Luna smiled smugly as she straightened her bouquet of flowers, containing purple and red hyacinths, pink and yellow tulips, and a bunch of scarlet heathers. She stopped for a moment, before adding grinded parsley from a little bottle that lay on her trunk, on top of everything. "Just for the heck of it..." She whispered to herself. Her eyes sparkled and her mouth curled up, her cheeks aching from the grinning, but Luna did not care, for her 'brilliant' plan was certainly going to work. "Luna, what are you so happy about?" A girl nearby asked, certainly scared by the wide smile on Luna's face. "I have a brilliant plan! I am going to give this bouquet to my love. That wonderful boy, no, man, and he shall see what a wonderful girl I am, then I will certainly get simply adored by him!" Luna exclaimed, while adding more parsley to the yellow tulips.

The girl that had asked Luna the question's eyes widened. "Luna... There is... parsley all over your bouquet..." She pointed out, as if she didn't know that Luna had intended to do so. "Of course, you see, parsley will defiantly make the smell more... interesting, and my only love will see how I'm interesting too!" The girl gave her a weird look, not as shocked as the look on her face when she saw Luna's earrings; but shocked at the particular reason Luna had put parsley on a bouquet. Luna grabbed a feather and started writing in a small card, scribbling madly, then put the card into the bouquet. Luna held the bouquet out and examined the bunch of flowers, covered in parsley like snow, and a green card, with neat cursive, read, 'To my beloved Draco'.

The next day, Luna walked down the great halls, as everyone was eating breakfast, holding the bouquet. One by one quieted down and watched as Luna marched up to the Slytherin's table, smiling widely at Draco Malfoy. "What?" Draco sneered. Luna's eyes twinkled brightly. She sat down besides Draco, pushing a mad and crept out Pansy out of the way. "Hello, Draco!" Luna chirped. Draco raised an eyebrow then put down his hand that was holding a spoon. "What do you want?" Draco demanded again. Luna held out the bouquet, smiling even wider. After a moment of silence, Luna said out loudly, "Take it!" Draco looked at Luna as if she was mental, not that he didn't think that already. "What?!" Draco said, flabbergasted. Luna simply pushed the bouquet into his arms, and walked off, happy.

Golye looked over at the bouquet. "There's parsley!" Golye exclaimed, as he took some and put it into his mouth. Crabbe also looked at the bouquet. "To my beloved Draco..." He said, loudly, before taking some parsley too. Draco just sat there, stunned.
