It was her name that had first drew attention to her. Earane. Like it was from a storybook that mothers read to their children on rainy nights. Yet it was her strange abilities that seemed to drive them away.
When Earane was 11 months old, settling into her first foster home, she'd wanted her bottle from the floor outside her crib. Her foster mother was changing Earane, when the bottle found itself in baby Earane's hands.
At 6, when Earane was well into her 17th foster home, she'd set fire to a neighbor's cat that had bit her, but she'd had nothing of which to start the fire. At 8, Earane found her self in a children's home, because no one wanted the freak of nature girl.
At 11, Earane had settled into a new foster home, with parents that had come from America to live in England. They had had an 11 year old son named Enix at the time, and Enix and Earane got along great. Yet sometime between the beginning of the summer and July 31st, they'd received two letters, from an owl. One for Earane, and one for Enix.
Enix's mother took off leaving Enix and Earane with Enix's father when she'd read the letter. Yet Mitchell, Enix's father, couldn't afford for them to go, and began teaching them himself for five years. At 16, the two, inseparable like they were twins, were finally able to go to the school they'd wanted to see since they were 11 years old.

King's Cross Station
--- H.P. View ---
Harry walked through King's Cross heading for the platform when he ran into someone. He pulled himself up and looked at who he'd run into. A young girl, possibly his age, was sprawled on the floor. She had normal long brown hair and simple brown eyes. She wasn't pretty by model standards, she had a Hermoine book-worm look. Harry helped her up and noticed a trunk behind her.
"I'm sorry, Sir. I must not have looked where I was going. Umm.. Do you happen to know where Platform 9¾ is?" the girl asked.
"You look a little old for a first year. But follow me." Harry told her pulling his trunk behind him as did she.

Hermione walked up near the barrier when someone tapped her shoulder. A teenaged boy with short blonde hair, green eyes and broken glasses stood behind her.
"I'm sorry, Miss, I know it's rude to talk to strangers, but could you help me find my sister? She's supposed to get on Platform..9...wha..?" he started looking at his ticket.
"9¾ ?" Hermione supplied. He nodded. Hermione noticed Harry close by and waved him over. Harry was followed by a simple girl with brown eyes and hair.
"Earane! You found someone to help us?" the blonde boy asked the brown-haired girl. Harry shrugged at Hermione's puzzled look.
"Sir, this is my brother, Enix. Can you show us how to get through?" the brown haired girl, Earane asked.
