'no' Lexa thought.
"Everyone, RUN!" Brennan yelled. The four were runnoing as fast as they could. Hoping they could lose them. Finally reaching a city they cut i nto an alley.
Taking a moment to breathe Jesse asked " Shal can you still tel if they're following us?"
"I don't know. Ask them?" Shalimar pointed torwards the men in black suites with guns and vests made impenatrable to mutant powers.
They backed them up into a corner and pionted the guns at them.
"God I am so fuckin' sick of this" Brennan moaned.
The men in suites shot at them and Lexa Brennan and Shalimar ran behind Jesse. Je massed and waited until they were out of bullets. When they were done thery all began to fight.
"God! When will you leave us the fuck alone!" Lexa yelled while punching a gaurd and knocking him unconsiense. Shalimar was busy fighting two gaurds when a car rushed down they alley and hitting the remaining men in suits.
When the four mutants looked at who was in the car the all gapsed.
"Adam!" They all yelled in unison.
"Get in!" He ordered. They all scurried in.
Adam drove to the nearest motel and dropped them of.
" Where are you going?" Shal asked. He didnt answer them. He just dissapered into green lines. (hologram)
"Great" Lexa said sarcasticly.
They four of them walked into the dingy motel and up to the counter.
"How many rooms do you need?" The fat and dirty man at the counter said, " cause we only got one"
"Thats fine" Jesse said. The clerk grabbed a key of the rack on the wall and gave it to them.
"Room 207, second floor"
The four of them walked away ant to their rooms.
Jesse opened the door to find one bed with a nasty brown stain o the bed, discolored yellow wallpaper ripping od the walls. and moldind carpet.
"Nastiness" Lexa complained. Jesse held the door open and let everone in.
