Anyway I know this is supposed to be a Taito and um Daikeru jeje but wait people everything will make sense and taito and daikeru will appear...just waitevil smile

Stage 3

Takeru & HikariMatt & 'Tai'

AND HE WAS GONE

Tk's POV

This seriously couldn't be happening to me....

No way in hell this could happen to me...

This is all so... unreal

I feel like I'm in a soap opera.

"Hum...Hikari this is Takeru, you know my son the one I told you was your age" I just couldn't believe my ears my father was presenting me to Hikari... THE Hikari, the one that I was going to ask out today and in front of me was Hikari looking like a fish out of the water...not that I'm any better.

I heard someone snort from the other side of the room and I turned around to look at the tall girl I had seen in the door just some minutes ago, when did she got there?! "Not like they don't know each other"...I must be really distracted "Monkey and Takeru are good friends are ya?" ok so I'm Takeru and Hikari is... monkey? This doesn't make sense...1

"Ta-takeru?" Hikari didn't sound like Hikari...she seamed to be working really hard to speak...I can't speak myself I just need to say yes or something but I cant! So I just nod. I guess it was the wrong thing to do because she opened her eyes like plates and started gaping again.

"Is there something I should know?" Um know? What does dad needs to know...I forgot.

"You see monkey here well she's been waiting in a park for the last...whichever time it was for Takeru..." why is she pointing at me I don't get what this girl is saying, who is she anyway? "...to appear but he was here talking with you instead of in the park declaring his love for her as she was hoping he would" the girl finished her little explanation with a confident and satisfied smile on her face...If I could just know what she was talking about.

But the gaping Hilkari in front of me seemed to understand I could guess because she turned around and started hitting and yelling at the girl "You shut up Kareen that's none of your business you know you're so—argg you are insufferable!!! "Hikari at first was crimson in her cheeks but as she started hitting "Kareen" she got read in all her face

"Girls stop! What's wrong in here!?" at the yelling and hitting Mrs.Takaishi had come to check and she didn't seem happy "Hikari stop! You and Kareen go to your rooms I can't believe you, your dad is working something here and you get like this...in front of guests non the less!" she was yelling too now oh man could this get any more confusing?

"Hikari stay, Kareen go to your room" my father talked again in a really harsh tone if you ask me and then he turned to Kari's mom "Could you get me a towel for Kari to clean herself sweetheart?" his tone changed to a smooth one again specially when addressing her as sweetheart, it hurt it wasn't mom who he was calling that way. "You two please follow me too the kitchen, I don't understand this" I followed him right away; I didn't understood this as well.

"So we are siblings?" came a voice from the bed

"Seems like it" responded the another one from the floor

"You look really calmed to be the same guy that I saw downstairs" replied the girl on the bed

"Oh well what did you expected, after all I'm used too life turning discoveries" replied the guy calmly getting up ad throwing the magazine he had been trying to read ad picking up a crossword puzzle book instead cosmetics and girls were just too difficult too understand

"Huh? Like what?" said the girl staring at him over her magazine

"What about parents divorce, brother going depressed, finding out he is a cutter and now...almost being your half-sister boyfriend; like that? It's kind of a summary of my life turning discoveries list" said the guy looking up from the book to meet the girl's gaze.

"A cutter?!" Said Hikari opening her eyes wide. Takeru just nodded "God how old is he?"

"19" replied Takeru with a sad smile

"Matt's a cutter" Hikari said more to herself than too Takeru, it was sad but she actually was trying to make herself to the idea.

"How do you know my brother's name?" Asked Takeru after contemplating what Hikari had whispered.

"You mean OUR brother" she replied Takeru looked at her for a moment before asking his next question

"You could say so but anyways how come you didn't kne I was your brother but know about Matt?"

"I don't know him from looks you know I just heard Dad talking about his sons the other day and Mom asked if Matt had written...there was something about a mail but the point is he said no, that it was the little one who had written" Hikari paused to brath "and so I figured the older son was called Matt"

"His name is Yamato just that everyone calls him Matt" said Takeru as a comment; so Mrs. Ishida knew about Matt too, well duh who marries a man without getting to know his sons names? ... Don't answer.

