You know how every writer has those times where their like – "BLARGH" and then they go write crappy poetry? You don't? Oh, well this is what this is so if you don't want to read crappy little poems that are all going to be stashed here so I don't ever have to see these little blemishes on my account's record ever again, you should go read something else on my account. The rest is pretty good, poetry is just an outlet.

Forlorn

I bet you I could cry

But you'd never see it

I bet you I could laugh

But you'd never hear it

I bet you I could live

But you'd never know it

I bet you I could tell you

But you'd never believe me

I could look you straight in the eye

And you'd think I was lying

I could record every second

And you'd think it was forgery

I could give you the laughter

And you'd think I was faking

I could show you the tears

And you'd think they were someone else's

If I were happy

If truly, deep down

In the lightest place in my soul

I was happy simply to be

And I told you that I was happy

Would you believe me?

Of course not

Because I know you

And you know me

Together we know what the other wont say

And I refuse to say it

If I were angry

If truly, deep down

In the fiery depths of my soul

I hated you with every fiber of my being

And I told you that I hated you

Would you believe me?

Of course not

Because I know you

And you know me

Together we know what the other wont believe

And I won't believe it

If I were sorry

If truly, deep down

In the darkest part of my soul

Where every one of my nasty secrets resides

I told you that I was sorry

...Would you believe me?

Of course not

Because I know you

And you know me

Together we know what the other mourns for

And I do not mourn

If I felt...

If truly, deep down

In the most confused part of me

Where nothing and everything dwells at the same time

I figured out that I felt

And I told you that I loved you

....Would you believe me?

Of course not

Because I know you

And you know me

Together we know what the other feels

And 'we' feel nothing.
