HEY ROSWELL FANS!!!!!! SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN FOREVER BUT I HAD A PROBLEM, BUT IT'S COOL NOW AND NOW I AM BACK! 2ND CHAPTER! PLEASE ENJOY! LOVE ALL, NATASHA

Max jogged down the stairs casually, wearing blue jeans and a black t- shirt.

"Max, there you are you sleepy head, I was wondering if were ever going to get up." His mom chuckled from the sink.

"Sorry I went to bed kinda late last night." Max answered glancing over at Isabel who was sitting at the table.

"Breakfast?" She asked him.

"Naw, I'm ok." Max answered turning and walking into the living room. Isabel got up and followed him into the living room.

"Is everything ok?" She asked.

Max turned back to face her.

"What do you mean?" He asked confused.

"Max, you never sleep in even when you do go to bed late. You might be able to pull it over on mom but not me now what's going on?" She demanded.

Max sighed.

"It's nothing serious, I just had a weird dream." Max assured her.

"Nothing serious my butt Max, anything could be a sign. Now what was it about?" She asked clutching his arm, stopping him from walking anywhere.

Max groaned.

"It was just about our other world. I saw it and lived in it for the night." He replied.

Isabel's eyes widened slightly as she slowly sat down, pulling him down with her on the couch, telling him to tell her more.

"And?" She asked in interest.

"Iz, this just might be thanks to eating Mexican food too late, this might not even have been what our world looks like." Max reminded her.

"I don't care Max, just tell me more." She replied shaking his warning off.

Max shrugged.

"Basically we were all there, living our lives. And I remember saying numerous times that we were in war." Max replied looking at her.

"Our revolutionary war must have been close to the time when we... go on." Isabel thought.

"I remember leaving Tess to see where you were. And then the Skins attacked us." Max answered slowly looking at the floor.

Isabel leaned back against the couch.

"That's it?" She asked.

Max nodded.

"Someone might be telling us how this all happened. But why?" She asked herself confused.

"So we don't make the same mistake again?" Max replied looking at her.

She looked back at him helplessly. Suddenly the doorbell rang breaking both of their thoughts. Max got up walking over to the door and opened it. Deputy Fisher stood there; Max became alert without making it to obvious.

"Hello Officer." Max answered.

Isabel heard his words and sat up straight in alert, eyeing Max in panic. Max glanced at her before returning his gaze.

"Can I help you?" Max asked.

"You're the Evans boy aren't you?" Pierce asked?

"I am." Max answered.

"Hi, I'm Deputy Fisher, I'm new in Roswell." He answered smiling holding out his hand.

Max eyed it but the shook it, Max looked at the man and tried to smile, the man had a tight grip, as if he wouldn't let go. Pierce then let go and noticed the boy was nervous.

"Don't worry Max, you're not in trouble, I am just getting to know the civilians here. Is your mom or dad home?" Pierce asked.

Max nodded then stepped aside to let him in. Pierce walked in, taking off his hat.

"Hello folks." He replied, getting the attention of the mother.

"And who is this lovely lady?" Pierce asked seeing Isabel on the couch.

"That's my sister, Isabel." He answered.

"Why hello Isabel, I'm Deputy Fisher." Pierce answered holding out his hand. Isabel stood up and shook it, smiling.

"Hello Deputy." She answered softly.

"Is there something the matter officer?" she asked alarmed walking in the living room in a hurry.

"Oh no, you must be Mrs. Evans, no nothing the matter here I am new in town and I was just meeting some of the locals. Being the new deputy in town you kinda have to know some faces. I'm Deputy Fisher." He answered.

"Oh what a relief, hello Mr. Fisher, it's so nice to meet you. Do you care for some freshly baked cookies? I just pulled them out of the oven." She offered sweetly.

Max looked over at Isabel who rolled her eyes.

"You know mom, always making friends." Max whispered, Isabel nodded in agreement.

"Well, I don't mind if I do Mrs. Evans, that's sure mighty grateful of you." Pierce replied as he followed her into the kitchen.

Suddenly their phone rang.

"Got it MOM!" Max called as he picked it up and said hello. Isabel watched him through the short conversation and watched him hang up.

"Who was that?" She asked immediately.

"Michael he told us to meet him at CrashDown, he said he had something disturbing to tell us." Max replied.

"Great, let's go." Isabel said sarcastically.

"Ok," Max answered as Isabel walked into another room to grab her purse.

Max walked in the kitchen to find his mom and Deputy Fisher sitting at the table drinking milk and a plate of warm chocolate chips cookies on the table.

"Hey mom, Iz and I are meeting Michael at CrashDown, ok?" Max asked.

"Sure hun, be careful and be home before dinner." She replied.

"Sure thing, nice to meet you Deputy." Max answered politely.

"You too Max." He called as Max left.

Pierce returned his attention back to Mrs. Evans.

"You have some real nice responsible kids." Pierce answered.

"Yes, they turned out ok." She answered happily taking a cookie in her hand.

"Well why wouldn't they be? You see to be a fine person not to mention parent." Fisher answered.

"Oh why thank you no it's not us, they're not really our kids, we found them walking along side of the road when they were 5 or so." She answered taking a bite.

Pierce gave a look of interest.

"Oh really, that's interesting." Pierce added.

"Want to see pictures?" she asked happily.

"Of course." Pierce said smiling.

"Oh ok, hold on." She replied hopping up and going out of the room.

"Cause what comes with pictures Mr. Fisher? Why stories." Pierce replied evilly to himself.

Max and Isabel walked into the CrashDown to find Michael sitting at a booth. They walked up to him and sat down across from him.

"What's going on Michael?" Max asked breathlessly.

"You guys ARE NOT going to believe what is happening." Michael said.

Liz glanced at the three from behind the bar, holding her book close to her chest.

"What is it Michael?" Isabel scolded finding his waiting game not funny.

Michael pulled something out from under the table. Max and Isabel's eyes widened as he saw a skin denigrate in Michael's hand. Liz gasped to herself slightly, covering his mouth. She then quickly turned her back to them to hide her face from anyone.

"Not again, please not again." Liz whispered to herself.

"Michael...where did you find that?" she demanded.

"On the road." Michael answered.

Max sighed then glanced over at the side, noticing Liz behind the bar counter.

"This isn't good guys." Michael replied as Max studied Liz's face, noticing it was covered in fear.
