Intro: Back to the Beginning
Selene speaks: Once being a hunter for the very ones I once loved, through betrayal and my vengeful actions; I have now become the hunted. After the night I killed Viktor, Michael I ran for our lives, but we had nowhere to go. The lycans enraged and crippled by Kraven's betrayal named Rave as their new alpha and have left the wars, searching for Kraven in hopes of revenge and restitution for their beloved leader. As for the vampires, Marcus was awakened but not as planned by vampire blood; Marcus now sits on his throne half vampire elder and half lycan. The vampires afraid of what was to come by Michael's transformation accepted the creature they tried so hard to prevent and with all the power Marcus now possesses we wait for his wrath to fall upon our heads. So in response to our situation and for our survival I injected myself with Michael's blood; we are now two hybrids condemned by both our kind in this never-ending struggle to simply survive.
From within the shadows a voice speaks: I found them in a rundown building on the outskirts of Paris; I had been stationed there for three centuries now and am head of our clan, a mixed group of rebel vampires and lycans. We were all part of the underground, how could we just abandon our ways because of a blind war? We are a group who were condemned and deemed cowards because of our refusal to join the bloodbath wars; so we ran and hid within the underground of Paris, the sewers that were made as an unending maze. Luckily we had eternity to search it out, to live and build our lives around the dark tunnels. Our many colonies that are scattered amongst the long maze serve as different companies we had made to survive amongst the mortals above in which we learn and steal from them to continue our own advancement in technology and sciences. Here in our world, all is as it should be like in the old days before Viktor and Lucien started their trifle grudge war; lycans and vampires working side be side, lycans the daylight guardians and workers above, the vampires night watchmen and unseen presidents and VP's. But I remember the night I stumbled upon the hybrids, like it was yesterday.
