Oz burst into the office of his boss. He had a bone to pick with him
"Ahh Oz to what do we owe the pleasure?" he asked looking up from some papers infront of him
"Were the fuck was our protection? One of my guys is dead now!" He said slamming his hands against the desk
"Oz, you got to realise I'm a busy man. So stop bitching or..." he clicks his fingers and 6 men come out of the shadows pointing rifles at him "...now get out"
Oz scowled at the man before he headed out the door slamming it.
The man turned toward one of his bodyguards
"Keep an eye on him" he said as the bodyguard left the room
=== Ellie ===
She is walking down the street feeling depressed not looking were she is going when she skates infront of a car.
Someone runs from behind and pulls her out the way, but the skateboard is crushed under the cars wheels
"Hey let go of me!" she shouts as the man drops her and walks back. Whincing in pain of a memory.
"You need to slow down dick head" she shouts after the car
"He couldn't of stopped" the man said as he leaned against a lightpost
"He was a butt face I could of made it"
Ellie looks at the man. She's seen him before, but were?
"What are you supost to be? A clown?"
He laughs "Sometimes"
She walks into the empty street and picks up the remains of her board
"It's more like surfing then skating now. I wish it would stop raining just once" she said looking to the sky
"It can't rain all the time" he says gently

He is sat at his desk looking at a picture of his freinds. A one taken when Tommy and Kimi were still with them. He takes a drink from a whisky glass then fills it again. Just then a female police officer enters with a large file
"Your gonna get knocked down to crossing guard for this" she said as she dropped the file on his desk
"Thanks Emma"

"Double Homocide, last year on Haloween"

"My sister? Yeah"
"So why did you let it rest?"
"I tried not to, but Torus threatend me with demotion so I had to let it go." he said pulling a picture of Tommy and his band out. He was shocked at what he saw and started drawing on Tommys face.
"I didn't know you liked KISS" she said with a smile
"You kidding? I love Gene Simmons" he said laughing. He finished drawing and he was looking straight at the mime from hell he lost earlier in the day.
"Ok. Now don't say 'I owe you one'" she said before walking away
Chuckie waited for a few seconds "I owe you one"
She turned and looked at him "Yeah right"
He laughs before taking another drink from the wisky glass
=== Upstairs at the Pit ===
Joe D and a women are tying belts around the arms getting ready to inject each other with Morphene.
"This is great. We'll get high and watch the city burn to hell" said Joe D as he injected the women next to him.
=== Outside ===
Tommy sits in wait with the crow sat on his shoulder. He smiles as the bird takes flight and goes into the room

"Hey theres a big fucking bird over there"

"Your seriously fucked up. You need some profesional help man" Joe D said before firing
Tommy screamed in pain as he moved back and turned around. His face quickly changed back to a smile as he turned and proudly showed off the hole in his hand. He put infront of his face and burst into laughter looking through the whole. Joe D laughed to until the whole began to close up.
"Jesus Christ" After seeing that the women runs into the bathroom locking the door behind her
"Jesus Christ? Stop me if you've heard this. Jesus Christ..." Joe D shoots him "Ow...Jesus Christ walks to a inn and hands the inn keeper 3 nails..." He's shot again.
"Don't you ever fucking die?"
"...and says 'Can you put me up for the night?'"
Joe D is about to fire again, but Tommy knocks his hand down making the bullet go into Joe D's leg. He screams in pain as he falls to the ground.
"Does that hurt?"
"Look...Look what you did to my...sheets" he says before passing out
Tommy kicks open the door to the bathroom and walks in dragging Joe D behind him. He looks over to the women who is hysterical He looks over to the bath and puts Joe D in turning on the cold water. He turns his attention back to the women and he walks over. She picks up an old razor and starts cutting the air in front of her. He knocks the blade away and picks her up and takes her to the mirror.
"Look. Mother is the name of God on the lips and in the hearts of all children. Do you understand?" She nodded "Morphene is bad for you." He grabs her arm and the drug leaves her body. "Your daughter is out on the street. Waiting for you" She nodded again before running outside.
=== Downstairs ===
Gideon is sat at the bar drinking a glass of whisky. Before slamming it down
"IF I WANTED ICE I WOULD OF ASKED FOR ICE NOW FILL IT UP!!"
"Fill it up yourself" says the bartender as he hands him the bottle and walks away
A tall man walks towards him and stands next to Gideon
"The boss will see you now"

Just then the women comes rushing down the stairs and out the front door.
"Hey goodnight Darla" The bartender shouts with a smirk

He turned back to Joe D as he begins to regain consciousness. He drags him out the bath tub and back into the centre of the room. He picks up a few viles of Morphene and fills several hyperdermic needles before kneeling over him
"Hey man don't waste it" Joe D struggles to say. "It....hurts"
"Your pain ends soon. Just tell me were Oz is"

The man walks up, taking his gun out of his holster and slowly opening the door.
Joe D lay there with a bird drawn in blood on his body with several needles sticking out of his chest. He looked over to see Tommy sat at the window
"Sssh" he says holding his finger to his lip before falling backwards.
He ran to the window, but Tommy was no where to be seen

He's walking around his apartment in his underwear and a vest holding a collectiobn of photos, one of Max P, dead, one of Joe D, dead and the picture he drew on of Tommy. He walks into the living room still looking through the pictures. A dark figure appears behind him.
"FREEZE!" he shouts
Chuckie turns in fear dropping the pictures to see Tommy standing there
"Don't do that man!"
Tommy picks up the one of him
"Good likeness"
"I saw your body man. You died. You got burried"
"Nice boxers"
"Shit" he mumbled putting his trousers on "So...are you some kind of...are you a ghost?"
"Boo" Tommy sat down and looked at his hands. "I don't know what I am. I came here to find out what happened to us. To me and Kimi"
"You took a 6 storie swandive out of a window. She err...beaten and raped, died at the hospital" Tommy began to cry "Hey you asked man. Come on read the file. Kimi Finster held on for 53 hours in intensive care then her body just gave up. I saw it man I couldn't do jack for her"
Tommy got up and walked over to Chuckie and put his hands against his head
*FLASHBACK*
Kimi is lying on a bed with unlimited tubes sticking out of her. Doctors are standing around her shaking their heads

Tommy falls back against the chair. Chuckie rushes over to help him

"Do you think the people in your building, even those who sighned that petition would talk after what happened to you?" Chuckie was clearly angry at that. "I kept asking questions and I nearly got busted for sticking my nose were it didn't belong"
Tommy picks up a picture frame "This your wife?"
"Yeah Lil and I finally tied the not, but...not anymore. She wants a divorce"
"It's funny. Little things meant so much to Kimi. I used to think they were trivial. Believe me nothing is trivial." He takes the cigarette away from Chuckie and takes a drag "You shouldn't smoke these. They'll kill you" he said with a smile before getting up
"You gonna vanish into thin air again?" Chuckie asked
"I was going to use your front door"
"Look Tommy I'm sorry I couldn't do anything more"
Tommy turned and looked at his lifelong friend and sighed
"Forget about it Chuckie. It's in my hands now" he said before heading out the door
