THE GOD'S LEGACY Chapter 9
A/N:- So, this is the end of the Sports Festival Arc! Nothing more to say anything here! On with the chapter! Also, this chapter has some little depictions of sex and all later on, so read on your own risk.
Soon, after Percy's match, the rest of them went one by one.
The demigod just lounged back and watched, as he was sent directly into the finals, without needing to fight in the semis as Mic announced that he was going to be the final boss.
Percy liked that.
Soon, all of the rounds ended one by one, and the winner of the final match that is the Todoroki vs Bakugo match was to fight the all-powerful student of the school.
And who else other than the blonde hothead to be the opponent of the white-haired cool-headed time-traveling demigod?
So, Percy was down in the arena, stretching his muscles as he looked at Bakugo, eyeing him up and down.
It was unnerving to see the kid that used to be angry all the time so calm and collected right now. It was scary. Katsuki was standing there no expression on his face as he met Percy's eyes.
The demigod could see the determination behind his eyes, and he met them with a hard stare of his own.
"AND NOW! THE MATCH YOU ALL HAVE WAITED FOR ALL DAY LONG! THE FINAL ROUND OF THE THIRD EVENT! PERCY JACKSON VS BAKUGO!" Present Mic's voice boomed through the dome as the crowd cheered loudly.
"Best of luck, kid," Midnight told the hot-head. "You're going to need it."
Bakugo just sneered at her and looked at Percy again, his calm composure gone.
Percy just stood there.
Bakugo roared and ran forward, his hand sparking as he launched a volley of explosions in Percy's way.
The demigod smirked and disappeared, reappearing behind the hothead, and giving him a slight push, he made him fly out of bounds.
The crowd erupted into cheers.
"AND JUST LIKE THAT, THIS YEAR'S SPORTS FESTIVAL COMES TO AN END! LET'S HAVE A HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THE STUDENTS!" Present Mic announced as the audience clapped and shouted even louder.
Their cheers were answered in kind as fireworks exploded in the sky, painting the skyline in a plethora of rainbow colors.
Percy walked forward and helped Bakugo up as they all walked to the waiting rooms.
"Now, it is time for us to present the winners!" Midnight announced as a large platform rose from the ground, the winners standing on it.
On the lowest level was the hot and cold kid, Todoroki, with no emotion on his face. Then there was an angry-looking Bakugo. And on the highest level, standing with pride was Percy himself.
Soon, when the R-rated heroine finished, All Might appeared with a bunch of medals in his hand as he sped right across them.
He spoke some encouraging words to all of them and presented them with the medals and then did the typical All Might things.
The entire festival ended with the crowd yelling with all their might along with All Might.
"PLUS ULTRA!"
Percy couldn't help himself but smile at that.
-BREAK-
It was nighttime as Percy was walking up and down the school campus chatting with Kendo on the phone, a lit cigarette in his hand.
They had been talking about how they both were amazing. One was praising the other. And the other was praising the one.
This went on for a while before they hung up and Percy slid his mobile into the back pocket, inhaling the sweet smell coming from his cancer stick.
He kept walking on the green grass.
The time was 9 pm, and the gates had been closed. But Percy had special permission to stay on campus grounds for as long as he wanted before going home.
So, the demigod was using those privileges to avoid the unnecessary media that would follow his victory at the sports festival.
Thud
Percy stopped and turned around at the sound that certainly came from behind him.
He saw nothing.
He looked harder.
Still, he saw nothing.
He looked harder than before.
That's when he saw something.
A small gold or bronze rod-like structure was hiding amidst the tall grasses, shining in the light of the moon.
Percy bent down and picked it up finding out that it was a pen.
A fucking pen.
A pen that was familiar to Percy.
A pen that rekindled the memories inside the demigod that he had kept locked away ever since he had come here.
He hoped he was wrong.
The demigod uncapped the pen which instantly formed a three feet long bronze sword.
Percy's mouth was open as he looked at the divine blade in his hands with wide eyes.
He could only stare at it as the sword fell out of his hands, falling to the ground with another thud.
