3 men were sitting around a table in a dank bar. Drinking to there hearts content
"This is great. Tonight could be even better than last year" said one of them

The three began laughing again as they drank more
One of them got up and walked away
"Hey Max P were you going?"

A dark figure climbed up a fire escape followed by a large black bird. As he reached the top of the building he smiled and laughed hysterically. He began to run towards the edge of the building before jumping across an impossible gap and landing safely. He began laughing again. He sounded psychotic. It echoed around the city as if he was everywhere.
=== Gideons ===
"Dude this shit is worth a lot more than that!" said Max P trying to lean over the counter
"That's exactly what this is SHIT!" came Gideons response holding up a gun to keep Max P away. "Now either take this $70 or take this shit with you. I'm sure this handbag looks better on you than whatever old lady you took it from"
Max P thought for a while before picking the money up and heading for the door
"Close the shutters after you to" Gideon said with a laugh as he began to put the stuff away
"I'll stab that fat piece of shit next time" Max P said under his breath as he began to walk down an alley.
As he did a large black crow flew into the alley narowly missing him.
"Hey fuck you" he shouted as he threw a knife toward the bird. Narowly missing
"Hey be careful you could hurt someone with that" came a voice from above
"Who said that?" he said looking around
Tommy jumped down landing quietly behind him

Max P jumped back tensed up and held his fists out infront of him
"What the fuck are you? KISS don't tour til next year man" he said with a grin

"Ok, but I don't believe in happy endings" he said before running forward and hitting Tommy across the face. Breaking his jaw

"What the fuck are you?" Max P said while the fear began to grip him
He looked at him coldly making Max P shiver
"I am pilot error, I am fetal distress, I am the random chromosome, I am complete and total MADNESS, I AM FEAR!" He said before laughing again
Tommy grabbed Max, still laughing, before throwing him against a wall. He rushed over to him and sat him up
"Remember a year ago. A man, a women. You killed them"
"I don't know"
"REMEMBER!!!"
"Yeah yeah. Some dude, some bitch so what?"
"HER NAME WAS KIMI! You cut her then raped her"
"Yeah I shagged that pink ass and the bitch loved it"

Max P laughed before kicking Tommy in the chest knocking him away. He stood up
"Murder is easy friend" he said starting to walk away and pulling out a set of knifes "These are 2 of my buddies. Word of advice. They never miss" he said before throwing them at Tommy
Tommy stood up and knocked each one away.
"Do it again. Try harder" he said with a psychotic smile on her face
Max P threw another knife, but Tommy caught it before throwing it back pinning Max P to a crate behind him
Tommy smiled again as he walked up to Max P
"Hey man don't kill me. I'm a victim of a bad upbringing"

"Victim? Arn't we all?" He said before pulling out another knife
=== Chuckie and Ellie ===
"So what was all that about?" asked Ellie as Chuckie sat back down and took a bite out of his now cold hotdog.
"Ugh Jonny can I get another one of these?... Oh sorry Ellie what did you say?"
"Where did you run off to?"
"A 10-11...A suspicous death" He said realising she didn't know what he meant (I dunno what the code for suspicious death is so I'm sticking with a 10-11)
"Who?"
"Some old women who claims to have seen a ghost before she died"
Just then Jonny came back with his hot dog
"Thanks man" said Chuckie as he took the dog and started putting ketchup on it
Just as he was about to put it in his mouth his radio began
"Detective Finter report"
"Uggh. Do you think you can handle another dog Ellie?"
"Yeah thanks man" She said as Chuckie rushed over to the car
"Detective Finster reporting. What's the damage?" he said frustrated
"Chuckie there is a 10-11 on 3rd, but your gonna love this. It's max P"
"What? Did you say Max P?" He said clearly shocked "What's that dumb son of a bitch done now" he said under his breath "I'll be right there"
He got in his car and drove off toward 3rd

