Mimi sleepily opened her eyes to find her self staring up at Matt who
looked back down at her smiling gently. "Nice to see you're awake" he
said, Mimi blushed "I'll move now if you want" she told Matt not really
wanting to, though to her amazement Matt shook his head "You'll catch a
cold in this outfit" he said laughing slightly. Mimi smiled then feeling
the coolness on her feet and legs questioned Matt"hey do you know where my
boots are" she said rubbing her legs to keep them warm. Matt reached to
one side of him before hand Mimi her boots, after quickly putting them on
Mimi went back to relaxing by the warmth of the fire in Matts arms to tired
to make any form of convosation.
"So were are we going tomorrow?" Izzy asked Misty from his place by the fire beside Tai getting everyone in the groups attention as they all were interested in knowing, "Ah it was Fuchsia City wasn't it Ash?" Misty passed the question onto Ash who was sitting beside her "Yeh it was either that or Cerulean City but since we are down in this direction Fuchsia City is closer" he said.
"Well since that's been confirmed I suggest we all get some sleep now" said Brock lying down beside the fire next to Sora after having put some more would on the fire, the others having either nodded or yawned in agreement.

The morning came early with the suns rays shinning down through the trees leaves onto the ones who were still asleep on the ground below. Tai woke up from his place by the fire between TK and Sora to the smell of some one cooking, sitting up and rubbing his eyes Tai found that it was Brock.
"Do you need any help" Tai asked still half asleep, "nope but you could wake the others" was the reply, Tai looked to Sora beside him and started to shake until she woke up and then moved on to wake up TK and Kari. Sora lay on the ground half awake after Tai had left before getting slowly with a sigh and moving to wake up Izzy.
After everyone was finally awake they sat down around the fire that was still burning though not as big eating Brocks rice cakes, "These are really good" said Ash and Izzy together. After they had all eaten their fill, well really Brock ran out of rice cakes, they set off through the trees until the reached the path again and continued walking until around midday when they decided to have a break in the trees along the side of the path.
Sitting down in the shade of the trees Mimi, Matt, Sora, Tai and Izzy released their pokemon out of the poké balls, it was then that Ash thought they should start to train their pokemon. "Hey why don't you guys have a play battle to get your pokemon used to the idea of fighting," "Yeh I guess that could be interesting" Matt said, "Hey Ash don't you think they should at least learn some of the attacks first" Misty quickly added before Ash got carried away with things.
"Ohh but a battle would be more interesting" Ash complained, "I think I agree with Ash Misty" Tai said always into fighting, Misty just shrugged. "Well if we are going to have a battle then who is going to fight each other, I think it should be the two girls" Brock added, "well..." Ash said looking towards Mimi and Sora who stood up and walked to a clear area of grass.
"Go Squirtle" Sora yelled and at the same time Mimi yelled, "Go Eevee," "Squirtle water gun now" Sora yelled, "Eevee quick attack" Mimi said and Eevee dodged Squirtles water gun. "Now Eevee digivolve into Jolteon" Mimi yelled and in a colourful array of light Eevee digivolved into Jolteon, "Jolteon tackle now" and with that Jolteon slammed into Squirtle and the match was over. "Ahh...Misty did you know they could evolve with out a evolution stone and then evolve back?" Ash asked her, Misty just shook her head equally shocked, "well I guess we have never actually tried it you know" Brock added.
"Hey good work Mimi" Matt hugging Mimi as she walked over to him Mimi smile before she scooped up Eevee now returned to her normal form smiling happily. Sora sighed, "You did your best," she said to her Squirtle patting it on the head and smiling before returning it to its poké ball.
