Chapter 4 Attend Your School?

Tsukasa's POV

"Tsukasa, would you be interested in attending my music school?"

These words took me by surprise.

"W…what", I started. "Attend your music school?"

"Yes", Natsu replied. "They offer many different types of musical programs. I'm currently studying in the classical music program, but there is also a musical theater program that I think would be great for you."

"Wait a minute, Natsu", I started. "The music school you attend is in New York! I can't move all the way to New York!"

"And why is that", Natsu asked.

"Because my troupe is here", I pointed out. "And my dear little sister! And my beloved Ichika!"

"Ichika", Natsu asked.

"My girlfriend", I replied. "All the people I love and care about are here! I can't leave!"

"Tsukasa", Natsu started. "You want to be the world's number one star, right?"

"Of course", I replied. "It is my number one goal!"

"Then…shouldn't you do whatever it takes to achieve that goal", Natsu asked. "I mean, can you truly become the world's number one star by performing on a small stage in an amusement park?"

When I heard these words…I couldn't help but think that there was some truth to them.

"Tell you what", Natsu started. "Golden Week is coming up at the end of the month. Why don't you come down to New York during that time?"

"You want me…to go to New York", I asked.

"Yes", Natsu replied. "You see, while the school year has just started here in Japan, it is coming to an end in America. Because of this, the theater program is putting on their end of year show. I think seeing it will help you make a decision.

"I…I…", I started.

"Take our time deciding", Natsu said. "In the mean time, I'll discuss it with your parents. Now let's head back."

With that…Natsu and I walked back to everybody else.

"You guys are back", Emu exclaimed.

"What did you discuss", Toya asked.

"I'll tell you one the way home", Natsu replied. "Come Toya. Our parents will be waiting for us."

"Oh", Toya started. "Okay then. I'll see you tomorrow at school, Tsukasa-Senpai."

"Right", I said. "See you tomorrow, Toya."

With that, Toya and Natsu left.

"Tsukasa", Nene started. "Are you okay?"

"It seems like something is bothering you", Rui said. "Does it have something to do with what you discussed with Aoyagi-San's brother?"

"Oh", I started. "It's nothing. I should be getting home now. I'll see you guys tomorrow."

Toya's POV

Natsu and I were walking home, and he had just told me what he had discussed with Tsukasa.

"What", I exclaimed. "You think Tsukasa-Senpai should attend your music school in New York?"

"Yes", Natsu replied.

"And what did he say about this", I asked.

"He was against it at first", Natsu revealed. "But after I told him that it would be his best chance of achieving his goal, he seems to be considering it."

After Natsu said this, he walked on ahead, but I stayed frozen in shock.

Is Tsukasa-Senpai going to go to New York?