A dark figure of a man appears at the door of Gideons and gently knocks on the door
"Go away we're closed" shouted Gideon. He had a cigar hanging out of his mouth, counting money.
Again he knocks
"I SAID GO AWAY SHIT FOR BRAINS"
The man outside pulls the shutter open and knocks again
Gideon got up from his stool, hid his money and picked up a shotgun
"GET THE FUCK AWAY OR I'M CALLING THE COPS"
The man kicked through the glass on the window and a large black bird flew in. As the light falls on the mans face we can see it's Tommy.
"Suddenly there came a tapping, As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. Did you not here me rapping?" he said brushing broken glass from his shoulders
"Your trespassing dick head now get out before I call the cops"
"I'm looking for something in an engagement ring. A gold engagement ring" he said calmly
"Your looking for a coriner" He said firing a shell into Tommys chest
Tommy stumbles back before laughing as he shows the wound close up again
"HOLY SHIT!!! SHIT ON ME!!!! SHIT ON ME!!!!!!" Gideon shouts as Tommy grabs him and throws him over the counter hitting the back wall.
Tommy jumps over the counter and hangs upside down from the ceiling
"Your not listining Mr. Gideon"
"AGGH" he screams in shock before grabbing a knife trying to stab him.
Tommy laughed as he jumped down taking the knife and stabbing it through Gideons hand pinning it to the counter
Gideon screamed again as he saw his hand pinned.
"I repeat. A gold engagement ring. It was pawned by Max P a customer of yours a year ago. He confided in me before he ran out of breath"
=== Chuckie ===
A paramedic crew are carrying Max P out on a stretcher. All his knifes, about 20, are sticking out of his chest.
"Well we can rule out accidental death" said Chuckie
"What do we have here?" Another detective asks
"One of Oz's gang. Looks like a turf hit."
"Do none of your gangs have big boy names?"
The officer shakes his head before looking over to the wall
"Hey what's that?" A large bird was drawn in blood
"It's blood, but you'd probably put it down as graffiti"
"Don't fuck with me Finster" he said sturnly
"You can leave my crime scene now officer" he said with a smirk
=== Gideons ===
Tommy starts to run riot around the shop pulling stuff of shelves.
"What are...you doing?" Gideon said in agony
"Don't you know this game? Where are the rings?"
"Metal box...Bottom left draw"
Tommy smiled as he he sat down next to the draw. Opens it. And removes the metal box. He opens it and starts to look at rings.
"No..." He said before throwing it away "No...no...no...no..." Then he came to a gold ring
*FLASHBACK*
"Go on go up" said Tommy tring to push Kimi in to the attic.
"What is it? Come on just tell me" Said a excited Kimi as she opened the door to see the whole room full of lit candles with a red pillow with a small black box on it. She walks over and opens it seeing the ring.
"Kimi will you marry me?" asked Tommy as he sat down next to her
She looked at him with shock. Making Tommy feel like she was going to say no
"YES YES YES YES!!!!!" she screamed diving on top of him kissing him repeatedly.
"That a yes then?" Tommy asked as soon as she got up
She giggled before kissing him again

Tommy looked coldly at Gideon and walked over to him. Picking up the shotgun on the way. By now Gideon had managed to free himself from the counter. He was trying to wrap his hand in a cloth
He stood infront of him holding the gun to his face
"You have one chance to live" Tommy said coldly
"TAKE ANYTHING YOU WANT!!!" he said in fear
"Thank you" he said calmly walking around knocking over gas canisters.
He returned to Gideon and put the box on the counter.
"Now your gonna tell me were Oz and his merry band hang out"
"The Pit. The Pit. They all go there. Joe D lives upstairs"
"Joe D?" he said smashing glass display cases. "A WHOLE JOLLY CLUB OF PIRATES WITH JOLLY PIRATE NICKNAMES"
He stopped and picked up the metal box
"Each one..." he said starting to throw rings at him "...of these is a life you helped destroy"
"Please don't kill me, please don't kill me" he began to plead
"I wont kill you. I want you to deliver a message. Tell Joe D and Oz Death is coming. Tonight." he poured most of the box down the barrel of the shotgun and began to walk away "Oh and Tommy Pickles sends his regards"
He saw a guitar walked over and took it
"You wont last 5 minutes man the gangs will kill you!!!"
"Is that gasoline I smell?" Tommy asked calmly before leaving throught the hole in the door
"NO MAN!!! NO NO NO!!" he screamed running to the back door
Tommy turned and fired the shotgun toward the ground as the rings sparked off the ground the building exploded into flames. Knocking Gideon out through the back door. Setting him alight.
Tommy put the guitar around his neck and began to walk away
"POLICE DON'T MOVE. I SAID HOLD STILL!" shouted a familiar voice
Tommy turned to see Chuckie holding a gun to him
"Don't the police say freeze?" Tommy asked calmly whilst holding his hands up
"Well I'm the police and I say move and your dead"
"Then I say I'm dead and I move" he said taking a few slow steps toward him
"Not one more step I'm serious"
"Then shoot." He says stopping and bowing "Detective Finster"
"Are you nuts? Walking into a gun. Are you high?"
"No Detective Finster I'm not" he said sitting down on the sidewalk
"Who are you?"
"A friend of the innocent"
"What happened to Gideons?"
"It went bye-bye" he said with a smirk
"I'm waiting for backup this is too wierd for me"
"Oh it get's better. Do you know someone named Oz? His little freind who should not have played with knives. Like the coat?"
"You the guy who murdered Max P?
"He was already dead. He died a year ago the moment he touched her. There all dead they just don't know it yet"
"I should arrest you"
"For what? Getting justice for Kimi Finster?"
"Kimi's dead. Theres no more justice for her. How do you know her?"
"You still don't recognise me?" he said before pointing toward Gideons whcih was being looted.
Chuckie turned to see this
"HEY STOP POLICE!!"
"SHIT IT'S THE COPS GET GOING" said a teenager as he ran down an alley
When Chuckie turned back to Tommy. He was gone
"Shit. First Max P gets a knife in every organ and a guy shows up looking like a mime from hell and I lose him in the open"