He fell to his knees, his hands trembling as he looked at his brother's sword Riptide after so many years.
He picked it up again and saw that there was a paper attached to the leather-covered hilt.
He opened it with only two words written on it in messy handwriting, 'TO DELILAH.'
"Delilah," Percy muttered, the name familiar to him, ringing a bell in the back of his head as a tear fell on the ground.
There was another thud, this time louder than before as the grass rustled.
Percy stood up and turned around, his eyes red as he looked at a man covered in full golden samurai armor.
He had a golden katana drawn in his hand as he looked at Percy and then at the sword at his feet.
"I see you've touched something you shouldn't have," The samurai said. "Now give it back quietly and we won't have any trouble."
"Where did you get this?" Percy asked.
"My master gave it to me for transportation," The warrior said and turned serious. "Give it back."
"No."
The man roared and struck at the demigod, who simply grabbed the blade and broke it into two with his bare hands.
The man looked shocked at the display of power as Percy grabbed him by the neck. "Who is your master?"
"I won't… te… tell you!" The Samurai stammered, clawing at the hand at his throat.
"Fine then. Another question," Percy asked, tightening his grip. "Where is Delilah?"
The guy croaked out. "I do… don't know."
"You think I'm that foolish to fall for that?" Percy said, his grip tighter than before. "WHERE IS DELILAH!?"
"At..elie..r Nan… Naniw… Naniwa!"
"And the master?"
"Can't…. tell," He croaked. "Will… Kill me..."
"Not if I kill you first," Percy's eyes glowed and he closed his fist around the man's neck, making him explode, splattering blood all around.
Percy made the red liquid evaporate from his clothes and surroundings and picked up the sword, converting it back into a bronze pen and slipped it into his pocket, and vanished from sight.
He knew it.
All of this was connected.
The people wearing the Greek armor and this guy carrying Riptide and Delilah. They all were working for the same person. Even Shigaraki and the League of Villains.
A single man was doing so much.
Percy had to get to the roots of this because whoever it was, had the ability to wreak havoc and if left unchecked the worlds could collide.
The big villain had a quirk of some sort that was powerful enough to get things of the past into the present.
He had no idea how that happened, but he was sure it was not something small.
He had to start investigating, and all that would start with meeting the person who broke his heart for the first time. The one and only, Delilah Barlowe.
-BREAK-
The next day, Percy skipped class.
He had told Nezu what had happened and the principal called an entire staff meeting to discuss things.
After a summary of the events, Percy explained why he needed to take a leave and search through the particular matters that had been surfacing.
The Rat Satan agreed.
"You can't do that," Aizawa pointed out. "He's a minor, and this Atelier Naniwa…. It's a brothel."
"I agree," Snipe said. "We can't have a kid walking in a fucking whorehouse."
"That's why I ask any one of you to accompany me on this investigation," Percy said, calmly as he tied his hair up.
Everyone fell quiet.
"Plus… I'm not actually a kid. I came to a revelation," The demigod added. "I'm two hundred and nineteen years old. Don't know how that works, though."
Even the birds that had been chirping outside had gone quiet.
After deep speculation, All Might spoke up. "I'LL GO WITH YOU."
"Thanks."
"Won't the people recognize you?" Midnight asked.
Nezu laughed as his eyes sparkled. "Toshinori has really planned this out!"
The rest were confused.
"All Might is the only one they won't recognize because he won't be going in his buff, muscle form. He will be going as the skinny nobody, Toshinori Yagi."
"Very well explained, Percy Jackson," Nezu said, smiling. "You and All Might, both, have my permission to leave UA school."
"Thank you, sir," Percy stood up and got ready to leave.
"Remember one thing, Mr. Jackson," Nezu chirped from behind.
Percy turned around.
"You are always welcome back."
The demigod smiled. "Looking forward to that."
-BREAK-
Percy was sitting in a bright red car with skinny All Might driving them down the city road straight to the red light district, Yoshiwara, sitting in the Taito region of Tokyo.
