The team of four mutants ran away, from the exploding buildings not looking back. They all ran as fast as they could, but Lexa stopped. She put her hands on her knees panting heavily. Her head was down, silent tears running down her cheeks.
"Come Lexa lets go." Jesse said.
"I can't do it." she said now facing them, showing them that she was crying. " This is enough. This is all my fault, I cant take it any more!" she yelled with angry sobs, falling to her knees.
"No Lexa this isnt your fault. You need to get up and except that this is all the Dominioln's fault" Brennan told her, anger seething through his teeth.
"No" Lexa said softly.
" Lexa please dont do this. Please we need to go.We have to get somewhere to help Brennan" Jesse said. He was on his knees hugging Lexa.
"Look I dont want to ruin the moment and all, but we have some company." Shalimar pointed out. At least ten men in suits and rifles we approaching fast. Lexa looked back. ' no" she thought.
