Namo: Right... Hello! Sorry for the VERY late update. NO! Don't say anything Nik! I'm in a very bad mood today!

Nik: Okey.... Well, I'm sorry too. But, as you all know, school started again. And our teachers made a (cough) very good start! Well, this is the last chapter! Enjoy!

Chapter 19: Together again

It was the next day and Yami began searching for Anzu again. He went past every café he could find, but no Anzu.

'I know I'll find her!' Yami thought. 'I won't give up!' Yami walked further until something caught his eye. There, at a café, he saw Francios sitting with a girl. And Yami saw it very clear; That girl isn't Anzu. He saw the girl and Francios sitting together, holding hands and whispering words to each other. The girl sometimes giggled as Francios said something to her. Yami couldn't look at it anymore. Anger boiled inside of him. He walked towards the two and grabbed a hold of Francios' arm. Yami glanced at him and then at the girl.

"What are you doing with that girl?" Yami asked him coldly, releasing his arm from his grip.

"Well, she iz ma girlfriend." Francios said simply.

"What about Anzu?" Yami growled.

"Who?" He chuckled.

With that, Yami drew back his fist and punched Francios square in the jaw. Francios stared at him in disbelief. He touched the inside of his mouth and felt blood and punched Yami in the eye.

"Damn you!" He cursed.

"What are you doing with this thing when you have Anzu? Huh? You should treat her with more respect!" Snapped Yami. "HAVE YOU NO SHAME? I MEAN, JUST USING ANZU LIKE THAT! DO YOU KNOW WHAT I HAVE DONE TO GET HER BACK FROM YOU? YOU NEVER DESERVED HER, AND YOU'RE STILL GOING OUT WITH THIS SKANK BEHIND HER BACK! NOW TELL ME WHERE SHE IS BEFORE I PUNCH YOU AGAIN!" (A/N: O-0 Wow... I never saw Yami so... angry before! Scary...)

"Calm down you stupid guy," retorted Francios. "For your in-for-ma-shion, she left me two days ago. So go harass another man..." With that, Francios walked away from Yami with his girlfriend.

Yami touched his throbbing left eye with his hand. The fact that he was punched in the eye just absorbed into his brain. 'So, Anzu left him.' He thought. 'She had more guts than I expected.' Yami chuckled a little. 'That's my Anzu.' He left to go look for he again.

--- With Anzu ---

'It's hopeless.' She thought. 'Just hopeless.' Anzu walked around for hours, not knowing where she was going. 'I don't have money, so I can't go home...' Thinking of home, tears would come in her eye. 'What have I done?' She thought over and over again. She slept in the park last night, so she looked... well... horrible. Her hair was all messy, and her clothes were dirty.

Oh, what she would like to see Yami and the others again. But especially Yami. Have you ever felt like someone was the one? If you do, don't you know that feeling? The feeling that they're just perfect... Like every day without them drags on forever. Every day you don't talk to them or see them you feel miserable, and you can't help but dream about them? You give them everything you can give... And your love just gets stronger.

Believe me: Living without your true love is painful. Worse than having your chest torn apart with a swiss army knife. After time, the pain eases though it never disappears.

After walking for a long time, it became dark and the streetlights went on. 'Great it gets already dark...' Anzu thought as she suddenly stands in front of the Eiffel Tower.

--- With Yami ---

Yami was also getting tired of walking the whole day. His eye was already black, and it was good to see. People would stare at him, but he ignored it.

Yami also noticed that it went dark. Yami made a sad sigh. 'Back to the hotel I guess...' Again no luck of finding Anzu. Well, what would you expect? Paris is so big, it would take you days before finding one person.

Yami was now across the Eiffel Tower. He looked up, seeing all the lights the Tower has. But, he felt something while looking at it. Something told him to go inside. Yami didn't know what this feeling was, but somehow he trusted it. He walked towards the Eiffel Tower to see if he would find something very important there...

--- With Anzu. ---

Anzu walked towards the entry of the Tower. There were still some people walking around. And a old lady who was selling flowers. She tried selling a rose to Anzu.

"C'est seulement cinq euros," She muttered. (It's only 5 euros.)

"Non, c'est d'accord," Anzu smiled, her voice shaking slightly. (No, it's okay.)

