2. Hail to the King

Junk (part 2)

"So Xander is..."

"Descendant of Arthur Pendragon, Lord of Camelot, King of the Britons, yes."

"That's bad, right?"

"In more ways than you know."

"Why?"

"Aside from the fact that I now owe my allegiance to that cretin; the legends surrounding King Arthur are quite specific: he would one day return to lead England in its greatest hour of need."

"So we could be facing an apocalypse unlike any we've face before?"

"Exactly."

"Any ideas about what to do?"

"I've sent out members of the Watchers Council to try and find Merlin..."

"Huh?"

"He's real: a very ancient and powerful Mage who is apparently immortal."

"Can he help?"

"He couldn't make it any worse..."
