Journey
I know what's out there now. We have a lot of evil to fight, a lot of people to help.

Life used to be easier.
But life threw me a curve ball and here I am.
I can barely sleep at night,
And it's a strain to get up in the morning.
Rough days, rough nights,
I still have something to look forward to.
It's all been a journey,
It's all been a test.
I've been through ordeal after ordeal,
But it's all for the better.
I look at how I used to live,
Better off financially, maybe,
But I was missing something,
Purpose.
There are reasons to fight in this world,
To protect the innocent.
It gives me a feeling of belonging,
Because I know I'm helping somebody,
And I know I'm needed.
This journey, it's not the easiest,
But it's a journey to a better life,
And that's worth it.
