To Whom it May Concern:
Due to the success of the BR Act in Japan, the BR Act of the Contiguous United States will commence in two weeks time. Further information about these issues are attached. It is in the best interest of the government and national security to do this. Opposition is expected to be high, so the military is being allotted authority over the American public during each Battle Royale until opposition is no longer a threat.

THE AMERICAN BATTLE ROYALE WILL COMMENCE IN 14 DAYS AT THE ISLAND OF KAHOOLAWE, HAWAII. THE ISLAND'S WATERS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY CLEARED OF UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE, THOUGH THE ISLAND ITSELF HAS. WE HAVE CONCLUDED THAT THIS FIRST AMERICAN BATTLE ROYALE WILL CONSIST OF CLASS SIXTEEN, EIGTH GRADE STUDENTS ARRIVING FROM ST. SOPHETIA MIDDLE SCHOOL IN NEW JERSEY. THE PROGRAM WILL BE POSED AS AN ACADEMIC ACTIVITY, LEADED BY A MS. ANNYA GURERO. SHE WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THIS.
