Reiko was curled up in her bed, shaking.
"Shouldn't we help her?" Rin asked.
"There's nothing we can do…" Kuri said sadly. "She's no longer my familiar, and this is what happens when the bond breaks."
"Th-This is my fault!" Rin was stricken. "I-I became your familiar, but I can't help her!"
"You can't, but I can." Yukio was ecstatic. Something he could do that Rin couldn't!
He ran in and closed Reiko's door, taking her in his arms.
Reiko shivered at the contact.
Yukio wrapped his arms around Reiko and kissed her neck.
"Yukio…" Reiko whimpered. "Please go…there's nothing you can do…"
"There is one thing I can do…"
Yukio kissed her, forming a familiar bond.
"And now you are at my mercy.
An evil smile, and Reiko shuddered.
