At a mansion, a high school girl knocks on the door. "Please, I need to see you." She pleaded to let in, and the door opened. She looked relieved until a strange shape rushed at her.

In the streets, some teens are walking and talking. When they saw the same girl passes them, they were terrified. She was now grey and clammy and walked slowly and weakly, moaning in a zombified way.

In a garage, Ben showed Lucy the holographic message that the Alien Force obtained at Vulkanus' hideout. [I leave the safety of the Earth to you. Max Tennyson, out.] The transmission quickly disconnected. "I see. So, you're now looking for more Plumber Kids for the Highbreed." Lucy said.
"Yeah, we only found Alan. But we're still looking for them." "Come on, Gwen. It's only a hangout!" They turned to Kevin and Gwen, who were fighting over how Kevin reluctantly asked her out.
"And I still refuse, Kevin. No matter how many times, your answers stay the same." Kevin sighed, "Then who would you be dating?" "Someone with a good heart, smart, and not keeping any secrets." "Isn't that description of Tennyson?"
Her face turned red from that thought, "Don't think about it." "All right. You two stopped fighting." Ben and Lucy walked toward them, "Both of you didn't forget grandpa's advice, right?" Ben asked, "Of course not, Tennyson." "Then stopped acting like middle schoolers." Lucy told them. Gwen takes two steps away from them, cooling off her head.
Ben activated the Plumber Badge's map, revealing one signal nearby. "Besides, the badge did detect one nearby. We should meet up with this one first."
Ben pointed to the red signal nearby their location, "I agree with Ben here." "I would love to. If that magic girl has calm down." They looked at Gwen, who was looking away.
"Gwen, come on." She sighed and headed to the car.
Bellwood, Highway

Kevin drove his car to the location. Meanwhile, Ben was looking at the map.
Lucy couldn't hold it and decided to speak, "All right. Gwen, be honest with me. When did this fight with Kevin happen?" "It was after I stole the Rust Bucket and Argit dismantled it." "Not asking you, Kevin."
"He's right, Lucy." Gwen said, "I started losing trust in him after he tricks pulled on us." "Gwen, at least we got something good at the end."
Ben reminded her about Max's message. "You're right. But when he started asking me out, we started fighting." "It's only a hangout, Gwen!" Lucy and Ben sighed about this. 'This is bad as much I have fight with Gwen.' Ben thought about this.
On the sidewalk, an African schoolgirl girl was walking, but she appeared to be weak and disoriented. She stumbled onto traffic, making the trucker swerve out of the way, and nearly collapsed the road bridge.
The Alien Force saw the incident in front of them. Kevin got out of the car, "I'll get the trucker!" He went to the truck, trying to save him.
Ben, Gwen, and Lucy saw some of the cars still on the bridge, "Gwen, Lucy, go save the drivers. I'll keep the bridge stable!" "Got it." Lucy turned into her Lenopan form, and Ben pressed his Omnitrix, turning into Humungousaur.
"Humungousaur!" He jumped down and grew enormous. He keeps the bridge stable by using his back. Gwen and Lucy get the drivers down while Kevin save the trucker by absorbing the matter of the truck.
Kevin ripped the door out and grabbed the trucker behind his back. He saw the fire in the truck and immediately moved away from it.
Then, he noticed the girl was about to be hit by a car. "Guys, we got a problem!" Humungousaur, Lucy, and Gwen saw the girl. "Lucy, quick!" "Right!" She puts the human on her hands down before rushing towards the girl.
"Shoot, I'm not going to make it in time!" Suddenly, a bright figure saves the girl before she gets run over by a car. "W-Who is that?" Humungousaur asked.
They saw the figure of a handsome blond human dressed in a dark gray overcoat, a black shirt, a brown scarf, khaki pants, and black dress shoes.
Kevin grabbed the trucker from his truck, "That's the last of them." He slid down, landing near other drivers. Gwen jumps down, using her magic to land herself safely.
Humungousaur saw all drivers safe, and he lets go of the bridge. The burning truck land beside him and explode.
He grew to his regular size and then turned back into Ben.
The girl saw the Alien Force in front of her, "H-Help. Urgh!" She was grabbed by the blond human before falling, "It's okay, Trina. You're safe now."
Trina looked at him, "He's right." She turned to Ben. "He save you from the car." He lets go of her and walks towards the Alien Force.
"Thank you for helping me. I couldn't have done everything on my own." "You're welcome. My name's Ben Tennyson. And you are?"
"Michael Morningstar. A Plumber's Kid." He showed them his Plumber Badge, "Name's Lucy Mann. A full-time Plumber." She showed him her own Plumber Badge. "Please to meet you."
He shakes her hands, feeling her muddy hand. "You're not human." He lets go of her hand. "Right. I'm a Lenopan, or as the Plumbers called them, Sludgepuppy." He nodded.
Michael saw Kevin staring at him, "Sorry about that. Kevin doesn't trust anyone he first met." Gwen told him, "I see. I understand."
"Gwen Tennyson, please to meet you." "Please to meet you too."
As their hands touched, Michael felt the energy. "Woah, your energy is very unique." "Yeah, my energy is like magic." Kevin got suspicious of him.
"Did something happen to Trina?" Ben asked, "It did. Not only her, but some of the students in her school have been disappearing lately. Been looking into this for weeks." Michael then gave Trina a princess carry, "I'll escort her home. Meet me at my house."
As Michael flew away with Trina, Lucy noticed a mark on Trina's right arm.

