Nik: Yeah, on Yugi and Mai.... They are already at the fight between Yami(Yugi) and Y.Marik! And wey're not even at Noa!

Namo: Noa? Oh, I love that kid! He always makes me laugh...

Chapter 10 : Bakura to the help?

That same night when Anzu couldn't sleep, someone else in Domino City couldn't sleep. Ah, yes... It was Yugi.

'I'm worried... What if they are after everyone? What if they come after Jou again? Or Honda when he's out of the hospital? Or... Anzu? No, no! I can't think that way! Ugh... I need a walk....' Yugi thought as he got out of bed and went outside.

'I guess I can walk to the park and think something there...' Yugi thought as he walked straight to the park.

When Yugi got in the park he looked at the sky. All the stars were perfectly seen from there. It was also a perfect place to think.

'Who are those guys... and what do they want? Why do they hurt all of us? It doesn't make any sense....' Just then, someone broke trough Yugi's mind.

"Yugi.. What's wrong? Why are you here in the park?" Yami asked as he stood next to Yugi.

"I was just... Thinking...." Yugi said, not looking at Yami.

"About what?"

"About.... What happened... to Jou and Honda..." Yugi answered.

"I see... And.... does it help?"

"Well... no. I wanna know why those guys are after us. And why us? What did we ever done to them?"

"I don't know... But they said domething about their boss."

"Yeah, but who is their boss?"

"Good question...." Yami said and stared at the sky.

Yugi nodded. "I'm afraid he goes after Anzu... And I don't want her to get hurt..."

"No, neither do I, Yugi... We need to protect her..."

"No, you just mean that YOU need to protect her!" Yugi suddenly snapped.

Yami looked shocked at his aibou. "Why would you say that, Yugi?"

"Because I know what's been going on with you! Every time I walk with Anzu, you just suddenly take over my place!"

"But when she was scared the other time, you just didn't knew what to do. So I took over!"

"Just answer me this one, Yami: How do you feel about Anzu?"

"Well, I care about her. She's our friend and I would do anything for our friends to protect them."

"No, Yami. I mean.... Do you love her? Do you love her as much as I do?"

Yami just stood still. He didn't say anything. He just didn't know what to say. Deep inside he knew the truth. But could he say that to the boy who's in love with her, and with the one he shares a body with?

Yugi turned his back to him. "I knew it..."

"No, wait Yugi! It's nothing like that! It's-" But as soon as Yami wanted to explain, a voice came from the bushes.

"Well, well.... Looks tike the Pharaoh and little Yugi has their issues." As soon as it came, Yugi changed into Yami.

"Bakura! What are you doing here?" Yami asked.

"Tssk, Tsssk. Easy there, Pharaoh. This time I don't want you're millenium puzzle. I thought, I'll get some fresh air."

"Don't play with me, Bakura!" Yami snapped.

"But you know I love company.... Especially with a girl... Oh, what was her name again? Mhhh... Ah, Anzu."

Yugi's head shot up inside the millenium puzzle. 'Anzu...' Was his thought.

"What did you do to her?" Yami asked in anger.

"I didn't do anything to her. She was a bit lonely. She talked to that pathetic loser Ryou that she had nightmares. She was so afraid that you guys would get hurt." Bakura said as he puts his last sentice in a sarcastic tone.

"If you put one finger on her, then-" Yami said, but was cut of by Bakura.

"No, no Pharaoh. This time, I didn't hurt her... Well.. not this time.." Bakura said with a smirk.

Yami was getting angrier by the second. "Leave Anzu out of this!"

"Ok, Pharaoh. You know that the only thing I want is you power!"

Yami had a little sign of relief on his face. "You care about her, don't you Pharaoh?" Bakura said suddenly.

'Well, don't denie it anymore, Yami. I know you love her... So you don't have to lie anymore...' Yugi said inside the millenium puzzle at Yami. You could hear the anger and dissapointend in his voice.

"Yugi.. That's not true.. I-" But again, Yami was cut of by Bakura.

"Sorry to interrupt your fight with you and little Yugi, but you didn't answer my question. But, since you two are fighting, I guess I know the answer."

Yami looked at Bakura. "What?" He could only say.

"Ugh... Love is sooo human! It really disgusts me!" Bakura said.

"I am not..... In love..." Yami said slowly and unsure.

Bakura began laughing. "Hahahaha! Your so stupid, Pharaoh! Little Yugi is also in love with her, right?"

'Well, he got that right...' Yugi said in a bored tone.

"Bakura, why do you care anyway?" Yami asked.

"I don't care, Pharaoh. But sometimes I'm also in for a good laugh."

"Just go away, Bakura!" Yami said.

"Yes, I will.... But not before I give you something."

"What is it?"

"This!" Bakura said as he light went towards Yami. It felt like the light went trough him and that something went with it outside. But, he didn't knew that his feeling was right. Yami felt on the ground because he suddenly felt so weak. He didn't knew how, but it just happened. What, the light was gone, he didn't knew what he saw right infront of him, laying down unconsious.

Yami gasped. "This... This can't be..."

"Ugh... I'm such a nice guy!" Bakura said as he looked at Yami who only could stare.
