I Don't Own Naruto...Wish I Did Though...It Would Be SasuNaru galore!

A/N: Okay guys, this is just a crappy little piece of stupid fluff, because I didn't feel like reading, or doing my homework, and I wasn't in the right mindset to write on But Home Is Nowhere... So, it's not really good, or beautiful or anything of that sort. It's just a pointless drabble going on one-shot with a bit of shounen ai fluff. It's sorta s'posed to be surprise who it is...so let's just pretend I don't have a SasuNaru favorable record, okies? Okay. I guess that's all I really have to say. Hope you enjoy it more then I do. Sorry for the crappy style.

Central Park

It was snowing that day, and Naruto had been sitting on the bench for an hour. Central Park was beautiful, the trees dusted lightly with a sugar white blanket, and the sky clear, a perfect blue. There were people everywhere, smiling and laughing, enjoying the day, but Naruto felt his heart breaking with each passing moment. The wood of the bench had begun digging into his back in an all too painful manner half an hour ago, and he'd lost the feeling his fingers fifteen before that, his nose running and his eyes watering. And still he waited.

Today was their day. The day they always spent together no matter what, and now it seemed that he was going to be left alone. He'd been so excited that morning, when he'd woken up and found that his answering machine had a message on it. He'd pressed the button and listened eagerly as his love's voice gave him instructions.

"He Baby, It's me. I was calling to tell you that I'm coming home tomorrow, for our day. Meet me at the bench at eight o'clock tomorrow morning. Love you, bye."

Naruto was playing the words over and over in his head, wondering if he'd missed something, if maybe it had been night. It was already nine fifteen, and still there was no sign of anyone. He felt his heart slowly breaking. He'd been prepared to spend this day alone, but then he'd gotten that message, and thought that he wouldn't have to. That they would be together again.

He didn't even feel it when the tears started to come from his eyes, and he looked at his watch once again. If his blurry vision was correct, he had waited long enough. He stood slowly and was turning to walk down the icy path when he heard a voice calling his name. He turned slowly and saw a figure quickly approaching, dressed in shorts and a t-shirt.

The figure stopped just short of him, panting slightly as he spoke, "Naruto, love, I'm so sorry. The flight in Miami was postponed and you weren't home when I tried to call. I didn't mean for you to wait out here for an hour and a half." It was at this point that the dark haired man before Naruto reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box. He pushed it into Naruto's hands and gave a winning, "Forgive me?"

Naruto smiled softly, stepping forward to wrap his arms around his lover's waist, resting his head on the dark blue t-shirt in front of him. "Of course."

The man smiled and ruffled his hair gently. "Open it, love." He was smiling now, looking relieved to have the blonde's forgiveness.

Naruto stepped back just enough to open the small box, and gasped in surprise when he saw the contents. Resting on an interior of black velvet was a simple necklace consisting of a thin silver chain and a small, black and silver fox charm. "It's perfect." Naruto looked up happily. "Thank you Sasuke."

Sasuke smiled at him. "Happy Anniversary, Love."
