Mall

Shego staggered down the same hall where her mannequins stockpiled dead bodies of mall security, local police officers and S.W.A.T. snipers. She murdered all who bothered her, except Kim Possible and now Ron Stoppable. It was not her intent to capture every single person in the mall. The elderly and baby carriage pushers went nowhere, thanks to her plastic army. She had not encased them in the cage until she was certain Kim would arrive.

"Motherfucker! Son of a cocksucker!"

Her abdomen burned from the bullets wedged in it. She coughed up drizzles of blood during the walk.

"I hate losing. I hate Kim Possible and her fucking boyfriend."

In the distance were the restaurants where she kept the hostages.

Food court

In the middle of the restaurants, Ron Stoppable held an axe with a splintered handle, surrounded by sliced and diced mannequins. Bloodied, bruised but alert, he had a wicked smile on his face. Rufus had returned to his pocket once he was finished.

"Booyah." He blew his nose. Red snot shot out.

"Ron, did you hear a doggone word I said?" Wade's asked over the radio.

"Let me bask in this victory, Stephen Hawking," Ron answered.

"You haven't won yet. Shego's on the move towards you!" Wade noted.

"Fuck! What happened to Kim? I thought you said she..."

"Look out!" Wade said, having pinpointed her proximity.

The mannequins were annihilated by green fireball that Shego intended to hit Ron.

"Buffoon!" Shego haggardly addressed.

Ron stared in shock, not only at the woman who murdered innocent people, but also at her bruises, the blood and most notably her missing ear and teeth. "Damn, Shego, you need dentures!"

"This was between me and Possible!" She wheezed between every word.

"Kim is my best friend. She'll never be alone," Ron bravely responded.

"Yeah!" Rufus interjected.

"That's sweet. Once I incinerate you both, you can share an urn!" Her flame surrounded her body while she trudged towards the terrified Ron.

"Oh, my God," Ron said.

"Shego!" Kim Possible stood far away from their confrontations, but her presence was evident.

"Kimmie." Shego responded.

"I'm saving them," Kim said.

"You're going to die," Shego said.

Ron, axe still in hand, saw how severely injured his best friend was and cried out, "I got her, K.P!"

Ron leapt toward Shego. However, she forcefully extended her flame in his direction, scorched his skin and propelled him into a Burger King.

"Ron!" Kim smartly realized what happened and stared down Shego.

"Bring it." Shego demanded.

Kim sprinted toward Shego, who smiled and shot a stream of flame ahead without even raising her arms. Kim bounded over it, but then Shego shot flames up and tagged her left leg. The trajectory crashed Kim into the metal stands of the same Burger King. After she cracked down hard to the floor, Kim glimpsed Ron, who sat motionless with his clothes nearly crisped off and most of his skin charred. He slid over to the crumpled cheerleader and helped her sit up but she groaned aloud. Their blood heavily dripped.

"Am I glad I wore boxers!" Ron weakly said.

"What are you doing here, you idiot?!" She muttered.

"We need to short out a chip in her brain using high voltage."

"A chip?" Kim asked.

"I saw a circuit breaker in the docking area. We should lead her to it." He grabbed the burnt-up axe.

"Okay, what's the plan," Kim said with sadness.

Ron saw his best friend, someone he had known since they were both in diapers, now a battered, bloodied and broken mess. Her beautiful face was gone, her athletic body spindled and mutilated; her confidence shattered. He himself fared poorly, but so did Shego, apparently. Ron loved Kim too much not to be strong for her at the moment.

Shego moseyed her way over to the Burger King to finish off the heroes. But before she got too close to see Kim and Ron, the blonde teen popped into her sight.

"NO! KIM'S DEAD! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! NO!" While screaming the same words, Ron flailed toward the exit doors.

"This is a good, good morning." Shego stared at Ron's tirade then widely smiled at the prospect of her enemy's demise. She resumed walking toward the Burger King countertop and leaned over to see a motionless Kim.

Suddenly, Kim snatched Shego's jumpsuit, pulled and rammed her into the metal shelves with a loud clang. Shego rolled over to the fryers and stood. Kim also quickly stood, both woozy from their injuries.

The two of them ran at each other, but Shego's footing was poor on a greasier kitchen floor. Kim, pushed herself off the counter l towards her. When they collided, a red mist sparked off of them.

Only Kim's left arm and both legs were the most functional, so she took advantage and let loose a flurry of close proximity kicks and punches. A left punch to Shego's jaw gave her even less teeth. They interlocked like tired boxers, kneeing, punching and wrestling with growls and grunts, and then they slammed into the fry grill.

Shego wrapped her claws around her neck. Kim's annihilated back was pushed back over the liquid fat, so close to that some of their hair immersed and sizzled. Fear swelled in Kim's psyche once again.

"Die!" Shego cried out.

"Fry." Kim rammed her knee directly into her abdomen wound. As the ex-hero doubled over, Kim sank Shego's right hand into the deep fryer. The evil woman shrieked and shook vigorously, but Kim kept it in deep.

The upset Shego finally used her left hand and zapped Kim's side, who yelped in pain and let go. Once Shego finally yanked out the hand from the bubbling grease, bones and tendons showed. Kim leapt away and ran toward the exits. Shego followed. The hostages saw both women sprint away.

"That was Kim Possible!" A hostage noticed.

"Save us!" An elderly man cried out.

Kim hadn't heard their cries, but thanks to Ron, she finally knew how to save them. She pushed through the exit doors where Ron told her to go, and left stains of blood as she staggered through the narrow hall. She saw her hand with the missing thumb when she stumbled against one wall, but took great pride in knowing she took off Shego's ear and most of her hand.

A different "hall"

"Kim." A voice echoed

"Who's there? Ron?" Kim walked down a transformed hall with an illuminated end.

"Kim. It's okay."

"I'm sorry? Who are you?" She suddenly appeared as clean and healthy as when she woke up from a night's rest.

"A friend, here to help." The voice echoed less, sounded more intelligible.

"Help with the hostages?" Kim asked.

"I'm here to help you. The advisors on your shoulders earlier were inappropriate."

"Where the hell am I?"

"Oh no, you're not in Hell. You're far from there."

"Stop being vague."

"You're close to death, Kim. It's why we're talking. I'm someone who'll make it easier for you to cross over."

"I don't believe in that. I won't follow advice of someone I can't even see!"

"Now would be a good time to."

"I need to save innocent lives. Get the fuck out of my head."

The tangible mall

Shego tackled Kim from behind and both slammed hard to the smooth concrete. The villainess dug her fiery hands into her thighs. Kim piercingly screamed, completely immobilized, and had no stratagem to remove herself from it.

The light Kim talked to took a humanoid shape. Its hands reached out, but she finally reached back, about to touch them.
