Chapter 9: Don't worry
Anzu was asleep. Well, normally you have a nice dream. But in Anzu's case, it was a nightmare.
~~Anzu's dream~~
Anzu was running on a endless road. But she didn't knew why she was running. But something tells her she is been followed. Suddenly, the road under her feet dissapeared, and Anzu was falling in a deep black hole. It seemed like there was no end to it, but suddenly, Anzu stood in the darkness.
"Hello?" Anzu said as you could hear only her voice.
"Is.. somebody here? Yugi? Jounoochi, Honda? Francios! Anybody!" Anzu said as she looked around. But she could only see darkness.
"Is there a light switch here?" Anzu said as she slowly walked foreward.
"Ah, we've waited for yous, Anzu." A voice said, coming from the dark.
"Who are you? Show yourself!" Anzu demanded the voice.
"Who we are ish not important....." Another voice said.
"But, we're gonna show yous something.... Or somebody.... Do yous know dis guys?"
Suddenly, a bright light went on in the whole room. But it was so bright, that Anzu had to cover her eyes. But soon that was over and Anzu could see everything. And that was not the kind of thing she wanted to see....
"No..." Anzu whispered as her eyes went wide. There, right infront of her, she saw her best friends hanging with their hands tied up.
"Jounoochi... Honda....Yugi..." Anzu whispered while her eyes went teary. Anzu tured around to see the men, but she didn't see anyone.
"Why! Why did you do this!?" Anzu said angry, while tears went down her cheeks.
"Oh, whe did this because our boss asked us to...." One of the men said.
"Show yourself!" Anzu said. Then, she heard a tiny voice from behind her.
"Anzu...." The voice said. Anzu turned around. "Anzu... get away... leave us..."
"No! I won't leave you guys! Yugi, don't say that!" Anzu said while more tears went down.
"Anzu... listen to Yug... Leave..." Jou said.
Anzu shook her head. "No! I-I must save you!" Anzu said as she ran to them. But then, she heard onother voice. Anzu they were not from Jou, Honda or Yugi.
"Anzu.... Leave.... Go..." Anzu turned around to see Yami, walking like he was hurt. And he was. Bad. He was about to fall when Anzu caught him just in time.
"Yami! Are you ok? Say something!" Anzu said, lightly shaking him.
"A-Anzu.... Leave... " Yami said while looking at her.
"N-no Yami! I-I won't go! Not w-without you g-guys." Anzu said, crying.
"Hahahaha! Your little friends are ours!" The men said as Yugi, Jou and Honda slowly vanished.
"No! Yugi! Honda! Jounoochi! Don't go! Please stay!" Anzu cried as she reach one hand out while her other hand was still holding Yami.
"Anzu..." Yami said, making Anzu look at him. "Please... let go... You don't need us..."
"That's not true, Yami! I need all of you! I need you! Pleae don't leave!" But also, Yami vanished.
Anzu trew her head up and screamed. "Nooooo!"
~~ End Anzu's dream ~~ (A/N: Well, nightmare actually...)
"Noooo!" Anzu screamed as she sat up right on her bed.
"J-just a dream, Anzu... Relax..." Anzu said to herself. 'But it all felt so real...' She looked at her clock. '1.00. Ugh... I need some fresh air.' She tought and went outside. It was a clear night and you could see the moon and the start perfectly. So, she decided to go to the park. Once she got there, she started to think.
'what's the matter with me? I mean... It's all happening so fast... I'm scared to death. I'm so afraid that those guys will do more harm to my friends...' Anzu thought as she went deeper and deeper in thoughts.
"Anzu?" A voice said from behind her.
"Aaaah!" Anzu screamed as the 'voice' puts a hand on her mouth.
"Relax, Anzu! It's just me... Ryou!" Ryou said as he still had his hand on her mouth. "Can I release my hand from you mouth?" Anzu nodded as he released his hand.
"Ryou? What are you doing here?" Anzu asked.
"I could ask the same for you."
"Well... I was just... Thinking..." Anzu said while she trailed off.
"Yeah, well... I just couldn't sleep." Ryou said. "So... what were you thinking?"
"Well... I think you've heard about Honda and Jou?" Anzu said.
"Yeah, they were in the hospital! How are they now?"
"Well... Honda is still in the hospital...And Jou's ok..."
"But... What actaully happened to them?"
"They... we're beatened up by some guys with funny accents."
"That's horrible!" Ryou said in shock.
"Yeah, and I have nightmare's about it. Terrible nightmares..." Anzu said, while she went teary in her eyes again.
"Anzu..." Ryou said, but couldn't say anything anymore.
"Oh, Ryou! I'm so scared! I don't want anyone to be hurt anymore! My friends are everything to me!" Anzu said as the tears roll down her face.
"Oh, Anzu..." Ryou said as he gently hugged Anzu. "Shhhh.... It's ok, Anzu.... Nobody's ever gonna to be hurt... Don't worry..." Ryou said gently as Anzu cried on his shoulder.
"I'm so scared Ryou..." Anzu whispered.
"Don't be Anzu," Ryou whispered back. "You are safe.... Don't worry..."
When Anzu heard the words 'Don't worry', she tought what Yami had said to her.

Yami made a smile. "No, problem. Now remember: Don't worry. Nothings going to happen to all of us. I promise you that..."
Anzu also made a smile. "Thank you..." Then, she opened her door, and stepped inside.

Anzu let go of Ryou. "Thank you, Ryou.... I feel a lot better."
Ryou smiled. "No thanks, Anzu. I will do everything for a friend."
Anzu smiled also. "Well either way, thanks. I think I'm going home now."
"Should I walk you?"
"No, thanks Ryou. Besides, it's not too far away..." Anzu said.
"Ok, Anzu. I'll see you on school then. Goodnight." Ryou said and walked away.
"Goodnight, Ryou." Anzu said and also walked away. Anzu felt a lot better now she talked to Ryou. She only hoped that she knew that her friend would be in no danger anymore. She wished she knew...

Chapter 9: Don't worry

"Anzu... listen to Yug... Leave..." Jou said.

"No! Yugi! Honda! Jounoochi! Don't go! Please stay!" Anzu cried as she reach one hand out while her other hand was still holding Yami.
"Anzu..." Yami said, making Anzu look at him. "Please... let go... You don't need us..."

"Yeah, well... I just couldn't sleep." Ryou said. "So... what were you thinking?"
"Well... I think you've heard about Honda and Jou?" Anzu said.
"Yeah, they were in the hospital! How are they now?"
"Well... Honda is still in the hospital...And Jou's ok..."
"But... What actaully happened to them?"

When Anzu heard the words 'Don't worry', she tought what Yami had said to her.

Yami made a smile. "No, problem. Now remember: Don't worry. Nothings going to happen to all of us. I promise you that..."
Anzu also made a smile. "Thank you..." Then, she opened her door, and stepped inside.
