence, but unfortunely the walkers grabbed his legs and brought him to the ground. David landed on his knees and was pressed against the fence by the walkers. The undead quickly dug him into, bitting into his back, his arms and his shoulders as David screamed in agony as he was slowly getting ripped apart by them. Heath, Sky and Scott watched in horror as the walkers continued to feast on David as Chris pulled out his pistol and aimed it at David. He pulled the trigger and the round David in the head, ending his pain.

"Good thing I took the message he wrote for his wife." Chris sighed, holstering his pistol as he wished things didn't went this way. He titled his head to the side and saw the look Sky was giving him, "What?"

"Nothing." Sky replied, "It's just weird seeing you do this because of..."

"Because of who I was before?" Chris finished for her as Sky nodded in confirmation, "I already told Deanna this and I will tell this to you. It doesn't matter who was I before. Right now, I'm a regular person who is trying to survive in this world, just like everyone else."

"We gotta go." Heath said, turning away from David's body as the walkers proceeded to feast on it.

Chris, Michonne, Heath, Sky and Scott quickly left the place, leaving David's body behind. Heath and Sky helped Scott limp into the nearby forest as Chris and Michonne walked in front of them, all five of them hoping they won't come across any more walkers on their way to Alexandria. The group of five decided to walk the rest of the way back to Alexandria in a nearby creek, thinking the creek would slown the undead from the town down.

Thankfully, the group of five didn't have to deal with any more walkers on their way home. They arrived at Alexandria without any further problems on their. Upon seeing the destroyed and burned tower, Michonne unsheathed her katana and Chris readied his pistol just in case if someone with unpleasant intentions will try to attack them and the rest. They lowered their guard a second later when entered Alexandria through the opened gate and saw a few familiar people on the street, all of them clearly shaken by what just happened.

Rick and Chef continued to drive the RV along the road ever since they got himself into it, Rick sitting on the driver's seat and Chef sitting on the passenger seat. Rick stopped the RV at the edge of the woods, where Glenn directed him and Chef to intercept the herd as Chef grabbed the walkie-talkie which was handed to him by Rick because Rick wanted to focus on the road and lifted it up to his mouth, trying to contact Glenn and Tobin.

"Glenn. We're in place by my best guess. You guys make it back yet?" He called out for Glenn, but received no answer from the Asian man, "Tobin, Chef you there?" He once again received no answer from the people he was calling out for, "Daryl?"

"I'm here." Daryl replied.

"All of us are." Duncan added.

"Won't be long now." Chef replied, "They're almost here. Me and Chef will get them going your way again." He and Chef looked behind them as some gunshots echoed in the distance, determining they came from Alexandria, "There's gunfire coming from back home."

"We gotta sit with it and hope they can handle it." Rick stated as he grabbed Chef's hand, bringing the walkie-talkie closer to himself because he wanted to say something to Daryl, Duncan, Abraham, Sasha, Sanders and Harold, "I think they can. They have to. We keep going forward for them. Can't turn back 'cause we're afraid."

"We ain't afraid." Abraham replied.

"This is for them." Rick said, "Going back now before it's done, that'd be for us. The herd has to be almost here."

As soon as he said those words, the door to the RV was opened and a blond haired man rushed into the RV and fired his pistol at them a couple of time. Rick and Chef immediately reacted to this sudden attack, hiding behind their seats.

"Guys?" Daryl called out for them through his walkie-talkie as Rick and Chef were unable to answer him, "Guys!"

Rick quickly jumped to his feet and charged at the man with a pistol. He slammed into him, bringing him down to the floor and knocking his pistol out of his grasp. The second attacker rushed into the RV to get Rick off his friend, but wasn't able to do anything to help his friend as Chef grabbed him by the back of his clothes, making him look at him and delivered a firm punch right to his face. The second attacker was knocked to the floor by this punch as Chef stepped on him, breaking his neck.

Rick got up from the floor and pulled out his Python, killing the blond haired man. He looked over his shoulder at Chef and the two of the exchanged glances with each other. The two of them moved back to the front seats and noticed something moving in the windows of the RV. They saw those two attackers weren't alone and saw a couple more of them sneaking up outside the RV.

Their reaction to seeing a couple more attackers preparing to perform a sneak attack on them was immediate. Rick quietly grabbed his AK47 as Chef quickly grabbed his M16. The two of them aimed their weapons at the wall the attackers were standing next to right now and opened fire. The bullets from their guns pierced through the wall, cutting through the attackers like hot knife through butter.

After making sure all of the attackers were dead, the two of them went back to the front of the RV. Rick tried to turn the engine of the RV on, but unfortunely the engine wasn't working. Rick slammed his hand against the counter, trying to turn the engine on again with the same result as Chef titled his head to the side to look at the forest, hearing snarling coming from over there.

His eyes snapped open as the walkers started to come out from the forest, realizing the herd must have catched up to him and Rick. The massive herd of walkers came out of the forest, slowly starting to surrounding the RV...

Ah, the famous hiding under the dumpster episode. I remember how many memes were made about it back when season 6 was airing.

I tried to get this chapter out last week, but I've been dealing with a brief case of writer's block in the last week and couldn't write anything, no matter how many times I tried to sit down and write anything.

Hazbin Hotel recently got a premiere date in the summer of 2023 and all I can say I'm can't wait for this series to come out as I've been waiting to see more episodes ever since I watched the pilot back when it came out in 2019.

Hope it wasn't that bad. See you in another chapter.