"Please, come in." Michael opens the door and lets them in.
In his home, they saw a monitor by the computers. "This is impressive for a Plumber's Kid," Gwen said. "Well, I inheart it after my parents disappeared."
Lucy tapped Ben's shoulder and whispered something.
Kevin looked around the room, not feeling trusted about this. "Michael." Ben walked towards him, "I was wondering if you want to join our team." "Hold on, Tennyson. We should get to know him better first."
"Kevin, we need all the help we can get. And Michael is the only one right now." Lucy told him, "I accept."
Ben shakes Michael's hand, "Welcome to the team." Ben then noticed from Michael's monitor, "Is something happening over there?" "Looks like something is happening at the Power Plant. The drain of the energy level is way too high." Michael told them.
"Then let's head over there." Ben decide. The group then heads to the power plant. Meanwhile, Gwen noticed a strange mark on her right arm.
Bellwood, Power Plant

Once at the Power Plant, Ben noticed the lock broken. "Something must have came through here."
"Keep your guard up." They head in.
They walked through the electricals, not seeing anybody. Then, they saw a zombified girl absorbing electricity. The girl noticed the Alien Force in front of her, "Grrrrhh! Argh!"
She stopped absorbing and grabbed one of the electricals. She threw the electricity at the Alien Force. Gwen went in and used her shield, blocking the electrical.
"Uhhhh!" "Grrrhh!" Suddenly, three zombified girls started appearing. Lucy then noticed two marks on their arms, 'That mark. It's the same one. What's going on?'
One of the girls pulled out a pole from its stand and charged in. Michael shoots two energy blasts, creating an explosion.
Ben prepared his Omnitrix, not letting his guard down. The girls come out of the smoke, running towards them. Lucy changed into her humanoid form and attacked the blond girl.
The girl with the pole attacked Kevin, but he dodged it. Ben and Michael moved away from Gwen and attacked the zombified girl.
Kevin went to one of the pipes and absorbed it, "Guess I don't have to hold back, huh?" He turned his matter into metal and blocked the pole with his hand.
He punched her chest, knocking her to the ground.
Meanwhile, Ben was being grabbed by the short hair girl. "I don't know if you're human or not. But this isn't the right thing." She pushed him to one of the electricals and tried punching his head.
He ducked and activated his Omnitrix. He pressed it, turning into a new alien.
The alien is a silicon-based alien made of incredibly durable crystal. His body is overall indigo, with several dark lines and spots.
His hands and face are magentas, and he also sports six magenta shards on his back, two on his chest, and one on the top of his head that resembles a horn. His face consists of a mouth and one large green eye at the center.
He wears the Omnitrix on his chest.
"Chromastone!" Chromastone punched it away.

