A dark figure stares over an empty grave. A crow lands on the grave stones and looks at him
"Why can't I go back?" he finally asked

The tall guy was staring inside Tommys grave looking at the mess

She wakes up holding Tommys album, the one she had been listening to the night before. She is suprised to here the sound of cooking coming from the kitchen. She gets out of bed and walks over to see her mom. Cooking eggs.
"Morning hun. How do you like your eggs...I...I can't remember" her mom said as Ellie sat at the kitchen table
"I havn't liked eggs since I was six" Ellie replied coldly
"So what do you want? Black coffee and cigarettes?" she said trying to make her daughter laugh. It didn't work
"What have you taken to become mom of the year? Darla" she said coldly
"It...err...wasn't drugs. Someone showed me the way"
"Some other junkie?"
"Ohh forget it I was never good at this crap" she said frustrated as she takes the pan over to the bin
"Over easy" Ellie says quickly making Darla turn around "I like my eggs over easy...Mom"

He walks into his office. Still confused from the meeting he had with Tommy last night, but strangly he was smiling about it.
"HEY FINSTER. GET IN HERE!" he heard a voice call to him

"What do you see in this?" he asked handing over a picture of the remains of Oz and his car. "It's some punk. I was told hes from your part of town. He's melted to the car so were having to use dental records"
"That's Oz. Explosives are his speciality. Looks like he zigged when he should of zagged. Case closed"
"BULL FUCKING SHIT! Your holding out on me. I got a god damn vigilantie killer knocking scum bags left and right. And your covering up for someone. Who is the cartoon character with the painted face?"
"Hey your the chief why don't you tell me"
"Ok. Gideons is blown to hell and your found chatting with some weirdo who ends up in Oz's car when it zigged instead of zagged. Then you steal one of my case files from homocide and your telling me this is just a car accident. COME ON!"
"Yeah. Good speach sir. I didn't want to interupt you. It sounded good. You really got to right that shit down"
"Allright smartass. Welcome to the first day of your suspension"

She is walking down the street in the rain as she comes to the building were it all happened. She enters cautiously and heads up the stairs

He is sat infront of a fire place looking at pictures of himself, then throwing them on the fire. Then he comes to a collection of pictures of her.
*FLASHBACK*
Kimi is sat on the sofa after putting on some of her favourite music on. She begins to relax as Tommy comes in with a bottle of wine.
"Thanks babe" she said through her smile as she took a glass.
"Dance with me." he said gently
"What?" she said sitting up
"I said.." he began taking her glass from her and putting it on the coffee table "...dance with me"
"This is not like you. Are you ok Tommy?" she said putting her hand on his forehead

She is standing in front of the doorway to Tommy and Kimis apartment. She notices the faded police tape thrown to the floor. She takes a breath and enters
"Tommy?" she says as she enters "Come on Ellie you must be crazy" she said under her breath as she went deeper inside.
She then notices smoke rising from the fireplace. She walks over to see sinnged photos of Kimi and Tommy
"I knew it was you....Even with the make-up....I remembered your song....you said it can't rain all the time...that is your song right?...Come on Tommy I know your here....I miss you....and Kimi....I get so lonely by myself"
She looks up to see the crow land next to her
"To hell with you" she said angrily "I thought you cared" she begins to leave
"Ellie" She turns to see Tommy standing at the window "I do care" he said gently
She smiled and ran up to him and they hug

Skank slams a photo down infront of the 'boss'

"Maybe we should record this and watch it in slow motion" said the 'boss'

