A/N: Hey R/R please I need all the help I can get with this story!!
There was darkness in the small alley. The near full moon had risen above the building tops, besides that dark and uninviting small town. The only other source of light was a small building that people often passed as if they couldn't see it. A candle was lit in one of the windows, and there was a dark figure sitting near the fire. He sat reading a letter that he had just received, and many emotions ran through his head. He knew this news would change the war that had started, yet he wasn't sure how. The heir of Gryffindor had been long sought after, yet nobody held a clue of who it might be. The distraught man sat in the warm chair, thinking quietly to himself. According to his news, a prophecy had just been made, one that led him to believe that the Heir of Gryffindor would bring the end of the war. He knew of the prophecy that Dumbledore held, which is what made this puzzle even more tedious. They had believed that the end of the war would come as the dark lord Voldemort fell, slain by Harry Potter. Few people would expect a boy of his age to slay a dark lord; then again, few people knew of the prophecy made before Harry's birth. The man shook his head slowly, before disappearing with a crack.
