Chapter 2: What is your problem
These are not my characters. The characters belong to J.K. Rowling. The story is mine.
This is a short chapter but please send me feedback.
Saturday morning Harry awoke to see that Hermione was still asleep. It was just before dawn and Harry knew that Draco would be on his rounds. Harry brushed his hair, got cleaned up, put his school robes on, and left.
The halls were very quite. Very few students were up at this hour. After walking for a little while he heard some voices around the corner. As he peered around he saw Darco and Cho talking.
"Draco, come on, now that the goody-goody is out of the picture we can be together," she said
"No, I don't love you and don't call her a goody-goody you don't even know her. At least she's not a clingy slut who can't take no for an answer." as Draco said this Harry heard a slap. When Cho came around the corner she ran straight into Harry knocking him back. As she walked off Harry came around the corner. He saw Draco with a red handprint on his face and a bruise around his eye.
"You're just not having a good time are ya mate." Said Harry fighting back laughs.
"Yeah, have you seen Hermione any where. She didn't come back last night.'
"Yeah, she came running to me last night after she caught you."
"Oh" said Draco looking down at his feet.
"What is wrong with you Draco? Hermione loved you with all her heart and you let her down.... TWICE." said Harry
"I know...I know. I don't know why I do it. It is an impulse thing. I guess I will be just like my father."
"No, you will not be like your father. Look where it got your family. You are doing so well to mend what your father destroyed."
"Harry please help me fix this I love her. I wanted to marry her. Have I screwed things up beyond repair?"
"Probably but you may be able to prove you have changed."
"How?"
"Are you going to enter the singing competion?"
"Yea, why?"
"Because Hermione is too. You will be five feet from her at all times during practice and performances."
"You're right but what should I sing."
"Leave that to me." Said Harry leaving.
