AUTHOR'S NOTE
A possible missing scene from "The Bone". All characters belong to Disney.
Sixteen-year old Kira Ford hesitantly walked into the lab. She didn't know if she should be here. Dr. O probably blamed her for the wreck in the lab. And rightly so. She had used her Ptera-scream to trash the place.
"What can I do for you, Kira?" Tommy Oliver asked.
"I---I don't know where to begin. I mean---I have so much to apologize for," Kira told them.
"No you don't," Tommy told her.
"Dr. O! I wrecked your lab!" Kira exclaimed.
"Hey, you didn't do too much damage," Tommy said.
"But I shouldn't have done any damage at all!" Kira burst out. Tommy sighed and wished that he hadn't gotten stuck in his morphed state. He wanted her to see his understanding. He wanted her to know that he didn't blame her.
"Dr. O, I don't know if the others can forgive me," Kira admitted.
"Oh, Kira. I know that feeling," Tommy stated.
"You...do?" Kira asked in surprise.
"Yeah," Tommy replied. "Did Hailey ever tell you how I started out as a Ranger?" he queried.
"No," the girl answered, shaking her head.
"I was kidnapped by Rita Repulsa and placed under her spell. Under her power, I did a lot of damage. One of the worst things I did was break into the Command Center and destroy it. I even cut off access to Zordon," he revealed.
"But how do you get rid of the feeling?" the girl wondered.
"Unfortunately, you can't," he answered. "But I'm going to tell you something that I learned," he continued.
"What?" she questioned.
"You can't beat yourself up every time you're used for evil. Heck, if I did that, they'd lock me up in an asylum," the man finished with a joke.
"So...you don't blame me?" she asked softly.
"No," he answered, shaking his head. She blew out a sigh of relief.
"Thanks, Dr. O," she said. Then, she walked out.