The zombified girl grabbed a cable and tried shocking him.
It didn't affect him any bit.
Chromastone punched her away, and Lucy threw the zombified girl onto her. Chromastone shoots an energy beam at both girls, knocking them out.
Meanwhile, Michael shoots energy at the zombified girls that are after him. Gwen used her magic to grab them. Then she tried binding them together.
Suddenly, her magic turned black, letting girls loose. She was about to faint until Michael caught her. "You seem to be low on energy. Won't mind holding hands?" He asked. "If it means sharing energy, I won't mind."
They hold their hands together, creating a white flash. "Graaahhh!" "Raaah!" Gwen shoots her magic, sending them flying.
Michael then fires a blast of energy toward some overhead pipes, causing them to fall. The girls took this chance and escaped into the smoke.
"They got away?" Chromastone asked as Lucy changed back into her human disguise. "That's right. I'm sorry about that." "It's all right. Everybody makes mistakes." Kevin came back, seeing the wreckage.
Chromastone pressed the Omnitrix, changing back into Ben.
Lucy looks at the wreckage, "We may need to keep an eye on them if we do see them." Ben nodded, agreeing with her.
"Gwen, you're tired, right?" "Sort of. Haven't gotten a rest lately." Gwen told him. "Then you wouldn't mind having dinner with me?" "Yeah, I think I appereciate it."
She noticed Kevin didn't say anything, "Go on, Gwen. Before I change my mind." "Please, like I ever accept you." Gwen follows Michael, leaving Kevin with Lucy and Ben.
Once they weren't there, Kevin whispered to Ben and Lucy. "This is a good time for-" "Breaking into Michael's house?" Lucy asked, "Wha-?!" "Yeah, Kevin. We were planning for that." Ben told him.
Kevin sighed, "How? How did you know about it?" "Lucy noticed a mark on Trina's arm after we saved her." "I also noticed the same mark on those girls along Gwen's." Lucy told him.
"Those marks are always on girls. What could we be missing?" "Let's head there to find out." They left the Power Plant, heading back to Michael's home.

Once they arrived at the house, the doors were locked. "Lucy, can you lockpick the door?" "I could. But it would gave alarm to Michael."
"Why not let me go in as Big Chill? I could get inside without leaving any mark." Ben suggested. "Sounds good. But we don't want anyone to see a ghost coming out of the house."
"Um, excuse me?" They turned around and saw Trina there, "Aren't you guys his friends?" "Y-Yeah, we are."
"Have you seen him? I need his help." "Why do you need his help?" "I think I know why." Lucy points to the marks on both arms, "Have you ever feeling strange lately?" Lucy asked.
"Well, I did feel weaker than usual. I felt like my body couldn't handle it anymore." They looked at each other, knowing the culprit.

They're in Kevin's car, heading to Michael's location. "I wonder. Why didn't Trina become a zombie yet? If Michael was the one who did it." Ben asked, "I assumed it takes time to turn them into zombies."
"Like a battery?" Lucy asked, "Exactly." "But why did he help us?" Ben asked.
"If he was our ally, we wouldn't suspect he was a criminal under our noses," Lucy told him.
"Then Gwen might be in trouble. Who knows what Michael do with that kind of energy." "Then I better step it up." Kevin stepped on the gas pedal, speeding up his car.
Ben looked at the map, seeing it close to the signal. "We're almost there." "Got it." He continues driving the car, arriving at the small water dam.
Bellwood, Small Dam

