Disclaimer: I don't own anything. I even own the idea. In my class last year we did a trial. This will be a little different, but it follows the same idea.

Summary: Ralph, Jack, some choir boys, and the littluns arrive back in England. Jack goes on trial for the brutal murders of Piggy and Simon.

This is written in Ralph's point of view. If you have any questions, leave it in a review! Thanks!

Chapter One: The Arrival

As soon as we stepped off the boat I saw a huge crowd. I turned to the naval officer and asked why there were so many people. He told me they were family members of those who were on the plane.

I started looking around for my family, and instead I saw someone who reminded me of Piggy. She was standing there anxiously looking around. I decided that as the leader, I still had a responsibility to Piggy. I walked over to her and gave a sad smile.

"Do you know who my nephew is?" She asked.

I nodded my head yes.

She asked, "Do you know where he is?"

I nodded my head again.

"WELL WHERE IS HE?" she shouted, starting to get frustrated.

"Jack killed him." I simply replied.

As she broke down into hysterics, I knew it was time for me to walk away. I saw the naval officer motioning at me, so I walked over to him.

"Ralph, I have some bad news."

"What is it, sir?"

"Your parents went on a ship to America because they were so distraught at the thought of having lost you."

Now it was my turn to cry. I started crying and wondered why I cared. Then I wondered what I was going to do. And suddenly I realized that I didn't need them. What I needed was to help Piggy's aunt.

Now, five months later, I was content with my life. I was living with Piggy's aunt whom I'd grown very fond of. I'd also been working on getting Jack to trial. I spent a lot of time with lawyers trying to remember everything. But tomorrow, my life was going to be spun around before being thrown on the ground. The trial started tomorrow and I didn't know what to think.

Jack's high-profile team of defense lawyers were going to be pleading insanity. I knew Jack wasn't insane. It wasn't even temporary insanity. He knew what he was doing. I was going to testify and I was really nervous. I wanted Jack to go to jail for what happened to Simon and Piggy. It may not have been that he directly killed him, but he planned it. And that's just as bad as doing it yourself.
