Rainheart could only try and muffle his panicky frightened sobs, chubby hands thrown over his cheeks, quickened breathing hissing out of his mouth and between his fingers. Tears clouded his vision, but he could hear her coming for him, anger oozing out of her synthesized voice as she searched for him, the black cloud of her essence overtaking him, threatening with suffocation.

"Rainheart, you will answer your Mother this very instant or you will suffer the consequences!"

He made the unfortunate mistake of releasing a squeal of terror, and knew instantly that she had found him. He could no longer hide from her, and he knew he could not run from her. But he could cry, and he could plead.

That was all there was left to do.

"But, Mother, it's only two fifty!" he screamed, running fast and already out of breath. He pushed on, screeching at his muscles to move move move so he could run far far away and he would not have to deal with the monster again, the demon that threatened to devour his mind whenever he was given his medication.

His vision was hazy with tears, and he did not see in time to escape the Bad Man who grabbed him by the front of his jacket when he tried to run. Rainheart squealed, trying to get away, but the realization that he had lost slowly settled in his mind.

"It's three o'clock, Rainheart. Time for your medication," the Bad Man informed him emotionlessly, the instrument of destruction, a beeject in his right hand. Rainheart choked on a sob, to afraid to move as he helplessly watched the syringe being lowered to his skin.

He cried out in pain, not so much from the sharp sting of the needle as from the influx of liquid violence pouring into his bloodstream.

Hello, Precious. We meet again.

OhMotherohGoddess-- oh please don't let this happen...

Oh, yes. We're going to have fun today, Child. Today I'm going to make you into a man.

Rainheart sobbed, breathing shallow and quick, feeling the cold engulf him, liquid ice that bit at his flesh and shattered his insides. He was stuck somewhere cold, dark, and lonely, that thing inside him was laughing and laughing, and he could hear himself crying, because it was getting dark dark darker and darker and he was losing himself and sweet Mother Goddess please don't do this!

He screwed his eyes shut and screamed, a high pitched shriek that didn't even begin to touch upon the fear and panic he felt.

His voice soon gave out, and he fell silent.

Rainheart finally opened his eyes, little black irises dancing around the White Room in barely controlled delirium.

He smiled sweetly, and giggled.

"What do you need me to do, Mother?"
