Graham quickly ran into the kitchen and grabbed Morgan's medicine just as the aliens started to slide under the door. Graham was really freaked out that they could actually get through a crack that small. He rain to the cellar door and slammed it shut, hoping that the aliens didn't know where he went.
Bo found several flashlights in the corner of the basement just in case they would need them for some reason. In the meantime, Meril was searching around the basement looking for something to put up agains the doorhandle. Morgan and Bo were complaining that they didn't have their aluminum hats and that the aliens could read their minds.
As Merril was looking for a chair or something to prop up against the door, he said, "Morgan! Bo! I found something that you might be interested in!"
Morgan and Bo got up off of the ground and went to see what their uncle had found in the basement. Merril was holding out an unopen box of aluminum foil. Morgan screamed in excitement and rapidly opened the box and pulled out several pieces of aluminum.
Bo busied herself with fitting the aluminum hat on top of Morgan's head when Merril found an axe and cut the electrical wiring. The light bulb slowly died as Merril rain over to the door to prop the axe against the door.
All Graham could say was, "About time!"
Graham grabbed a flashlight and started looking around the basement for a window, or another door or something. Bo was standing right in front of the shoot were they poored coal in the basement. Before Graham knew it, one of the aliens was trying to pull Bo through the small hole.
Merril and Graham rain over to Bo and started yanking on her to pull her out of the aliens grip. Finally, they got the alien to loosen its grip on Bo. After a couple minutes, the alien finally released her completely and Morgan was so scarred that he couldn't breathe and needed medicine.
Just then...Graham jumped up from his bed, trying to convince himself that it was just a bad dream. He knew that it had happened to him before, but it scarred him that it could've been Bo that was almost dragged off by the alien.
