Once Upon a Full Moon
Misty gazed happily at the wonderful October harvest moon. "October nights are so beautiful," she said to herself. She was about to get up and close the pink and yellow striped bay window that she was sitting on, when suddenly she heard a rustling sound coming from the bushes below. She peered into the darkness to see shadowy figures dragging an object that looks like a body. Instinctively, she thinks of Ash and rushes down to follow the men. She immediately jumps on her scooter and follows the men. She followed the men down to an old abandoned warehouse, where they brought the body inside. She hid in a bush near the warehouse. Then, she hears barking. She feels a slight tug at her blue jacket. She turns to see bunches and bunches of black and brown spotted bulldogs growling and barking and sneering at her. She began to scream but then stopped. She began to crawl along side of the long brick wall when she fell down into a hole which led into a room. She sees a bluish gray door across the room start to swing close. She runs to get out but she's too late. The door slammed shut and locked from the outside. "Help! Somebody, please help! Help me!" She yelled probably as loud as she could. She looked around the room. She saw a hole in the lavender ceiling. She found a small white ladder, and put it under the spot where the hole is. She climbed up to the dark, musty passage way which led to the next room. She fell down into a different room that was a light blue with purple stripes and a green carpet. She landed on her right arm and bruised the bone. "Ow," she said as she got up slowly. She noticed that her navy sleeves were dusty and so were her khaki jeans. She noticed that her jacket was torn where the bulldogs had bitten it. She looked across the room and saw a body. "Ash!" she screamed. "Oh, Ash, are you okay?" She shook his shoulders and listened to his heart. "He's breathing!" she whispered. She heard something behind her. Something grabbed her shoulders. "Ahhhhhh!" she screamed. She turned around to see the face of Ash's kidnapper. He had deep brown eyes. For a minute she thought she even knew him. Maybe she did. "Misty. Misty." He knew her name. He began to shake her shoulders. He said her name two more times. She knew who he was. He was...he was....he was...Ash! "Misty, wake up," Ash spoke softly into her ear. "What happened? Are you Ash's kidnapper?" "I'm Ash!" Misty got up and yawned. "It was all a dream," Misty thought. She gazed off into the wonderful, harvest moon. It was all a dream!