The old lady saw the water in her eyes and smiled warmly and said in a mother- like tone, "Ici, ayez un pour libre." (Here, have one for free.) She gave her a crimson rose.

"Merci," said Anzu. The lady walked away. Anzu looked up fondly at the Eiffel Tower, glowing brightly... glittering every 5 minutes. She let out a deep breath and walked towards it, heading to the top.

--- With Yami ---

Yami now also stood in front of the Eiffel Tower. The same old lady also tried to sell him a rose.

"C'est seulement cinq euros," She muttered. Yami didn't knew so much French, but he knew a rose was 5 euros. Yami handed her the money, and she gave him also a crimson rose.

"Merci." She said and walked away. Yami looked up, noticing tiny drups of rain. Yami walked towards the Tower, following the feeling that said to go up. And so he did...

--- Top of the Eiffel Tower ---

It began to drizzle when Anzu went up, she wasn't wearing much. Just jeans, a tee-shirt and a scarf around her neck. Anzu noticed it began to rain.

'Great... Now it's going to rain.' She said to herself and gave a deep, sad sigh. It began to rain harder. Anzu was wet and cold. That was how she felt. The people began to disappear and she was still on the top, staring out at the city lights. She leaned forward against railing. The only thing holding her back from falling down.

She sighed, twirling her rose around.

"What have I gotten myself into?" She said softly, leaning her cheek on her hand. "I'm so stupid... Why didn't I just admit it? Why did I have to make such stupid decisions? Why? Why? Why?" The rain drops pitter- pattered on the floor, and was the only thing she could hear.

"I'll tell you why." Interjected Yami from behind.

Anzu turned around and saw Yami and frowned slightly. She put her right hand on the railing, and her left hand, holding the rose, on her chest. "Yami?" She muttered softly.

"It's because you're crazy about me. You just were feeling this wild, crazy motion that you weren't sure what it was leading to..."

"You don't know what you're talking about," Anzu stated plainly. She looked away from his pleading eyes.

"Anzu, I know you," He said, approaching her carefully. "Why else would I be here at night when it's raining when no one else is here but you? It's fate, Anzu. I know that you've been trough a lot so far this summer. (A/N: Yeah, I started it in the summer, I'll end it in the summer!) And I have too. Think about it, when we're together, we can go where we wanted all along! London, Italy..."

"How are you so sure that we're gonna be together?" Anzu asked surprised.

"Because it's a feeling inside. I'm not the one of those who can easily hide, I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do..." He was close enough to her that he could put a strand of her hair behind her ear. She looked at him earnestly.

"Oh my, Yami," She mumbled, gently touching his black left eye. "What happened?"

"Um, Francios punched me in the eye after I kinda got mad with him about you..."

"This is all my fault..." She sniffed. Suddenly, she broke down and sobbed. "I'm sorry Yami. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for leaving you and the others... I'm sorry for going with Francios... Oh God, Yami, I'm sorry! If I wouldn't have been so stupid I- we- could have been happier far earlier..."

Yami held her close. Two wet people getting even more wet with each other.

"It's okay, Anzu. It doesn't matter anymore. All that matters now is that we're here with each other. What matters is that I'm with you right now... And you're with me."

Anzu looked up at him with her eyes all watery and gave him a weak smile. Yami looked at her and saw that she had a rose in her hand.

"I would give you this rose I have, but I see you already have one. I guess that kind of ruins the whole romantic feeling of this scenario."

Anzu chuckled. Yami drew in a deep breath and let it out quickly. "You're shivering..." He took off his jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders. It was quite large for her. Even though it didn't really make her warmer, it felt nice.

"Thanks..." She grinned.

"Anzu, I need you. I can't go another day without you... I need you because I love you." His eyes sparkled.

Tears spurted from Anzu's eyes. "I l-love you t-t-too," She could barely keep herself from crying even more. Arnold took her in his arms and kissed her forehead.

"You know Anzu... I don't know much, but I know I love you, and that may be all I need now." Her eyes began to tear again.

This time Yami lifted her chin up and they indulged in one sweet kiss which they have waited for forever. They could feel sparks, their emotion just floating out of their lips onto each other's. It was a moment which stood still in time, and lasted for an eternity.

The End

Namo: How was that?

Nik: Dunno... But anyway... We want to thank everyone who gave all those wonderful reviews! Arigatou minna!
