Phoebe typed in her password, a combination of her married initials and wedding date, and stared at the onscreen directory.
Two months since her last entry. The night Chris was born and the memories of what could have been.
'Why?' she sighed. Every time she thinks she's finally moved on, something happens sending her back to her secret diary.
She was grateful Piper hadn't looked closely at her pages of childish scribbling about Leslie. It was there. Smack in the middle. A tiny heart containing four letters.
An unconscious reminder of all she's lost. Of all she's still missing.
