Kuwabara worked at a local bar as a bartender and that is where are story begins.
Kuwa's POV
The bar was empty and I was sweeping up the floor. Then the soft click of shoes and she came in and I said.
"I'm sorry but we're closed"
She Said, "I know but I'm afraid I left my purse"
"I put one back behind the I bet it's probably yours"
"Thank you" she said smiling
"I'm Kuwabara"
"I'm Toma" She's said smiling wider
She was only a few inches shorter then me and had deep green eyes and shoulder length black hair. She wore a black dress that made her look godly. And before I knew we were lost in conversation. Before I gave her the purse I said
"You'll only get this back on one condition..."
"What?" She said looking worried
"A dance"
"O-k"
And we danced out there on that empty hard wood floor. With the chairs up and the lights turned way down low. The music play and we held each other close... And we danced.
She gave me her phone number and said goodbye. I called her that night and we made dinner plans for that weekend. We had the greatest time and learned so much about each other it was only seven days and you couldn't separate us. Then one week Yuusuke and the gang saw us together laughing and having fun. They caught up to us and took me to the side. Yuusuke started shooting questions off like a sniper.
"How much you paying her Kuwabara"
"What! NOTHING!"
"What... a babe like her no way"
"I'm not paying her a cent she's going out with me on her own free will"
All of their faces almost melted off. Then she came up behind me.
"Kuwa are we....Oh and these are your friends?"
"Yea that's Yuusuke, Kurama, Hiei, Genkai, Boton, Koenma, & Yukina"
"Oh Koenma I haven't seen you I the longest time" she said sarcastically
"TOMA! I thought you said you where gone for good"
"I am Baka"
"You know each other?!" Everyone practically screamed
"Yes she used to be a vault guard"
"Cool" Yuusuke cooed
"Well Kuwa and I must be going now buh bye"
We walking to the coffee shop and she told me about her past and why she quite and he powers and techniques. She really left because she wanted a real life. And from that moment I knew I found the person I always dreamt about.
Then one evening when she stopped by after work, I pulled a diamond ring out of the pocket of my shirt. And as her eyes filled up with tears she said
"This is the last thing I expected" And then she took me by the hand she said "I'll only marry you on one condition"
And we danced out there on that empty hard wood floor. With the chairs up and the lights turned way down low. The music play and we held each other close... And we danced like no one else had ever danced before. I can't explain what happened on that floor. But the music played and we danced...Yea we danced.
