Authors note: Now I know I'm updating really soon but I can't help myself so I'll probably just update this until all my typed up chapters are published and then I'll start typing up some more.
I don't own the HP universe.
Have a good time reading. :)
"Someone's coming up behind you but you don't have a wand, what do you do?!"
"Kick 'em in the face!" The young boy answered turning around and kicking his leg high up into the air.
"Er- no."
"Oh," Harry's smiled faded.
"Let's try something different, how about we redo your escape?"
"Yes!" Harry cried.
"Go over near the corner then."
Harry ran quickly over to the corner of the room.
"Now!"
Harry slid under a low table and quickly jumped over a wooden box, he ran on top of another table, stepping sideways to avoid a dark looking artifact. He then slid off the table, grabbed a small pin from the floor, unlocked the door with it, ran out the room and came to a sudden stop only inches away from his uncle.
"Sorry," Harry panted.
"Ah Moony you interrupted Harry's escape."
"Sorry..." Said Remus, not sounding sorry at all, "but it's bedtime."
Harry shrugged and slowly turned to go to his bedroom.
"Not so fast." Sirius took ahold of his arm.
"Yes?" Harry asked innocently.
"Remember you can't go in the basement tonight."
"I know." Harry droned.
"I caught you going down there last time." Sirius stated.
"I know, I was there." Harry told the man.
"I'm serious Harry."
"I know that." Harry said, a small smile playing at his lips.
Remus chuckled.
"Harry," Sirius sighed.
"Yes, yes! I know; I can't go into the basement while Uncle Moony is- well, Moony."
Sirius nodded tiredly before taking Harry's hand and steering the six-year-old up to his bedroom.
