It was a hot day and they were cruising along at a snail's pace. Ginji looked at the rest of the vehicles zipping by them on the expressway and sighed. "Hevn will not be happy," he said mournfully.
"Hevn does not pay us enough to be punctual," Ban grumbled, hands steady on the car, eyes on the road.
The car rumbled to a miserable halt. Ban resisted the urge to murder his partner in cold blood as he grated, "Come on, we can get there a lot faster if we're both pushing it."
"I can't," Ginji whined, "I'm too hungry."
End.
