Prologue: A Very Strange Letter...

Harry was at the Weasley's for the summer when he got his Hogwarts letter. It read:

Dear Mr. Potter,

The school year begins on September 1, and the Hogwarts Express will be leaving from Platform 9 ¾, Kings Cross Station at 11:00. We expect to see you return this year. Also, Professor Dumbledore has added a few extracurricular activities this year:

1.) The Hogwarts Post, A Newspaper Team

2.) Ball Committee

3.) Runes Club

4.) Drama/ Theatre

5.) Marching Band

"Marching Band?" Ron had read his letter too. "Who in their right mind would be in the marching band?!"
