Another story that I made before the first one but I didn't know if it was that good. I'll just put it up anyways...Happy reading!!
She ran. She ran as fast as she could, knowing what would happen if it caught up with her. Selene ran behind a wall to catch her breath. With her back pressed against the wall, she heard the heavy breathing of the Lycan that was chasing her. She reached to her gun holsters on her legs and got her guns ready if it found her. Selene peered around the corner and saw the Lycan looking in the dumpsters and all around the alley. She put her back against the wall again, closed her eyes and sat for a minute. Then she bolted up and turned the corner and shot the Lash in the back while she walked forwards. She didn't stop shooting until the Lycan fell to the ground. She put her guns back in her holsters and walked towards the Lycan. It was still breathing but very slowly. The Lycan looked up at Selene. "You know you can't kill us all. Your only one.... my kind is multiplying everyday..." It said to her grinning in an evil way. She put her foot on its chest. "Ya, I know...." Selene said as she took out one of her guns and pointed it at his head, "But I can try." With that, she pulled the trigger.
Selene sat at one of the outside tables at a small café near the corner, she unconsciously picked at her blueberry muffin thinking of the night before and what the Lycan had said before she killed it. Sighing, Selene got up and walked inside the café, to pay for her breakfast. As she walked up to the counter and stood behind a guy who appeared to be paying for something, glancing at the glass case full of various muffins and bagels, Selene saw the guy's reflection in it holding a gun towards the cashier. Slowly she turned her eyes to the man with a gun, "I wouldn't try that if I were you." She said calmly. Glancing over his shoulder the guy grinned. Turning around he pointed the gun at Selene's heart, "Ya and what are you going to do about it?" He said cockily. "This." Selene dropped to the ground and tripped the man. She stood up right away and pointed her much bigger gun at the mans head while the man looked confused at why he was on his back. "If I were you, I'd take your sad, sorry life somewhere else." The man scrambled up off the floor and out the door. Selene didn't notice all of the people that were watching her. Every eye was on her. She slowly put the gun down then walked out of the café without even paying.