"Do you think I could meet him someday?" asked Hikari taking him out of his thoughts.

"I don't know he might go all sensible and make a fuss since after all you are the reason why my Dad left and in some way or another the reason of his fragile state" replied Takeru as matter of fact without thinking or measuring his words: Hikari looked away.

There was a long silence after the last comment in which Hikari kept her gaze low and Takeru lost interest and started looking at the book in his hands again.

The silence was broken by Hikari "Are you mad at me?" she asked

Takeru looked up again Hikari seemed sad... "Mad? Why should I be mad at you?" he asked confused

"Because of being the reason Dad's here. I mean If it wasn't for me you and Matt would be--" She started but was cut

"No, it was going to happen anyway, I mean if not why would your mother had gotten pregnant?" Hikari looked back at him. He was looking at the floor "Dad had not left as a person but he had left long a ago as a father and husband" A single tear rolled down Takeru's cheek. Hikary stood up and kneeled at his side putting her arms around his shoulders and hugging him hard.

"It's ok; now everyone's here, I'm here...and I understand" and so Takeru started to cry while Hikari just held him feeling his pain...understanding how selfish she had been.

It was late and Tk wouldn't appear; where the hell was that boy!

Usually Matt wouldn't mind, but today Tk was supposed to come home early. He hadn't called and he wouldn't answer his cell phone the first then times Matt called him then he discovered Tk had actually left the phone at home. The worst was HE Yamato Takaishi was supposed to take care of the little brat!

'Mom will kill me when she gets home' was all that was on Matt's head. He kept looking out the window of the apartment for any signs of his little brother. After looking out for almost an hour he started getting annoyed (typical of him) it was already 8:30 and of Takeru...not even a glimpse. "For what is the damned cell phone if he forgets it!" he sighed in exasperation just fifteen more minutes and he was going to call the police.

He looked back at the window his eye caught a sight he thought he would never see again. Under the street lamp stood a guy with goggles on his head and a bush as hair "Taichi" whispered Yamato softly looking at the figure of the guy that was looking closely at the building 'I must be hallucinating after all I'm five floors over him he must be another person' he thought trying to calm himself but a part of his mind wasn't agreeing 'But besides Tai who else in his right mind would use goggles in such a bushy hair?' there's always hope.

After contemplating it a little bit longer the guy was still out of the building 'What is Tai waiting?' thought Matt. 'Oh no I really want to talk to you please come in!' the guy still didn't move. Matt wasn't going to loose this opportunity he ran to the door put on a coat slipped in his shoes as fast as he could grabbed his keys and left the apartment in a rush. If Tai wasn't coming in he was going out.

He ran down the stairs, waiting for the elevator was just too much. This needed to be fast damn; he needed to get there before Tai would go away. Just as he reached the first floor and turned around in the general direction of the exit door a guy passed in front of him running to catch the elevator he had mahoney spiky hair and goggles on top of it. Matt just stared dumbly at the elevator's door...a guy with kind of bushy hair and goggles...and he was gone.

'Wait what the--?!'

"Matt! Sorry I'm so late it's just I lost track of time in Kari's house an well I-- Matt?" Matt got out of his trace and looked at his side to find his brother standing there. "Are you ok?"

Matt analyzed Takeru his eyes where read and glossy, his hair was a little bit ruffled and his nose was red. "Yeah I'm fine" was the only thing he replied 'It wasn't Tai after all...'

1 In his state of confusion poor little Tk is having troubles too understand EVERYTHING including Kareen's pet name for her sister

Yay! After the LONG wait there it is I hope it wasn't so lame I mean I wanted to make it better but couldn't seem to find a way to do so anyway this chap leaves Kari and Tk's business kind of settled. Maybe in some more chaps Kari is going to meet Matt and oh well from now on Tk is going to dedicate must of his chaps too Dai. Hope next chapter gives some hints of what's going on with Tai, Dai and Ken.

Can you guess who was the guy Matt saw? Well its important because everything is bonding; slowly but making a little more sense anyway.
