Rewind back to the finale of the first season people! I got this idea after watching "Déjà Vu All Over Again" on TNT tonight. The moment where Andy and Prue say goodbye got me thinking. What if Andy came back, not in real life but in Prue's dreams?

Summary: Andy comes back in Prue's dreams.

Dreaming

Chapter One

Prue: I don't wanna lose you.

Andy: Don't worry. You won't. (They kiss.) I'll always be there for you, Prue. (He disappears.)

"Good night!" Phoebe's voice broke in Prue's thoughts. Sitting up from where she had been lying on the bed, she set the picture of Andy she had been staring at back on her nightstand, making sure to angle it towards the bed.

"Good night!" Prue answered back. She heard Phoebe's door close, and a sleepy voice call out, "Good night everyone!"

Prue smiled. "Good night, Piper." Sighing, she turned her attention back towards the photograph. Six months since Andy's death, and she still thought about that last moment every night. With a yawn, she switched off her light and snuggled under the covers. "I wish I could see you once last time, Andy." Prue whispered before her eyes closed.

Feather light kisses on her neck caused Prue to twitch in her sleep. A kiss on the nose brought forth a moan, and her eyes slid open. What she saw caused her to sit bolt upright in shock.

"ANDY?!?"

She couldn't believe her eyes. There, next to her, lay Andy dressed in a blue button-up shirt and black slacks. Looking around, she took in the king-sized bed she lay on and the bedroom they occupied. Track lighting made the room dim, sensual. A vase of red roses sat on the night stand. She noted, with some amusement, that the swing they has spent so much time on in high school was suspended seemingly in midair on the opposite side of the room.

"What are you doing here? Where is here?" Prue's gaze settled back on Andy.

"We're in your dreams Prue. This is the only way I could come back to you, because I wasn't magical."

"How...?"

"I asked them. I told you I'd always be there for you, and I wanted you to know that I've been watching you every single day. Watching wasn't enough. I had to see you again, be with you. I brought it up with the elders. They decided to give me the ability to enter your dreams in order to be with you again. As long as I don't abuse it, the power's mine to keep."

"Oh, Andy." Prue pulled Andy into a tight hug. "I've missed you so much."

"So have I, Prue. So have I." Andy gently pulled away from Prue enough to look into her eyes. "Tonight is your night. You can do whatever you want."

In response, Prue's reached up and unbuttoned her pajama shirt. She slowly slid the shirt away from her breasts and down her shoulders, savoring the way Andy's eyes stayed riveted to her and the way his breathing suddenly quickened. Once the shirt was completely off, Prue spoke.

"I want you Andy."

With those words, Andy was lost.
