Walking slowly thru the halls in the department of mysteries Arthur entered

were the veil was located. Sitting down the ginger color cat Arthur stood and watch it
change into Hermione.
Turning her back to Arthur, Hermione walked towards the veil. With out looking back
she said "don't worry about coming back Arthur just go help Molly and Ginny, I'll be
fine." With that she walked thru the veil.
Emerging thru the veil Hermione let her self adjust before moving farther in. Looking
around everything was dark, except for a stone pedestal up head walking to it Hermione
called out "I have come to seek passage from beyond, the time of the great forgotten
prophecy is at hand. I heir to Merlin beseech the ancient council of elders to release the
ancient magic with in and the warriors for told of in the forgotten prophecy."
The surrounding area light up with the magic of ancient, looking around Hermione could
make out the ancient stones of stone hedge. As she looked around cloaked figures
appeared all around the edges of stone hedge. She watched as one in black robes stepped
forward.
The cloaked figure pulled his hood down on his robe and said, "Who among the council
will stand forth for my heir."
A figure in red robes the color of Gryffindor stepped forward and said "I Godric
Gryffindor will stand forth."
"I Rowena Ravenclaw will stand forth" called a figure in blue robes.
Stepping out a figure in yellow robes called "I Helga Hufflepuff will stand forth."
"I Nicholas Flamel will stand forth for the heir" called the figure in purple robes.
Watching the four steps forward Merlin had nodded his head in approval. Waiting for the
final council member to stand forth Merlin called out "Is there no more among the
council who wise to stand forth."
Walking out of the shadows a figure in green robes said "I Salazar Slytherin stand forth
for the heir of Merlin."
Nodding his approval again Merlin called "So be it, the council has chosen, step forth
heir of Merlin and fulfill your birth rite to protect the champion of the council of
ancient."
Walking to Merlin, Hermione kneeled down in front of him and bowed her head.
Placing his hand out Merlin nodded for the others to do the same.
Hermione closed her eyes as the power surged around her from the council of ancient.
After what seemed like hours Hermione heard someone say, "arise".
Standing up Hermione notice that the council was gone except for Merlin and the five
who stood forth.
Walking over to her Rowena Ravenclaw said "I give forth my champion to you for the
protection of the other."
Looking behind Rowena, Hermione saw Cedric Diggory.
"I give forth the champion of choice." Called both Helga Hufflepuff and Nicholas
Flamel.
Stepping forward Godric Gryffindor said, "I give forth the father of my champion, my
heir."
"I give forth the mother, born of non-magic parents, to correct the mistakes made by my
heir, to protect the champion of the council" called Salazar Slytherin.