The demigod was wearing his usual sleeveless turtleneck with the same black pants and boots. The only new addition was a hood that had been attached to the shirt, covering his face.
All Might was wearing a white shirt and green pants and
"I'm actually nervous about this," All Might said as they stepped out of the vehicle.
"Me too," Percy said as they entered, immediately greeted by two women wearing bright-colored traditional Japanese clothing, running their hands over the guests' arms.
"How may we help you?" One of them said, bringing out a card that showed all of their options.
"What do you want?" The second said seductively, suspiciously close to Percy's ear. "A full body massage? Or a full night with any of our girls?"
"None of these," All Might said.
"We need a… an appointment with the Orion, or whatever it is called. Delilah Barlowe," Percy said as the women who greeted them became shocked.
"You want to meet with the Oiran?" The second asked.
All Might nodded.
"That'd cost an awful lot of money," The first said. "Are you su—"
Percy cut her off as he dropped a large wad of money in her hand. "This is a total of fifty thousand yen. Want more?"
The woman shook her head but Percy smiled and gave her another ten thousand yen.
The two women looked at each other and then at the guests.
The first nodded and then went to the side and called someone, speaking in hushed voices.
"Come this way," The second said and led them through an alley.
The entire hallway was dark with compartments here and there. Rooms that were covered with red curtains and sounds of sex coming from behind them.
Moaning.
Slapping.
Whipping.
Screaming.
Crying.
Laughing.
Shouting.
Grunting.
Panting.
Creaking.
Clothes lying here and there, scattered.
Through the cracks in the curtains, they could see a lot of things.
A man eating a woman out.
Two girls kissing each other in nothing but their underwear.
A man getting dominated by a woman.
A man beating up a woman.
And worst of all, the stench of semen and alcohol reeking from the entire place.
Percy wasn't fazed.
But, if you forgot all of those things and focused on the interior, you'd see that it was ornamentally designed.
The walls and ceiling were completely covered with red velvet and paintings hang in the frames depicting the famous Oirans, wearing the most colorful and bright clothing, their faces covered in white makeup as they posed for the photos.
Slow music was playing in the background.
The demigod didn't really care about things as trivial as sex, but when he looked back at All Might, he saw that he had his hands on his ears and a disgusted expression on his face.
The number 1 hero was not liking the place.
Percy smirked at that.
They kept walking, turning around the corners, and climbing up the stairs.
"How much longer?" Toshinori called out from behind.
"We're here," The first woman said as they reached a room that was covered with a red door. This was the only place from where no sounds came.
It was completely silent and isolated from the rest of the place, on the top floor of the building.
"Thank you," Percy said politely and gave them twenty thousand more yen and sent the shocked women off.
The demigod looked at All Might.
All Might looked at the demigod.
They both nodded and knocked on the door.
"Come in," said a sweet voice from inside. One that Percy recognized too well.
All Might opened the door and they entered a room that reminded Percy of Aphrodite's residence in Olympus.
Probably because the person they were meeting was the daughter of Aphrodite.
"Well, hello gentlemen!"
Percy closed the door behind him and sat down next to Toshinori, looking at the woman in front of them.
She looked 21-22 and certainly not Japanese.
She was American but spoke fluently the complicated language of Tokyo.
She had curly brown hair and was wearing something that was also not traditional Japanese clothing.
She was wearing a striped crop top with a jeans jacket thrown over it paired with torn jeans and jeans boots.
When Percy looked at her, he could only think of one thing.
Beautiful.
He had many bad memories of her.
He remembered how, at the age of seven, when he had saved her and taken her in when she was out on the streets, starving, about to be eaten by a hellhound.
He had rescued her and given her a home.
He had fallen in love with her.
She had betrayed him.
And now, he was meeting her two centuries later, in the most unimaginable context ever.
Percy took off his hood and exposed his heterochromatic eyes to the entire world, streaks of white hair falling on his face.
"Hey, Delilah."
A/N:- So, how did you like it? Let me know in the reviews! I hope you liked it! Bye! Have a nice day!
