Hey! This is my first Case Closed/DC poem, so please be gentle. I do not own Case Closed/DC or any of its characters. Btw, this is going to be a two chapter story. The first chapter will be Ran/Shinichi and the second will be Heiji/Kazuha. Enjoy!
Chapter One: My Dear Angel (Ran/Shinichi)
As you sit by the window
I know what you're thinking
I watch you from afar
My mind swirls with emotion
Knowing that your tears are all because of me
I wish I could be up there, to dry them all away
But my current form prevents me from doing so
Every time you cry, it hurts me as well
You see me only as a child
You're "Conan-kun", your little brother
All this time I've deceived you
How will you ever forgive me?!
I wish I could tell you the truth
And set the record straight
But I care, no, love you to much to let you get hurt
So although you still hurt
And although you still cry
And while I still lie
Know always that I love you
And take comfort, my dear angel.
