Chapter 16: Goodbye Forever?
The next morning, about 8.00, Yami and Yugi went over to Anzu's house. They wanted to know if Anzu was alright, because they had a bad feeling. Once they were outside, they began running towards Anzu's home.
[ Do you think Anzu's ok, Yami?] Yugi asked Yami while running.
(I don't know Yugi... I hope so...) Yami answered back.
[Yeah... Me too..] Yugi said and he and Yami began running faster.
--- Anzu's home ---
'I-I can't stay here... I'll put my friends in danger.' Anzu thought, while packing her stuff. She was planning to go with Francios to Paris. So, her friends will be save. She got a last minute, so she could go with Francios right away.
She got her window open so she could hear the birds. She looked outside. She didn't knew exactly if she would come back.
Suddenly, a rock came trough her open window with a piece of paper on it. Anzu looked at it with fear in her eyes. She knew what it was, she only didn't knew what was written on it. Anzu grabbed the stone and read the piece of paper.
Ah, I see that you become quite wise since yesterday.... Because cute little Anzu didn't want her friends to be hurt. You made a right decision.... Now your friends will be unharmed, well, not when you come back. So, Sayanora Anzu Mazaki....
Anzu trew the piece of paper in her room and ran downstairs. She opened the door, went outside, and looked around like someone was killing her. (A/N: Muhaha, 'Scream'.)
"Where are you!" She yelled to, well, nobody. "Show yourself! Coward! I know you're there!" Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder. Anzu gasped and turned around quickly, rasing her hand. She was about to slap the person behind her.
"Stop! Dear Anzu! Iet's mej!"
"Francios! Oh, I'm so glad it's you." Anzu said, hugging him. "It were those guys again.... T-they wrote me a letter again!" Anzu said, now sobbing on Francios's leather coat.
"Shhhh.." Francios said as he hugged Anzu tighter. "I wish I could do somethink... Buts I'm leavink..." Francios said in a fake sad tone.
"Yeah, that's why you have to wait here for a minute.." Anzu said drying her tears and went back inside.
"Whats are yous doing, Anzu? My plane ish going to leaves very soon!" Francios yelled, but a few seconds later, Anzu cames outside with her backpacks and stuff.
"Why, Anzu. Whats are yous doing? Are yous going somewhere?" Francios asked.
"Yes, I'm going with you. I can't take it anymore and I need to get out of here. I can't stand the thought of my friends being hurt as long as I'm here. So, I'm going to Paris with you. If you don't mind, that is..."
Francios smiled down at her. "No, ofcoures not, my dear Anzu. I woulds love iet to have yous very close to me.." Francios said and kissed her on the lips. Anzu kissed back but only for a few seconds.
"Your cab... I mean, our cab is waiting." Anzu said as she pulled away and looked towards the cab.
"Then let's go." Francios said as he grabbed Anzu's hand and leads her towards the cab. They got in and the driver drove away. (A/N: Uhh.. Duh?!)
"Anzu! Wait!" Yelled someone from behind. Yami and Yugi came running after her, but she didn't hear them. The two of them stopped to catch their breath.
"S-she's gone.." Yugi said between his gasps.
"No! Where is she going?" Yami said.
"She's leaving to Paris with her boyfriend." A old voice from behind them said. It was Anzu's neigbour. Anzu had told the old lady that she was leaving to Paris. But she didn't said why.
"Do you know why?" Yugi asked. The old lady schrugged.
"I have no idea. She didn't said her reason. Only that she was leaving to Paris." She said and went back inside.
"We have to go after her, if we make it on time to the airport, maybe we can stop her from leaving." Yami said, but Yugi shook his head.
"No Yami.. You go. I'm staying and warn the others." Yugi said looking at Yami.
"Yugi..."
"Go after the one you love Yami. She loves you also more than everything. I see that now. So please, go after her and bring her back here."
"Yugi.." Yami said but than geva e smile. "Thank you, aibou. You truly are a friend."
"Well, what are you waiting for? Go!" Yugi said as he laughed at Yami. Yami quickly got in a cab, and drove of to the airport. (A/N: Where did that cab came from???) Yugi ran towards Jou's apartement, to warn him and Honda.

Anzu and Francios were waiting for the airplane to leave. Anzu looked outside with a sad face.
'I would miss all of my friends... Jou.. Honda.. Yugi and... and Yami.' She thought as a tear made it down her cheek.
"Do nots worry, My beautiful Anzu. It'll bees alright." Francios said as he smiled at her. She smiled back.
"Yeah.. I guess your right..."
"Flight 098 to France, Paris. Would all passengers please go to the airplane. 'Cause we're going with or without you!" A female voive said trough the whole airport. (A/N: Ok, she's fired....)
"Let's gos, Anzu." Francios said while he grabbed her hand.
'Goodbye Domino... Maybe forever...' She thought as she and Francios went to the gate where they would say goodbye to Domino forever.
---Yami's POV ---
I'm almost at the airport. I told the driver to hurry, and luckily he did that.
Soon he stopped and said that we're here. I gave him the money and said to keep the change. I had no time and the plane was going to take off soon.
I ran inside, looked for the gate to Paris. "Flight 098. That way." I thought loudly as I ran at my fullest speed.
'I hope I'm not too late.' I thought as I saw the gate. There were a lots of people standing infront of the gate. I couldn't see Anzu anywhere.
Suddenly, people started to move and soon, I saw a beautiful girl standing in line with... Francios... They started to move. I had to handle quick, so I called her name.
"Anzu!" I called and she turned around.
"Y-Yami?" She said but she was pushed furter into the gate.
"Wait! I have to talk to you!" I yelled as I ran towards her.
"Yami.. I.." But she could'nt speak anymore because she was in the gate pushed by.. Francios? I glared at him and he looked at me back. With a evil smirk. His lips began to move, but there was no sound hearing, but I could perfectly see what he was saying: "It was I."
My eyes grew wide. It was him! He had hurt Jou and Honda! And me! No! I can't let Anzu go with him! I ran towards the gate but I was stopped by those people who checked your tickets.
"Let me trough!" I yelled at them.
"I'm sorry sir, but do you have a ticket?" One of them asked me.
"No, but I have to save a friend!"
"That's nice sir, but without a ticket, your not getting' on this plane." Should I mind crush them? No.. They just doing they're job...
"Please, you don't understand!" I yelled again. But then, I saw something in the corner of my eye.... The plane that took Anzu away from me, was now flying towards Paris... She's gone... I ran towards the windows and saw that the plane got higher and higher in the sky. I slammed my fists on the windows and fall down on my knees. Tears escaped from my eyes.
She can't be gone.... "Anzu..."
