Title: Caramel

Chara POV: Cho Hakkai

Pairing?: Implied 85, I guess.
Warnings: Ramble-y-ness, OOC, Gojyo being compared to a candy, and writing in a bus with Bayani Agbayani's "Otso Otso" blasting in a bus is bad inspiration. Though if you're not Philipino, you may not see the significant crack that this song is because I'm not sure any other people would listen to that song. xDDD And comparing Gojyo to caramel is WRONG. It doesn't work properly. I don't think I got the characterization well at ALL. It's... Ackghhh....

Caramel

Gojyo is like caramel.

On the outside, caramel is hard, but once within, the caramel is soft and sweet. Gojyo is like that. He puts on that act of being rough and tough, a womanizer, sleeping with as many 'pretty girls' as he can. But, on the inside, what he really wants is love, a true love, a love he didn't receive as a child. Gojyo is... lonely. What he has is lust, pleasure, but what he really wants, what he really needs is companionship and real love. He's... soft like caramel.

Physically, Gojyo is kind of like caramel as well; his lovely tanned skin looks close to the color of it, his well-sculpted muscles hard like refrigerated caramel, his scars like the little imperfections in the candy that make it all the more unique, maybe even beautiful. Gojyo's taste is unique, as well. I've never tasted anything so... mixed. Caramel is sweet, almost too sweet, almost sickeningly so, but it's still lovely. Gojyo mouth tastes of tobacco, alcohol, and other things I can't (and don't want to) place. It's sickening at times, but you get used to it, and it's a taste unique to him.

Oh my... Caramel also seems to affect the way the mind thinks. Perhaps I should go rest and clear up my mind before I start to compare Goku to jawbreakers or Sanzo to sour gummi worms... Ja ne!

Okay, I -cannot- believe that I actually wrote that. And even -posted- it! I should go and sulk now...