Several gang leaders are sat around a large table. Trading weapons and checking them. The boss walks up with the tall guy and Skank. The Tall guy forces Skank into a chair and he screams in pain
"Hello Boys. It looks like our friend Oz won't be joining us. He has a slight case of death"
The others laugh
"Well tonight is upon us again. But I have a problem. It's all been done before."
"That's no reason to quit" said one of the gang leaders
"No. It's the best reason. The ONLY reason to quit."
"So what you want us to quit?" asked another gang leader
"No. I WANT YOU TO START A FIRE SO DAMN BIG THE GODS WILL NOTICE US AGAIN. I WANT YOU TO ALL LOOK AT ME ONE MORE TIME AND SAY 'ARE WE HAVING FUN OR WHAT?' YOU! SKANK! HOW DO YOU FEEL?"
"I feel like a little worm caught on a big fucking hook" he said with fear. The others laughed
"'I FEEL LIKE A LITTLE WORM CAUGHT ON A BIG FUCKING HOOK!' WELL BOY YOUR MOMMA MUST BE AWFUL PROUD"
As the others laughed again a large crow lands on the table. Skank screams in fear trying to run away but the tall man forces him back.
"How the hell did that get in here?" asked the boss as he stood up from his seat.
"GENTLEMEN" shouted a dark figure as he walked out of the shadows. All the gang leaders pulled out their weapons and aimed them at Tommy
"AAAGHHH IT'S THE GHOST!!!" shouted Skank jumping under the table
Tommy smiled slyly as he jumped onto the table and sat crossed leg
"I like your outfit. Not so sure about the face though. So your the Avenger. The killer of killers."
"And I've come for you"
"Well you can't have me"
Tommy shakes his head as he stands up holding his arms to the side
"Very well. You've made your choice. Now let's see you inforce it"
"I'M ALREADY BORED OF THIS! KILL HIM!"
They all proceded to unload there weapons into Tommys torso. He fell back out of sight. The others laughed as one walked round to see him
"Well that must of hurt" said the 'boss' as the others laughed
"He's gone" said the guy looking for him
"WHAT?"
Then the lights went out.
"WHAT THE FUCK!!" someone shouted as the sound of a sword slicing through flesh echoed around the room. Those who still had ammo left shot all around themselves. Another slash and bloodcurdling scream. A window breaks and 2 screams are heard on their way down to the ground.
"YOUR ALL GOING TO DIE!" shouted Tommy as a hail of bullets are fired in his direction.
Another slice...another and another until all that was left was screaming.
Slowly the lights came back. Tommy was stood on the table with a samurai sword in his hands. The room was full of limbs, and the dead bodies they belonged to. He raised the sword above his head and shoved it through the table. He heard a scream and Skank ran out and over to the window. Tommy jumped down and grabbed him
"It's a bad day to be a bad guy isn't it Skank? Were did your boss go?"
"I ain't Skank!" he turned and pointed to a dead body. "That's Skank. Skank is dead!"
"Yeah. He is" he said smashing him through the window as he held him by his collar
"One more time. Were is your boss?"
"I dunno man. I don't know. Man don't kill me please"
"You said it yourself...Skank is already dead." he said as he let him go
Skank screamed all the way down until he landed onto a squad car.
As Tommy turned back from the window several cops burst through the door holding their guns out infront of them
"Hey all she wrote. Don't move" shouted one as he saw Tommy
He smiled as he lifted his hands above his heads before side-stepping toward the window. They fired as he jumped out a window and began to climb the fire escape.
A helicopter apeared over him lighting his path. He watched it for a while before it began to fire. He started to run across the rooftops of the city. Jumping impossible gaps. He jumped down to street level. Startelling a hobo. He ran into the street were he was being shot at, he jumped into an alley and kept running. A car pulled up to the end of the alley and the door opened
"HURRY UP GET IN!" shouted the man in the front
Tommy didn't care who it was, he couldn't kill him, right? He jumped inside and the car sped down the road. Tommy turned to see it was Chuckie
"Well arn't you lucky I was here?" said Chuckie smiling.
"I would of been fine"
"HA! Yeah right. There are so many cops out you'd think they were giving out free doughnuts" as he said that a squad car sped passed him causing him to emergancy stop. He turned back to Tommy who was gone "I knew you were going to do that"
=== Ellie ===
She is lying atop Kimis grave as Tommy walks up behind her. She hears him and turns around
"Your going to tell me I shouldn't be in a graveyard so late at night" she says as he sits next to her
"Safest place to be"
"Yeah, because everyones dead......You never said goodbye"
"Your just going to have to forgive me for that." as he speaks he notices Kimis ring on his finger.
He takes it off and puts it on a shoe lace
"I gave this to Kimi once." He said as he began tying it around her neck "I'm sure she'll want you to have it"
"I'll never take it off" she said before hugging him
