Empty Threats.

Dib slammed Zim up against the wall, "Damn you Zim! Whatever crazed plan you've got this time, I'm warning you, it wont succeed!" Dib stared menacingly into Zim's violet eyes, his hands fisted gripping Zim's tunic collar, though Zim did not make any attempt to get away.

Dib let go of the shirt and glared once more at Zim before stepping back. "Run Stink-beast for Zim will rule this pathetic Dirt-ball of a planet and you shall all be enslaved!" Zim stood defiantly hands on hips, forgotten was his previous moment of weakness. "Do you really think you could defeat me?" He asked the human, advancing slowly.

Dib held his ground, "Oh you can try it Zim but I'll always be here, saving the day, saving this planet, foiling your every move!" his passion filed words were accompanied with wild hand gestures, just to make is point that little bit clearer.

Zim advanced further, backing Dib across the deserted hallway and p against the other wall. "You can not foil the almighty Zim! If its not what you truly want." He proclaimed just as Dib's back hit the lockers. "What do you mean?" Dib was genuinely confused by Zim's statement, why would he also want earth to be destroyed?

Their positions had reversed, Zim had the power now but Dib would not cower, there was nothing to fear from Zim, apart form a laser gun.

Zim placed his hands on either side of Dib's head blocking any escape the prey was cornered. He leaned in close and whispered, his breath tickling Dib's neck and ear. "I no longer want this world, there is only one thing I wish to conquer now... you." Dibs eyes widened in shock and he froze. In his world Zim had to try and take over the world, it gave Dibs world consistency. Dibs thoughts where cut off as Zim reached up and soundly kissed him on the mouth. Lips brushed against the others and tongues darted out yet never quite brave enough to venture past the lips into the cavernous heat behind them. Dibs hands came to rest on Zim's tiny waist as the short Irken pressed tight against him.

The bell rang loudly shocking them apart, Dib looked curiously at the Irken Invader. "This isn't over Earth-monkey!" Zim tried to be threatening but it ended up being more of an affectionate promise than anything. Dib nodded and leaned down to place a chaste kiss on the alien's lips. It was never over.
