Priority
"Oishi! Aren't you going to do something?" Eiji whispered in his ear, head swiveling back and forth between the fallen Kaidoh and his doubles partner.
"Mm. No." It was sort of funny, really, to see Eiji stare at him like he'd flipped his lid. Everyone teased him about being Seigaku's mother (and it wasn't too far from the truth), but to just sit there when a team member was injured was unthinkable.
"Ehh? But--if you don't--"
He placed a gentle finger on his partner's lips. "Shh. Watch."
Sure enough, Inui vaulted over the dividing wall and ran to Kaidoh's side, dropping to his knees. Oishi smiled, then reached over to close Inui's forgotten notebook.
