SPOILERS: Solitudes - It is basically what happened after they were rescued and patched up at the Antarctic base. This is the plane trip home.

"So, remind me again why we are laying half-naked next to each other on an airplane, with our commanding officer not ten feet away." Jack asked looking at the woman nestled up against him in only her underwear and a tank-top.
"Sir, body heat is the best way to keep warm." Sam said smiling slightly at her CO's obvious discomfort. They were laying in only their underclothes, snuggled right up next to each other on a single cot on a military medical transport. Both were still hooked up to IV fluids and under several layers of blankets but it was still unnerving to be in this position for either of them.
"I know that Captain but we've been out of that cave for three days now. Aren't we warm enough?"
"No sir, the doctors said our temps were still too low and this transport is not equipped with adequate heat for us otherwise. They don't want to have patched us up only to have us get hypothermia on our way back to the base." Still smiling slightly, Sam looked down at the blankets around them.
"Carter, I heard that too. But why put us together? Why not people who have normal temperatures, wouldn't that be more effective?" Jack asked exasperated at the situation.
Sam chuckled slightly saying, "Well sir, it's either me or Teal'c. Daniel volunteered to snuggle with me and I don't mind that. If it bothers you that much I'll call Teal'c over right now."
Jack almost choked on his own tongue at that thought, but instead pulled Sam closer to him and said, "No, no Carter that's okay. This arrangement is perfect, just perfect."
Sam couldn't hold back the laughs now. "No giggling Captain."
She chuckled once more before adding, "Are you sure sir because General Hammond might be willing?"
"NO! No, that's quite alright. I was just asking."
Sam looked up at the look of horror on Jack's face and asked, "So General Hammond's a no then?"
"Oh, definitely a no. Definitely. This isn't so bad now that I think about it." Jack said looking around trying to hide his discomfort.
"Sir, I just have one more question?"
"Yeah Carter."
"Is that your sidearm again?"
