Serena, Catty and Vanessa formed a circle around Tianna.
As they watched Tianna her body fell lifeless as her soul floated into the sky,
beyond time and space; home to Selene.
None of them tried to stop or hide their tears as they watched th life disappear from they're friend.
As the moonlight began to fade slightly Stanton appeared from the shadows, he gently drew Serena to
him holding her tightly. "She knew what would happen" he told them softly "By saving you she saved all of you and
herself from being condemned to a life like mine" Vanessa was the first to recover "Tianna did not sacrifice herself
so we would all stand around waiting to be caught. We at least owe it to her to find her a more fitting
resting place than Nefandus" As she finished speaking the light brightened as if in response.
Stanton stepped back as they broke their circle and lifted Tianna's lifeless body. None of them could think of
what to say, to ask Selene for help. But words were not needed, they were gently lifted through Nefandus
past the boundary into a beautiful meadow.
They slowly and gently layed Tianna onto the grass and encircled her in flowers, she was too beautiful to be buried beneath
the ground. "Fear not daughters your sister is both
happy and well" they all looked up and before them glistening and beautiful stood Maggie. "Why" they all began startled
Maggie held up a hand to quiet them "I will explain, you are all far too impatient" she said with a smile
"I have not abandoned you of my own choice, I was killed by the Atrox when it escaped my binding" she said a little sadly
"Why are you here then?" Serena demanded. Maggie smiled
"You are in Selene's realm, all who have or do serve her can come here. Death has no meaning here, I have come to greet you.
But I have but little time to explain, mortals may not stay here for long even if they serve Selene.
You have only a few more moments here before you will be forced to return home, or stay here forever." she finished
"All of you have only a year or less until you make your choice, and you will have only Jimena to guide you.
When your seventeenth birthday arrives you must come here. When the time comes you will know what to do someone will be
here to meet you, and you will have but seconds to make your choice.
If you do not make it in time, it will be made for you, and you will be sent back to Earth with no memories of your power
and you will spend the rest of your days as a mortal" with that Maggie began to fade slightly