They rushed inside and found Gwen zombified and Michael glowing gold, "Well, I see the Alien Force found out. Unfortunately, none of you will be coming back alive." He shoots an energy blast at Ben, "Watch out!"
Lucy came and took the blast, sending her and Ben backward. "Guys!"
Kevin absorbed the matter of the floor and prepared to fight. Michael shoots an energy blast at Kevin, and he blocks it with his hands.
Michael powered it up, sending Kevin away. Ben got up to see Kevin down. "You!" He activated his Omnitrix, enraged by Michael's doing. "Ahahahaha. Have you forgotten something, Ben? All of you aliens have energy inside them. You're no match for me."
He turned the dial, selecting the alien with a ghost appearance. "Not all of them." He pressed it, turning into the alien.
The alien is a phantom/ghost-like alien with a gaseous appearance with (claw-like) hands and grey skin with black lines running all over him.
He has green chains all over his front side, which lead to his neck, waist, and center/chest giving him the appearance of being contained in a straitjacket, but with his arms out freely.
He has two cuffs on each arm. The Omnitrix peeked out of his skin on his lower left.
He had one green eye with a black pupil.
(A/N: Ghosfreak's design is a combination of OV with a few details from the OS.)
"Ghostfreak!" Michael stares at him before laughing, "Oh, I'm sorry. But you're too early for Halloween, Ben." He shoots Ghostfreak, planning to kill him. Michael stopped shooting, thinking it had killed him.
Suddenly, a fist came towards him, punching his face. He was surprised that it managed to hurt him. "What?!" He was surprised to see Ghostfreak survive, "Tsk, tsk. Mikey, Mikey. Have you forgotten that Mana only comes from living beings?"
He turned invisible, making Michael scared. "YOU! SHOW YOURSELF, YOU COWARD!" "Coward? Hehehehe. I think you're the coward here. After all, who would absorbed an energy of people as breakfast?"
He turned his body around, looking at his surrounding. Michael turned around and saw five water barrels throwing at him.
He destroyed the barrels, sending out the water. Ghostfreak comes out of the ground and slams Micheal five times. He used his claw hands, slashing his body. "You! I'll keep your head a trophy!" "Which one? My human head, or my aliens head?"
Suddenly, Gwen surprised him by grabbing Michael's arms, reabsorbing his energy. "N-NO!" Both were sent flying as the power stopped absorbing. Kevin and Lucy got up and saw Gwen back to normal and Ghostfreak.
"Gwen!" "Hey, guys. Sorry I'm late." Micheal got up, seeing his skin becomes grey and his hair white. "Y-You. I'll end you all!"
Then, they saw the zombified girls entering. "I command you to give me your energy!" The girls grunted as they walked closer. "W-Wait, what are you doing? Stop!"
They grabbed his body, getting their energy back. After absorbing enough, the girls turned normal, and Michael almost zombified.
The girls were relieved they got their looks back. "Y-You! You won't be getting away with this!" Ghostfreak floats in front of him, towering over him. "Your look is ugly and scary. Want to see something more scary?"
He pulled his skin off, revealing his tentacles. "Aaaaahhhh!" Michael tried crawling away as everyone was frightened by Ghostfreak's tentacles. "M-Mommy." He fainted after feeling too much frightened.
"Oh, looks like this Plumber isn't fit for the job." Ghostfreak pressed his Omnitrix, changing back into Ben.
Kevin walked towards his body, picking up his Plumber's Badge. "You don't deserve this." He crushed it, leaving pieces of scraps.
One girl walked toward Michael's body, "Is he-?" "He's alive. I've only scarred him." Ben told her. "Thank you for helping us."
"No problem, but could everyone keep it a secret? We don't want anyone to know about this." Ben asked. The girls nodded, accepting his request.

After calling the authorities, they drove off before they arrived. Ben looked down and decided to speak up, "Sorry about what happened. I was trusting Michael too much."
"Don't worry about it. None of that was your fault. It was mine. Since Michael had control over me." Gwen said. "Don't be a sour puss, you two! Besides, he got the taste of his own medicine." Lucy assured them.
"Well, for being a cousin, you seem less jerk after all." Kevin told him, "Oh, you want me to become Ghostfreak?" "Ben, no!"
"Jokes on you. I had a way to beat that thing." "Then when are you going to ask her out?" Kevin looked away as he continued driving. "Eventually."
He continues driving, heading back to Bellwood.
